Digvijay tells Vasundhara that the café is now a partnership with Anupama and that he will never break his friendship with her. Vasundhara warns him that he is making a big mistake by trusting Anupama. She believes Anupama will use him and move on with her life. However, Digvijay stands by his decision and says he trusts Anupama.

He also reminds Vasundhara that she tried to plot against him and Anupama, but her plan failed when Anupama decided to start the café in Ahmedabad. Vasundhara gives Digvijay an earful, but he refuses to back down.
Prem asks Digvijay to watch his behaviour and questions how he dared to come to their house. Digvijay replies that he came in the same way Vasundhara visited his house and dealt with Ranvijay.
Vasundhara tells Prem that everything she did was for his sake. She complains that after ruining Prem’s life, Anupama is now enjoying herself with Digvijay. She adds that she cannot stand seeing Anupama move on with her life. Digvijay immediately berates Vasundhara for her words.
Prem tells Digvijay that Anupama will succeed in their partnership and use him to build her career. Digvijay warns Prem to behave himself. Prem argues that Digvijay is also using Anupama. Unable to tolerate his words, Digvijay slaps Prem. Prem becomes furious and raises his hand to hit Digvijay, but Digvijay challenges him to go ahead since he has already raised his hand.
Digvijay calls Prem and Rahi crazy and says they can never have the kind of upbringing Anupama gave them. The two men continue arguing until Prem orders Digvijay to leave his house. However, Digvijay vows to protect his house and café and challenges Prem to try and win the café from him.
He further tells Prem that Anupama might forgive him and Rahi, but he will never forgive him. Digvijay warns Prem not to stoop so low that one day, when he realises his mistake and wants to apologise, he will no longer be able to touch Anupama’s feet.
Meanwhile, Gautam comments that Digvijay has started lecturing people just like Anupama and has even slapped Prem. Elsewhere, Anupama waits for Digvijay and wonders where he could be in the new city. Mahi asks her to relax, reminding her that Digvijay is not a child. Hasmuk also tries to calm Anupama down.
Leela interrupts and asks Anupama to order some paneer fritters for her. Hasmuk jokingly asks whether she will pay in cash or online. Leela becomes surprised and asks if she is expected to pay for the food. Hasmuk then tells her to at least order some onion fritters.
As Anupama continues looking for Digvijay, Rahi arrives at the Shah house. She confronts Anupama and questions how Digvijay dared to slap Prem. Ansh asks Rahi what Prem said that made Digvijay react that way, while Hasmuk also asks her to explain what happened.
Instead, Rahi misbehaves with Anupama and warns her to keep Digvijay away from both her and Prem. She tells Anupama to take her warning seriously or face the consequences, threatening to create such a scene that it will destroy Anupama and Digvijay’s friendship. Mahi asks Rahi to mind her language, but Rahi tells her to stay quiet because she is not in the mood for her sarcasm. She even orders Mahi to shut her mouth.
When Digvijay finally arrives, Anupama becomes furious with him for slapping Prem. She blames him for creating even more misunderstandings between her, Rahi and Prem. Leela points out that Anupama is only concerned about Digvijay slapping Prem.
Digvijay explains that he went to Prem’s house because he wanted to stand up for Anupama. However, Anupama tells him that she does not need anyone’s support or anyone to take a stand for her. Digvijay tries to explain that his intentions were never wrong, but Anupama continues blaming him for making the situation worse.
Digvijay eventually apologises to Anupama. Feeling hurt by the way things have turned out, he decides to leave the house and return permanently. Anupama is left shocked by his decision.
Meanwhile, Rahi becomes emotional. A woman notices her condition and asks if she is fine. Rahi explains that she is experiencing hormonal imbalance. As she remembers Anupama, the woman asks whether her mother lives far away. Rahi responds by expressing her hatred towards Anupama. She claims that because of Anupama’s curse, she is unable to become pregnant.
The woman tells Rahi that a mother can never curse her own child. However, Rahi argues that Anupama only knows how to make herself look great. The woman advises her to go and meet her mother, but Rahi refuses. She adds that because of Anupama, Prem will lose yet another dream since she cannot become pregnant.
Back at the Shah house, Leela tells Anupama that because of Digvijay’s actions, Prem and Rahi will never forget the slap. She advises Anupama to stop worrying about Digvijay and focus on her children instead. Hasmuk tries to stop Digvijay from leaving, but Digvijay asks him to leave him alone.
Leela continues warning Anupama that her friendship with Digvijay will turn out to be the biggest mistake of her life. Anupama begins blaming herself for everything that has happened.
However, Mahi, Ansh, Kinjal and Ishani stand by Anupama and offer her their support. Anupama regrets returning to Ahmedabad, but Hasmuk reassures her that she has done nothing wrong. He also tells her that Digvijay was right in what he did.
