Twist Of Fate On ZeeWorld Friday 6th March 2026 Update, Yug asks Rishi what happened. Rishi says he feels something bad is going to happen. Painter’s car nearly hits an old lady, but he hits the brakes just in time. Painter comments on the old lady. RV’s car passes by and witnesses all of this.

RV gets down from his car and helps the old lady sit down. He later argues with Painter about his behavior with the old lady. RV takes Painter’s car keys and asks him to apologize to the old lady; if he doesn’t, RV says he will throw the car keys far away and Painter won’t be able to find them. RV also says he will file a police complaint against him. Seeing this, Painter apologizes to the old lady and takes back his car keys. Painter warns RV that he will make him regret what happened today, then leaves.
Yug asks RV to calm down. RV gets a call from Monisha and learns about Harleen’s accident. Harman also learns about the accident and informs the Malhotra family.
Purvi, Monisha, and Dushyant admit Harleen to the hospital. Monisha thanks Dushyant for what he has done for her. Dushyant asks Monisha to act completely broken when RV arrives.
RV comes to the hospital, shouting for his mother. Harleen hears RV’s voice in her unconscious state and reacts. The doctor, seeing this, thinks Harleen has a really close relationship with her son.
RV enters the emergency room looking for Harleen, but the doctor tells him they are treating her and asks him to leave.
RV worries about Harleen. Monisha comforts him. RV spots Purvi and goes to her. He asks if Harleen will be fine. Purvi assures him that she will. RV says to Purvi that Harleen is everything to him. Purvi tells him nothing will happen to her. Monisha comments to RV that Purvi tried to kill Harleen.
Dushyant thinks the real game has started and Monisha is going to win.
RV asks Monisha to clearly explain what she wants to say. Monisha says she saw Harleen walking alone on the road when the accident happened. She claims Purvi took Harleen to the temple and left her alone so the accident could happen, implying Purvi planned this.
The Malhotra family arrives at the hospital. They learn Harleen is in the emergency room, but Dadaji suddenly collapses due to a mild heart attack. The family calls a doctor, who checks Dadaji and takes him to a room. Later, the doctor informs them that Dadaji hasn’t had a heart attack; he is just too stressed. The doctor advises the family to keep him away from stress, then leaves. The Malhotra family goes to see Harleen.
Monisha and Dushyant insist they saw Harleen alone when the accident happened. Monisha tells RV that Purvi tried to harm Harleen for Khushi. RV asks Yug to call Khushi. After speaking to her, RV tells Monisha that Purvi couldn’t have done this. Monisha insists she will get proof if necessary. She runs into the Malhotra family, tells them about Purvi’s supposed attempt on Harleen, and leaves to gather evidence. Harman thinks it is impossible. Deepika believes Purvi tried to harm Harleen.
Dushyant asks Monisha why she claimed she would get evidence and where she would get it from. Monisha apologizes to Dushyant, saying she had to prove herself right in front of RV. She asks Dushyant what to do next. Dushyant says they will have to show proof no matter how hard it is.
The police inspector comes to Dushyant and asks if he can help. Dushyant agrees. Monisha tells the inspector to arrest Purvi for attempted murder. The inspector says he needs evidence and asks if there is any eyewitness. Monisha claims she is a witness.
Purvi asks Deepika not to accuse her and insists she would never try to harm Harleen. Harman remarks that it’s a bad day as Harleen had an accident and Dadaji’s condition worsened. RV asks what happened to Dadaji. Harman explains Dadaji was stressed about Harleen, causing a breathing problem. Deepika blames Purvi for both Harleen’s accident and Dadaji’s condition, claiming Purvi acted under Khushi’s instructions. Purvi insists Khushi isn’t involved. Deepika questions RV if he still doubts Purvi after seeing her defensive behavior.
The police inspector informs Purvi that she is under arrest for attempting to murder Harleen. A nurse tells RV that Harleen has regained consciousness and is calling for him. RV goes to see Purvi as the cops take her away.
RV asks Harleen if she is alright. She says she is fine. RV feels relieved and leaves.
Harman asks the doctor if they can take Harleen home. The doctor says yes. RV brings a wheelchair and tells Harleen she needs to do something, to which she agrees.
Dushyant tells Monisha that Purvi will now be unable to make any deal with Neha since she is in trouble. Monisha agrees.
RV stops the cops from taking Purvi away and asks on what basis she is being arrested. The cops say Purvi will be judged guilty based on Harleen’s statement.
Dushyant tries to convince RV to let the cops take Purvi, claiming she is responsible for Harleen’s condition. RV refuses.
Harleen tells the cops she doesn’t want to file a complaint against her daughter-in-law. The cops leave. Purvi asks Harleen if she is alright. Harleen says she is fine.
Monisha lashes out in her room. Dushyant slaps her, asking why she is being a spoiled sport. He tells her to make another plan if one fails. Monisha says she’s tired because her plans always fail. Dushyant reminds her that some battles are won with wit and says they have to keep their enemies close and strike when least expected. Monisha notes that she mentioned Khushi’s name in front of RV but no one believed her. Dushyant tells Monisha that if she wants a win, she has to follow the path he shows. Monisha agrees.
Harman and RV bring Harleen to her room and put her to rest. Harman says she won’t go to the temple anymore and can pray at home. Harleen asks why he’s worried. Harman explains how much they care for her. RV agrees. RV asks what Harleen is thinking; she says nothing. RV goes to get water. Harman tells her RV has left and she can tell him what she’s hiding.
Purvi calls Khushi, telling her Harleen is fine and she doesn’t need to come.
RV comes to Purvi to get water for Harleen. Purvi thanks him, saying she doesn’t know what she would do without him. RV tells her he will always be with her.
Deepika asks Dushyant if he really wants Monisha to fight Khushi. Dushyant reveals Monisha has no chance because RV still loves Khushi and his anger toward her proves it.
Khushi comes to Malhotra mansion. Purvi greets her. Khushi says she came to meet Purvi. RV leaves.
Harman asks Harleen to tell him what she’s hiding. Harleen says someone tried to kill her. She saw the car coming and tried to move aside, but it turned toward her and hit her. Harman asks if she saw who attacked her. Harleen says one man wore a grey shirt and another a blue shirt. RV overhears and recalls Painter. He gives water to Harleen and leaves. Harman suggests going to the cops tomorrow; Harleen agrees.
RV asks Yug to contact his friend Karthik, the sketch artist, to make a sketch of the attackers. Yug asks whose sketch. RV reminds him of the men who misbehaved with the old lady; they are the ones who hit Harleen. Yug agrees and calls Karthik.
Diya asks Yug if they can go. RV makes an excuse and sends Diya away, telling her she shouldn’t know because he suspects Khushi planned to kill Harleen. Yug agrees. RV and Yug leave.
Dushyant tells Monisha they will make a deal with Neha to make her believe Purvi is trapping her, and they will help Neha. Monisha agrees. They leave for the police station.
Khushi, hearing what happened, tells Purvi that someone tried to kill Harleen to frame her. Khushi asks who knew Harleen was going to the temple. Purvi says Monisha knew besides the family. Purvi reveals Monisha’s involvement with Neha. Purvi says Neha will reveal the whole truth once she is out of jail. Khushi says she knows someone who can get Neha out of jail. Purvi thanks her.
