Love’s Complicated On Starlife Monday 10th August 2026 Update, Akshara asks Abhimanyu about his engagement ring. Abhimanyu realizes that he may have lost it. When Akshara questions him about it, he says he might have left it in the operation theatre. Akshara asks if they will find the ring or not. Abhimanyu assures her that the hospital belongs to them and nothing can go missing.

Akshara tells Abhimanyu that if he is thinking about how she will react if the ring is not found, then he is right. She jokes that she will eat him alive if he loses the ring. Abhimanyu assures her that neither she nor anything important to her can ever be lost by him. He then wonders where his ring could have gone.
Meanwhile, Arohi thinks that she will defeat Abhimanyu and become the top surgeon. Vihaan continues struggling for his life. Abhimanyu decides to go for his rounds, and Akshara asks him to go.
Later, Akshara finds Abhimanyu’s ring and learns that he had undergone an MRI. She gets confused and wonders why Abhimanyu hid this from her. Abhimanyu learns about Vihaan’s condition and goes to diagnose him. Vihaan’s parents accuse him of being careless towards their child. Abhimanyu struggles to find the problem.
Arohi gets scared because she realizes she may have given the wrong medicine to Vihaan. She bumps into Akshara, who tells her to look where she is walking. Abhimanyu’s ring falls, making Akshara restless. Arohi remembers her past and starts crying.
Swarna gets excited about Arohi’s wedding. She asks Kairav why he looks lost. Kairav says he still cannot believe that Arohi agreed to the marriage so easily. He shares his worries with Swarna and says Arohi was still competing with Abhimanyu, which makes him uncomfortable. Swarna tells him not to worry because nothing bad will happen.
At the hospital, Vihaan’s parents and other visitors blame Abhimanyu for giving the child the wrong treatment. Abhimanyu tries to convince them to allow him to diagnose Vihaan before it gets too late. Vihaan’s father decides to call another doctor, but Abhimanyu keeps requesting a chance and assures them that he will save Vihaan.
The people decide to call the police. Akshara decides to go to Abhimanyu, but a nurse stops her. She calls the guards and asks them to handle the situation if it gets worse.
Rohan supports Abhimanyu and convinces everyone to let him treat Vihaan. Akshara also shows confidence in Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu checks Vihaan and asks his team to call Meena because she is the only person who knows which medicine was given to him.
Arohi becomes worried about her career. When she sees Meena, she tries to convince her not to reveal her name, saying that Meena will also lose her job. Akshara finds out about Arohi’s mistake. Arohi manages to convince Akshara not to reveal her name because her career will be destroyed.
Arohi begs Akshara to save her from Abhimanyu’s anger. She says Abhimanyu will escape from the situation easily and asks Akshara to help her. Akshara decides to reveal the truth. Arohi gets angry and asks if Akshara is taking revenge because she became a doctor while Arohi got nothing.
Akshara says Abhimanyu cannot be blamed for something he did not do. Abhimanyu manages to save Vihaan’s life. Arohi gets angry with Akshara and accuses her of being jealous. Akshara takes Arohi with her and decides to reveal the truth.
Abhimanyu informs Anand, Neil, and Vihaan’s parents that Vihaan is safe. He asks Vihaan’s father to meet him. Anand asks what happened to Vihaan, and Abhimanyu says Vihaan had a drug allergy. He worries about who gave the wrong medicine to him despite all the details being available.
Akshara reveals Arohi’s name. Abhimanyu gets angry at Arohi for being careless and hiding the truth. He remembers how Arohi hid the truth about Manjiri’s accident. He says if Arohi had confessed earlier, the situation would not have become so complicated. He asks everyone to gather in the board room.
Arohi begs Akshara to save her. Meanwhile, Kairav and Vansh prepare a cake for Arohi’s promotion, and Swarna gets happy about welcoming Arohi. Arohi apologizes and says she never thought Abhimanyu would be blamed because of her mistake.
Abhimanyu gets angry and tells Arohi that he is not upset because his name was involved. His concern is that a child could have suffered because of her carelessness. Arohi tries to defend herself, but Anand and Mahima reveal that she also tried to manipulate Meena.
Abhimanyu, Mahima, and Anand decide to cancel Arohi’s promotion. Neil tells Arohi that her license will be suspended for one year and the hospital will also take legal action against her. Arohi pleads with Akshara for help.
Abhimanyu and Akshara have a conversation. Abhimanyu tells Akshara not to ask him for something that he will not be able to give her. Arohi believes Akshara will support her, but Akshara says that although Arohi made a mistake, hiding the truth cannot be forgiven. She says that as her sister, Arohi should not be protected from punishment and that the authorities have the right to take action.
Arohi is shocked. Abhimanyu asks her to sign the papers. She signs them, and Abhimanyu takes her ID card. Arohi looks at Akshara and Abhimanyu. The hospital staff taunts her for celebrating her promotion and blames her for giving the wrong medicine to Vihaan. Arohi leaves from there.
Manish gets angry at Arohi for making a mistake and hiding it. Akhilesh defends her, but Manish and Suhasini question how she could be so careless. When Arohi returns home, she gets angry at the Goenkas for judging her instead of supporting her. She becomes upset when she learns they are still worried about Akshara.
