Between You And Me on zee one Saturday 7th January 2023 update, Pushpa and Devina saying he is my husband. They ask Birju to say truth. He acts. Akhilesh looks on. Pushpa asks what’s happening. Devina says she is doing drama in front of media. Devina goes to stop her. She says I know what he means to say, he is comedy king, he is romancing me by code word. Ira sneezes. Devina asks her to treat her illness first. She takes Birju to the ward and asks what’s happening.

Pushpa comes and wards off bad sight from him. Devina asks Birju to prove that Birjju is her husband. Pushpa shows her sindoor, mangalsutra, and locket with pics. She shows his name tattoo. She says Akhilesh is our son. Devina says I get it. She throws money on Pushpa. Pushpa asks are you giving a price for him. She throws money back on Devina and scolds her. Akhilesh
cries. He shows the truth to Pushpa. He says Birju has no shame, he was fooling both of you. He asks Birju to tell the truth. He says Birju has cheated them, he has two wives, he couldn’t become of anyone. They get shocked.
Akhilesh says mum used to worship dad, what did dad do, dad lived a good life by throwing my mum in darkness. He scolds Birju. He says you are dead for me now, I m just Pushpa’s son now. Pushpa slaps him. Devina says Akhilesh is insulting you, why don’t you say anything. Birju says because he said the truth. Devina shouts on him, asking how could he do this with her. They cry. Akhilesh feels weak and broken. He worries for Pushpa. Lakhan comes as doctor and says its a serious matter. He lies to them about Birju’s heart condition. He gets scared of Devina.
She asks Birju’s illness. Lakhan says he has a big illness. He lies and says its diarrhoea. He mixes many diseases names to fool them. He says we have to take him to big hospital, we called specialists for him. Devina asks him to wait. Lakhan and Birju run away. Lakhan asks Akhilesh to help fast. They all leave in ambulance. Lakhan stops Devina and says Birju will get fine. Devina says I knew its you Lakhan. Birju gets worried. Devina and Pushpa look for Birju. Birju runs away. Devina says he is running away from us. Birju drives the ambulance. Pushpa asks Akhilesh to stop him.
Lakhan throws the car keys in the sum. Devina asks how dare you. Akhilesh runs after Birju. Birju drives in high speed. A lady comes in between. Birju asks her to move. He sees Akhilesh holding the ambulance and stopping it. He asks him to leave the vehicle. Birju says its good if I run, let me go. Akhilesh says you can’t run now. He prays to Hanuman.
An actor playing Hanuman says his lines. Akhilesh sees him. The man says Ram didn’t differentiate between anyone, Kaushalya and Kaikeyi were same for him. He leaves the ambulance. Birju asks him never to get married and drives off.
Devina catching Lakhan and asking him about Birju. Pushpa asks Akhilesh not to stop her, she will confront Devina. She worries for Birju. Ira gets scolded by her senior. She says this degree is imp for me, my dad’s dreams will break. She sees her dad there and smiles. Doctor says I m scolding you. She smiles and says I know, don’t cancel my certificate. He asks her to get signs of Birju’s two wives. She reads the document and agrees. Akhilesh tells Devina that they also got cheated. Devina asks him to get out. She asks guards to throw out Akhilesh. Guard says Pushpa has hit stone at me. Akhilesh warns the guard. Guard runs away. They get scared of him.
Akhilesh says we won’t get a solution like this. Devina says get out of my way. Pushpa pours water
on Devina and calls her a witch. They all run away. Pushpa asks them not to run. She falls down and cries. She says I feel like I m seeing a bad dream. He says everything will get fine. Ira’s dad gets glad knowing she got her certificate. She lies to him and worried. Her brother understands and takes her along for coffee. Devina says Pushpa won’t stay here with us, I will get her arrested. Lakhan says Birju got married to Pushpa before you. Devina worries. The children say it means Pushpa is owner of dad’s property and this house, they can make us out of here anytime. Devina imagines her bad days. Ira goes to Devina’s house. She sees Akhilesh and asks for the signs. Her brother asks Ira to talk with love. Ira flirts with Akhilesh.
He asks her to stay away and talk. She asks him to help. She emotionally blackmails him. He thinks of Birju. He says I got to know about such sacrificing fathers today, I will do this work. Devina says I have made Birju successful, this is my empire, Pushpa wants to get all this, never. Akhilesh comes to get her sign. Devina talks with love and asks him to call her mom. She asks him to sit with Pushpa, she will come out and talk. Her children ask her did she lose so soon. She says I didn’t learn to lose ever. Akhilesh and Pushpa wait outside. Devina does drama and cries. She fools Pushpa and Akhilesh. She says we will sign on doctor’s form.
Akhilesh gives the paper. Devina signs. She says sorry, you are illiterate. She makes Pushpa apply thumb impression. Akhilesh says I will go and give this paper to Ira. He goes. Devina asks Pushpa to sign on hospital papers as well. She takes Pushpa’s sign on blank paper. Akhilesh gives paper to Ira. She thanks him and goes. Akhilesh comes back and hears about Devina’s plan to get Pushpa and Birju divorced. Ira scolds a man for smoking. Akhilesh holds Pushpa. Ira throws the matchstick, which burns the paper.
