Ramesh asks Anjali if she used to love Aman, and she confirms that she did. He then questions her about why she still refuses to recognise him. Anjali insists that the man standing before her is not Aman because their faces are completely different.

Ramesh tells Anjali that she is trying to recognise her love through his face rather than her heart. He reminds her that he had already explained that Aman underwent plastic surgery. However, Anjali questions what happened to his voice. She points out that although his face may have changed, the voice she is hearing does not belong to Aman.
Ramesh says he knew Anjali would raise this concern. He explains that Aman underwent several surgeries on his face over the last three years. During that period, Aman remained unconscious and could only be fed through a tube. Ramesh adds that having a tube in his throat for so many years could naturally change a person’s voice.
Aman agrees with Anjali and tells her that she is right because he is not Aman. He looks at Aman’s photograph and explains that the man in the picture is Aman, not him. He says that he has become someone else. Aman then asks Anjali if she remembers how they first met at a coffee shop. However, Anjali refuses to accept this as proof, saying that anyone could know about their first meeting.
Ramesh asks Anjali if she has already decided that she will never accept the man as Aman. Anjali confirms that she has made up her mind and insists that he is not her husband. Ramesh comments on her decision before leaving.
Afterwards, Sakshi asks Anjali if she should leave Aman with her. Anjali tells her to take Aman away because she needs some time to think. She then questions Sakshi about her relationship with Aman. Sakshi reminds Anjali that she has already introduced herself as Meera. Anjali further asks if she loves Aman, and Sakshi happily says yes. She wonders how anyone could fail to love him before taking Aman away.
Meanwhile, Bhajan secretly takes a picture of Aman and Sakshi. He immediately calls Chandraman and informs him that the third person who arrived with Ramesh is claiming to be Aman Singh Rajput. Bhajan tells Chandraman that he has sent him a photograph and asks him to check it. After looking at the picture, Chandraman declares that the man is not Aman and believes that someone is trying to mislead them.
Elsewhere, Aman looks at himself in the mirror and says that he cannot face himself. He becomes frustrated and tries to break the mirror, but Sakshi quickly stops him. Aman then asks Sakshi if the woman they had just met was really Anjali. Ramesh confirms that she was.
Aman questions Ramesh about why he cannot remember Anjali. Ramesh explains that it is because he has been unable to recall his past. He then asks Aman if he would like to see something that could help him remember his life. Aman agrees.
Ramesh shows Aman a video of his wedding with Anjali. After watching it, Aman begins to believe that Anjali is the woman he loves. He calls her and tells her that he loves her, but later changes his words and says that he does not love her. Aman then asks Anjali if she is really his wife.
