Rajveer tells Karan to stay away from him, saying that Karan is not his father and that he only has his mother. Karan asks him not to speak that way and reminds him that his full name is Rajveer Karan Luthra. However, Rajveer questions what Karan did for him while he was growing up. He says that he and Preeta had to live alone and that Preeta does not even know she has a husband and a son.

Rajveer blames Karan for everything and admits that he hates him. He says nobody deserves to have a father like Karan. Karan begs Rajveer not to hate him and accepts that he was wrong for not being there to raise him. However, Rajveer says accepting his mistake will not change anything. He calls Karan a bad husband and a bad father. Karan insists that he loves Preeta deeply and explains that the memories he shared with her and Rajveer kept him going all these years.
Karan recalls the day Preeta took Rajveer and Shaurya for their vaccinations. He explains that they were involved in an accident that left him unconscious. His family blamed Preeta for what happened, forcing her to leave the house. Karan says he was later informed that Preeta had died, and he regrets believing the news that both Preeta and Rajveer were no more.
Rajveer refuses to listen to Karan’s explanation, saying he will never believe him. He explains that he witnessed Preeta’s suffering, which is why he came back to take revenge on Karan. He also tells Karan that he will leave the city with Preeta. Karan begs him to give him another chance, but Rajveer refuses to forgive him. Karan insists that he wants both Preeta and Rajveer in his life because he loves them so much. However, Rajveer tells him to stop pretending.
Meanwhile, at the police station, Shaurya refuses to meet Nidhi and tells her to go home. The police inspector also informs Anshuman that he cannot meet Shaurya. Anshuman threatens to file another case against Shaurya, leaving Nidhi shocked.
Karan takes Rajveer inside the house and shows him their family photo album. However, Rajveer refuses to fall for his tricks. He warns Karan to stay away from Preeta and repeats that he hates him. Karan is shocked by his words and decides to end Rajveer’s hatred once and for all. He reminds Rajveer that he loves him and then takes a knife and cuts his own wrist. Rajveer is shocked by his actions.
Elsewhere, Nidhi scolds Anshuman, but he tells her that she knows nothing about what happened. He explains that Karan and Shaurya beat him because of Preeta. He also vows to make sure Shaurya spends the rest of his life in jail.
Rajveer questions Karan about why he hurt himself. Karan repeats that he loves both Preeta and Rajveer. Rajveer calls for help and apologises to him, begging him not to hate him. Karan eventually faints. Meanwhile, Preeta starts feeling restless. Palki asks if they are going to Varun’s house that day, and Preeta says they will go with Rajveer. Palki then goes to prepare tea for her.
Outside the Luthra house, Kareena asks Nidhi if Shaurya still believes that Karan loves Rajveer more than him. Kritika thinks Shaurya has changed his mind, which is why he saved Rajveer at the hospital. However, Nidhi corrects her and says Shaurya saved Karan, not Rajveer. She explains that Shaurya told her Rajveer is an enemy of the Luthras and wants to destroy Karan’s business.
Inside the house, Rajveer helps Karan onto the sofa. Karan asks for water, and Rajveer gives it to him, assuring him that nothing will happen. However, Karan faints again. Rajveer begs him to wake up, saying he has not even taken his revenge yet, so Karan cannot die. He also promises not to let anything happen to him.
Mahesh, Rakhi and Kavya arrive at the Luthra house. Mahesh asks Dadi why everyone is standing outside. Kareena explains that they were discussing Rajveer’s hatred towards Karan. Kavya disagrees and says Rajveer does not hate Karan. Rakhi also points out that if Rajveer truly hated Karan, he would not have risked his own life to save him. She asks everyone not to make unnecessary assumptions. Just then, they hear Rajveer’s voice and rush inside.
Rajveer tells Karan that they need to take him to the hospital. However, Karan asks him to forgive him first. Rajveer says Karan’s behaviour is hurting him and admits that he feels as though he was the one who cut Karan’s wrist. The Luthras arrive, and Rakhi rushes to Karan. Kareena asks what happened. Rajveer explains that Karan cut his own wrist. Nidhi immediately slaps Rajveer and blames him for Karan’s condition. Rajveer tries to defend himself, but Nidhi throws him out of the house.
Meanwhile, Preeta tells Palki that she feels something bad is happening. Palki thinks Preeta is worried because she told her about Kavya’s situation.
Rakhi asks Mahesh to take Karan to his room. Rajveer offers to help, but Nidhi scolds him and orders him to leave. Rajveer answers Preeta’s phone call, while Kavya and Mahesh insist that they need his help. Nidhi argues that Karan is in this condition because of Rajveer, so he should leave. Preeta hears everything. Kareena also tells Rajveer to go, and he finally leaves.
As Rajveer walks away, he begins questioning whether Karan is really a good person or not. He wonders if he misunderstood him and blames himself for Karan’s condition. He recalls what Srishti and Karan told him and admits that he no longer knows who is right and who is wrong.
Meanwhile, Karan assures the Luthras that he is fine and admits that he cut his own wrist. Mahesh scolds him for his actions. Preeta arrives, but Nidhi questions why she has come. Kavya explains that Preeta is there to treat Karan. Preeta attends to his injury and gives him medicine. However, Karan starts feeling dizzy, leaving Dadi worried. She begs Preeta to save him.
