Between You And Me on zee one Friday 6th January 2023 update, Birju getting fine. Akhilesh says I will inform your family, you don’t need to talk to mum. Birju asks him to listen. Ira tells her dad about Birju’s case. She sneezes. She says I will give infection to patients if I continue sneezing this way. Akhilesh asks her to check Birju. She goes. He sees Pushpa and gets worried. Pushpa asks the lady to take her to her husband. Akhilesh asks her what is she doing here. Pushpa says doctor called me here, how is your dad. He consoles her. He asks her to go to the ward. He gets shocked seeing Devina and children coming to meet Birju.

Pushpa asks him to come. Akhilesh asks her to go and wash hands before she meets dad. Ira makes Birju walk a little. She asks him to go with his family tomorrow. He sees his children and
Pushpa. He gets worried. Akhilesh says I will go and get fruits for dad. Birju gets worried seeing Devina and Pushpa coming together. He acts to have heart attack. He asks Ira to do something. Ira runs out of the ward and says you can’t go inside. Devina says my husband is admitted here. Ira says patient needs rest, our hospital is strict about visiting hours. Devina agrees. Ira makes Birju sit. Akhilesh says we will wait outside and come in some time.
Birju’s children discuss and leave to have coffee at a cafe. Ira says you are my first patient. Birju says oh, I feel I m a guest of few days. Pushpa prays for him. Akhilesh cries seeing her. She praises Birju to be like Lord. He says I will just go and check on dad. Akhilesh turns away on seeing Devina. Birju calls him. Akhilesh comes to him and asks what happened. Birju says Devina and Pushpa are here. Akhilesh asks what shall I do, you have to bear this. Birju says you are right, Devina will kill me when she knows the truth and Pushpa will die on her own, you will become orphan, do something atleast for Pushpa.
Akhilesh agrees to help. He asks what shall I do. Birju tells his plan. Akhilesh says I m feeling strange seeing you, who will help me here. Ira comes. Birju says she can help us. Akhilesh says she is harmful. Birju asks Ira to save him from Devina and Pushpa. He says Pushpa is Devina’s sister. Akhilesh stares at him. Birju says Devina and Pushpa hate each other, they always fight, my heart will fail, just help me. She asks how. He tells her the plan. She refuses to him and leaves. Akhilesh says you lie so much, I m ashamed of you. Birju says you have to do this, atleast for your mum. Devina worries. Pushpa sees her and says my husband got admitted here, hospital people are not letting me meet him, fees are too high.
Devina says hospital has some rules, even my husband is admitted here, I will pay your husband’s bill, don’t worry, just praise me in media. Pushpa thanks her and asks her husband’s name. Akhilesh interrupts and takes Pushpa with him. Ira stops him and signs that she is shifting Birju. He says you said you won’t help me. She says I can’t lose my first patience, you can meet Birju, I will manage Devina. Pushpa meets Birju and cries. Akhilesh gets annoyed. He sees Devina and tells Birju that she is coming. Birju asks him to do something.
Akhilesh stopping Devina by putting juice over her dress. She scolds him and goes. Pushpa cries talking to Birju. Akhilesh asks her to pray for Birju. She closes eyes. Akhilesh shifts Birju to side room. Devina meets him and asks nurse to clean the room. Devina argues with him. Akhilesh asks Ira to help. He says we have to get Devina out, we have to shift Birju back to Pushpa. Ira asks Devina to come for formalities. Devina goes. Birju shifts to Pushpa. She sees him and completes prayers. Ira shouts to sign Akhilesh that Birju is coming. Akhilesh and Birju get worried. Akhilesh gets an idea and asks Pushpa to do right rituals.
She asks what shall I do. He says pandit told me a solution, you should do a jaap. Pushpa asks where shall I do this. Akhilesh asks
her to do jaap outside the ward. She starts the jaap and goes out. Ira sees her and lets Devina go in. Devina sits with Birju. He waits for her to go. Ira asks him does he want anything. She signs him. He argues with Devina. He says I have stomach ache. Devina goes out. Ira says I saved you, but I have more patients, handle this yourself, sorry. She goes. Akhilesh asks Birju to come. Birju says I m proud of you.
Akhilesh says you are proud of me when I m cheating like you. Pushpa gets a remedy and says I will make Birju fine. Akhilesh gets Lakhan and asks him to fulfill his friendship. He makes him lie in Birju’s place. Lakhan covers up his face and lies. Devina and her children bore him.
Devina says reporters will come here in some time. She gets a call and says what, Birju didn’t sign on insurance papers. She scolds Lakhan. She asks him to remove mask and sign papers. Her daughter asks her to smile. Lakhan starts laughing. Devina says he is laughing, he is so careless, how dare. They remove the mask and see Lakhan. They get shocked. Devina shouts. Birju and Akhilesh hear her. Pushpa says she is that madam, I will go and see. Birju says no, don’t go. She says madam is bearing your medical expenses. Birju asks Akhilesh to help him, do something.
Pushpa comes to Devina and asks her to support her husband. Devina says he is a driver, he is your husband. Pushpa says they all are mad. She says this is Gullu, my son. Devina asks what’s happening here. Lakhan laughs. Devina beats him. Pushpa asks why are you beating her. Devina scolds her. Ira comes and says maintain silence. Devina asks where is my husband. Ira asks Akhilesh who is this man. Pushpa says this man would be Devina’s husband. Ira says solve this sisters’ fight somewhere else. Pushpa says we are not sisters. Ira asks are you not sisters. Devina says never. Ira recalls Birju’s words. Devina gets angry. Birju hides. Reporters come to meet Devina. He says I have no option than to run from here. He leaves.
Devina and Pushpa argue. Reporters come. Pushpa says my husband is here. Akhilesh worries. Devina says everyone will get answers. Ira catches Birju. She says you can’t risk my job. She ties his hands. He says Devina and Pushpa will really give me a heart attack.
