Roni apologises to Vikrant and explains that everything they did was for his sake because they love him. Vikrant becomes confused and asks why Roni is crying and apologising to him. Neetu also becomes worried, while Shruthi asks Vikrant what happened. He explains that he only fainted and cannot remember anything after the incident. Vikrant then asks Neetu to get some rest.

Meanwhile, Mannat tries to convince Neetu to tell Vikrant the truth. She also wishes Vikrant a quick recovery and hopes he will marry her. Later, Mannat confronts Neetu about why she refused to reveal the truth to Vikrant. Neetu explains that she had decided to tell him everything, but when she discovered that Vikrant could no longer remember his childhood, she lost her confidence. She feels that perhaps God also wants them to keep the truth hidden.
Mannat disagrees and tells her that this is not God’s wish but her own decision. She insists that they cannot continue hiding such an important truth from Vikrant because she cannot bear to see him get hurt. She also refuses to start a relationship with him based on a lie. However, Neetu warns Mannat that if she truly respects the family, she must not reveal anything to Vikrant. She even threatens to take her own life if Mannat dares to tell him the truth.
Neetu insists that she is not blackmailing Mannat but will definitely kill herself if she reveals the truth. She leaves Mannat with the difficult decision.
Later, Dhairya comforts Vikrant. He wishes Vikrant could remember everything about his childhood but does not want to force him. Dhairya feels that his mother chose the wrong way to bring back Vikrant’s memories. He gives Vikrant his medicine, and Vikrant asks about Vishaka. Dhairya wonders why Vikrant is looking for his mother.
Meanwhile, Vishaka takes Susheela back to the Happy Old Age Home. Susheela begs her to leave her alone, but Vishaka ignores her. She angrily confronts the nurse for being careless and complains that she was not informed when Susheela went missing. Vishaka then orders the nurse to give Susheela a high dose of medicine. The nurse warns that Susheela could die, but Vishaka says she does not care. She explains that Susheela is of no use to her, but it would be dangerous if she started revealing the truth about her.
Mallika calls Vishaka and informs her that Vikrant has still not regained his memories. Mallika asks if Vishaka told her the truth because she does not believe Vikrant’s accident was genuine. Vishaka insists that she did not lie. Mallika questions why Vikrant still cannot remember anything and says they need to come up with another plan.
Meanwhile, Mannat confronts Mallika and accuses her of doing everything possible to get Aishwarya released from prison. She makes it clear that she will not allow it. Mannat also says that Mallika is just like her mother and is involved in several wrong activities.
Dhairya arrives, and Mannat starts arguing with him. She demands that he send Aishwarya back to prison. Dhairya complains that he does not like anyone ordering him around and asks Mannat to spend more time with Vikrant. Mannat tells him to do the same. She warns him that if he does not send Aishwarya back to prison, he will face the worst consequences.
Later, Mallika informs Vikrant that she saw Mannat with Dhairya in his room. When Mannat arrives, she lies to Vikrant, claiming that she was with Shruthi. Vikrant then tells her that he remembers something. Mannat wants to reveal the truth to him but remembers Neetu’s threat and decides to remain silent.
Meanwhile, Neetu threatens to slit her wrist, but Mannat manages to calm her down. Neetu then reminds Mannat that Vikrant will not believe her without evidence. He will demand proof, so she asks whether Mannat has anything that can support her claims. Mannat admits that she has no evidence.
Neetu says that Vishaka is a liar, but Mannat warns that if they continue hiding the truth, Vishaka will manipulate Vikrant. She reveals that Vishaka already knows Neetu gave Vikrant medicine and that the medicine is responsible for his inability to remember his childhood. Mannat asks what will happen if Vikrant discovers this on his own.
Neetu explains that she never knew the medicine would affect his health. She only wanted to keep the truth about his real identity hidden because she does not want Vikrant to discover that she is not his biological mother. She insists that she never intended to harm him. Mannat assures her that she does not need to worry but warns her not to make any more mistakes.
Just then, Shruthi informs them that Harneet has contacted her and wants to donate money to the Happy Old Age Home. Mannat appreciates the gesture and says that they will receive God’s blessings for doing something good.
Meanwhile, Vishaka asks Roni when he will transfer the property into her name. Neetu overhears the conversation and asks which property she is talking about. Vishaka explains that since Neetu is refusing to let her reveal the truth to Vikrant, they must transfer the property into her name to keep her quiet.
Neetu refuses, saying that she does not need money or property. She asks Roni to transfer everything into her name instead because all she wants is her Vikrant. Mannat tells Vishaka that she will get the property along with the truth.
Mannat then announces that they will reveal everything to Vikrant during the Lakshmi Puja. She calls Dhairya and explains the plan, asking him to promise that his mother will not do anything foolish until they reveal the truth. Vishaka argues with Mannat, who refuses to back down. Later, Mannat consoles Roni and Neetu and informs them that Vikrant is beginning to get flashes of his past. She insists that they must reveal the truth before it is too late. Meanwhile, Mallika shares the latest development with Aishwarya. Aishwarya believes their plan will not work unless they act quickly. She tells Mallika that they must make sure Vishaka reveals the truth to Vikrant before Mannat gets the chance.
As time passes, Vikrant becomes suspicious that everyone is hiding something from him. Neetu gets emotional, but he comforts her. Mannat later informs Vikrant that she is going to the old age home. He offers to give her a lift, but she refuses.
