Nidhi tells the police inspector that she wants to meet Shaurya, and he grants her permission. During their meeting, Nidhi tells Shaurya that Karan does not care about him, which is why Karan is staying at Rajveer’s house. However, Shaurya tells her that he does not want to hear anything about it.

Meanwhile, Rajveer wonders if Shaurya really went to jail because of him. He vows not to spare Anshuman because he knows that Anshuman framed Shaurya. Rajveer decides to help Shaurya but suddenly feels dizzy. Preeta tells him to rest, while Palki asks where he intends to go in his condition. Rajveer insists that he has to leave.
Preeta assures Rajveer that Karan will save Shaurya, but Rajveer believes that Karan will do nothing for his son. Palki reminds Rajveer that he is weak and warns him to rest. However, Rajveer insists on leaving and tries to walk away. Mohit stops him, while Preeta scolds him and takes him back inside. Rajveer then admits to Preeta that he feels guilty about what has happened to Shaurya.
At the police station, Karan asks the police inspector for permission to meet Shaurya, but the inspector refuses. Nidhi intervenes and asks the inspector to allow Karan to see his son. However, the inspector reminds Nidhi that her visiting time is over and orders her to leave. Shaurya also tells Karan and Nidhi to go away. Karan promises that he will return to see him, but Shaurya insists that he does not need Karan’s support.
Nidhi then asks the police inspector how much money he wants to release Shaurya. The inspector is shocked by her question, while Karan warns her not to create more problems for Shaurya. He takes Nidhi away from the police station.
Later, Karan confronts Nidhi about attempting to bribe the police inspector, warning her that she could have been arrested for it. Nidhi argues that at least she is doing something to help Shaurya, unlike Karan, whom she accuses of doing nothing for their son. Karan tells her that if she cannot see what he is doing, it is not his problem. Nidhi accuses him of caring only about Rajveer, but Karan questions why she has a problem with Rajveer. He explains that Rajveer and Shaurya are both as important to him as his own eyes. Nidhi becomes angry with him, insisting that she only wants Shaurya released from jail. Karan asks her to stop complicating the case. The police inspector then tells them to go home.
Meanwhile, Preeta sees Sandeep, the goon, at the hospital. She threatens to poison him if he refuses to reveal Anshuman’s whereabouts.
Elsewhere, Preeta arrives at Anshuman’s house, and he welcomes her. She tells him that she has come with a proposal. Preeta reveals that she met Sandeep, who attacked Rajveer and Karan, and says she knows that Anshuman hired him. Anshuman pretends to be confused by her accusation.
Preeta threatens to file a complaint against Anshuman for attacking Rajveer and Karan unless he withdraws the complaint he filed against Shaurya. Just then, Anshuman receives a call from Rajveer and shows his phone to Preeta. He claims that Rajveer works for him, but Preeta refuses to believe him, insisting that Rajveer works for Karan. Anshuman argues that there is no proof against him and asks Preeta to spend some time talking to him because he likes her. He then claims to have a recording of Rajveer, but Preeta refuses to listen to it. Anshuman asks her to accompany him to dinner, but she responds by slapping him.
Meanwhile, Rajveer tells Palki that he needs to leave. Palki reminds him that it is already night and there is nothing he can do at that hour. She also assures him that Karan will do everything possible to save Shaurya.
Shanaya arrives and accuses Rajveer of being responsible for Shaurya’s imprisonment. Palki defends Rajveer, but Shanaya scolds her for failing to inform her about Shaurya’s arrest. She claims that Palki does not care about Shaurya and is only concerned about Rajveer. Palki explains that they only learnt about Shaurya’s arrest a few minutes earlier. Shanaya remains angry and insists that Palki cannot see anything beyond Rajveer. Palki then scolds Shanaya, reminding her that she is Shaurya’s fiancée and should be aware of what happens to him.
Back at Anshuman’s house, Anshuman grabs Preeta’s hand. She demands that he release her, but he tries to touch her. Karan arrives and grabs Anshuman’s hand, then scolds and beats him for his behaviour. Preeta asks Karan to stop, but Anshuman warns him that everything is being recorded. Karan declares that he does not care and continues beating him, warning him never to behave that way again. He then hugs Preeta and tells her that she belongs to him alone, assuring her that he will never allow anything to happen to her.
Later, Kareena asks Nidhi about the progress of Shaurya’s case. Nidhi explains that Karan told her he had spoken to a lawyer, but she does not trust him. Kareena reminds her that Karan is Shaurya’s father and would never remain silent while his son is in trouble. However, Nidhi says that Karan went to drop Rajveer off instead of accompanying the lawyer.
Kareena points out that Nidhi has always focused on Shaurya while ignoring Karan’s needs. She explains that Karan also needs a companion and advises Nidhi to pay more attention to him. Nidhi says she has tried to get closer to Karan, but he has never allowed her to do so. Kareena encourages her not to give up and suggests that she remind Karan of the sacrifices she has made for him. Nidhi agrees and goes inside.
However, Kritika overhears their conversation and warns Kareena against giving Nidhi such advice. She cautions that Kareena could be blamed if Nidhi does something wrong.
Meanwhile, Preeta breaks the hug and assures Karan that she is fine. Karan then demands that Anshuman apologise to her. Anshuman apologises and claims that he behaved that way because he was drunk. Preeta asks him to withdraw the case against Shaurya, but he refuses.
