Ramesh and Sakshi arrive at the basti with Aman. Bhajan immediately calls Chandraman and informs him that Ramesh and the others have arrived. Chandraman says he does not understand what is happening, and Bhajan agrees with him and comments on the situation.

Meanwhile, Pradeep goes to Anjali and informs her that Ramesh has arrived with another man. Padma overhears the conversation and suggests that the man might be Aman. Pradeep becomes curious and asks Padma what she means, but she dismisses his question and sends him away.
Anjali tells Padma that she is frightened. She explains that if the man is really Aman, she might become too emotional when she sees him.
Soon, Ramesh and Sakshi meet Anjali. Ramesh questions her about why she is dressed like this. He reminds her that he had already informed her that he was bringing Aman, so he does not understand why she looks like a widow when he had asked her to get ready like a bride. Anjali explains that she first wants to confirm whether the man is really Aman or whether they are dealing with another conspiracy.
Ramesh reminds Anjali that he always carries the Bhagavad Gita in his heart. He assures her that if he has brought someone and introduced him as Aman, then he is truly Aman. However, Anjali is not convinced. She asks Ramesh to call Aman so she can see for herself whether the man is really her husband. Ramesh agrees and calls him.
Aman finally appears before Anjali. As she looks at him, she remembers the beautiful moments they shared together. However, after looking closely at the man standing in front of her, Anjali firmly declares that he is not Aman.
She then confronts Ramesh and demands to know who the man really is. Ramesh asks her to listen to his explanation, but Anjali refuses. Instead, she shows them a photograph of Aman to prove that the man standing before her does not look like her husband.
Ramesh reminds Anjali that he had already explained how Aman underwent plastic surgery at the police station. Despite his explanation, Anjali refuses to believe him and asks the man directly who he is.
Aman is equally confused about his own identity. He looks at the photograph and recognises that the person in it is him. However, when he looks at himself in the mirror, he feels that the person staring back at him is someone else.
Aman then recognises Anjali as his wife and reminds her that he filled her hairline with sindoor in court. However, Anjali argues that this does not prove his identity because everyone already knows about that incident.
