Love’s Complicated On Starlife Tuesday 11th August 2026 Update, Akshara breaks down and apologizes to Abhimanyu. At that moment, Kairav calls her. Abhimanyu asks her to answer the call. Akshara asks Kairav about Arohi, and Kairav tells her that Arohi is not fine. He also asks about Akshara’s condition. Akshara and Abhimanyu assure him that they are fine.

Manish tells Abhimanyu that whatever Arohi did was wrong, and he would have reacted the same way in his place. Abhimanyu thanks Manish for supporting him. Manish and Kairav ask Abhimanyu to take care of Akshara. Abhimanyu says Akshara is fine, while Kairav asks Akshara to take care of Abhimanyu. Meanwhile, Arohi cries alone in her room.
Akshara apologizes to Abhimanyu again. Abhimanyu hugs and kisses her and feels proud that she stood against Arohi. He tells her to go home alone because he has to monitor Vihaan. Akshara agrees to leave but questions Abhimanyu about lying to her regarding his MRI. Abhimanyu decides to hide the truth from her.
Akshara makes Abhimanyu wear his ring and asks if everything will be fine. Abhimanyu assures her that everything will be okay. He thinks he cannot give Akshara more stress because she is already worried about Arohi. He looks at his hand and gets emotional.
Later, Anand brings Abhimanyu’s MRI report. Akshara asks Abhimanyu to read it, and he gets shocked after seeing the results. However, he lies to Akshara and says everything is fine. He tells her that he only did the MRI because Anand wanted him to. Someone calls Akshara, and after she leaves, Anand asks Abhimanyu how he got injured. Abhimanyu says it happened during the fire incident. He worries after learning that he may have severe nerve damage. Anand advises him not to perform surgeries until he fully recovers.
The Goenkas worry about Arohi. Akshara asks about her, and Kairav tells her that Arohi is fine. Later, Akshara falls asleep. Abhimanyu comes and sees her sleeping. He struggles while trying to stitch something because of his injured hand and becomes emotional.
Akshara wakes up and sees Abhimanyu sleeping. She places her hand on his damaged hand, but Abhimanyu quickly removes his hand. Akshara gets worried after seeing his reaction. Abhimanyu wakes up and kisses her forehead. He asks her to sleep beside him, but Akshara tells him to rest because she has some work. She notices a half-stitched cloth and starts wondering. She then decides to meet Arohi.
The Goenkas meet Akshara. She learns that Arohi has not eaten breakfast and decides to feed her. Manish and Kairav try to stop her, but Akshara refuses to listen. She goes to Arohi and asks her to have breakfast.
Arohi gets angry and blames Akshara for ruining her career. She accuses Akshara of being jealous because she herself has no direction in life. Akshara becomes emotional when Arohi insults her music. Arohi questions Akshara’s dreams and asks who she is trying to fool with her aimless goals. She even asks if Akshara is betraying Abhimanyu with her unfinished dreams.
Akshara is shocked by Arohi’s words. Arohi says building a career is not easy, but Akshara destroyed hers easily. She tells Akshara to collect her things and leave. After Akshara takes her belongings, Arohi throws her out of the room. The Goenkas arrive, and Akshara quietly walks away.
Kairav says he had warned Akshara not to meet Arohi because she was in a bad mood. Manish wonders what Arohi must have said that hurt Akshara so much. Suhasini adds that Arohi has always hurt Akshara.
Meanwhile, Abhimanyu stands outside the OT and looks at his injured hand sadly. Manjiri prepares pudding and says Harsh never allowed her to make sweets. Akshara returns home, and Manjiri immediately notices that she is hurt. She says Arohi must have hurt her as expected. Akshara hugs Manjiri and cries. Manjiri sings a song to comfort her.
Akshara joins Manjiri in singing but remembers Arohi’s harsh words and becomes sad. Manjiri asks if Arohi’s words are troubling her. She says Arohi must have worked hard for her career, which is why she feels hurt. Manjiri also says she has seen Mahima put in the same kind of effort. Just then, Abhimanyu calls Akshara, and Manjiri asks her to answer.
Akshara tries to pretend that everything is normal. Abhimanyu says he knows Arohi must have hurt her. Akshara changes the topic, but Abhimanyu tells her he misses her. Akshara says she misses him too. Abhimanyu asks her to come to the hospital soon. Akshara wonders how she will tell him about Arohi’s hurtful words, while Abhimanyu worries about how he will reveal his injury to her.
Manish talks to Swarna and says because of her, he contacted a boy’s family for Arohi, but now they do not know how she will react. Swarna says Kairav is upset with Arohi, so she cannot ask him to talk to her.
Rohan tells Abhimanyu that the hospital needs him. A patient insists on getting surgery only from Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu suggests that Anand perform the operation because he is available, but the patient decides to wait until Abhimanyu returns.
Anand talks to Abhimanyu and assures him that he will recover soon. He advises Abhimanyu to tell Akshara about his injury before she finds out from someone else. Abhimanyu feels helpless and says he feels useless. Anand receives a message and says he is not good at handling outside matters. He misses Harsh. Abhimanyu waits for Akshara and decides that he will finally tell her about his injury.
Later, Akshara helps patients through her music therapy. Someone encourages her to participate in India’s Magical Voice.
