Love’s Complicated On Starlife Wednesday 12th August 2026 Update, Abhimanyu sits alone, trying to balance a marker on his fingers. He looks stressed as he waits for Akshara. He receives a message from her saying she got delayed because of a patient at the charity hospital but will come to him soon. Abhimanyu replies that he will see her at home instead.

While waiting, Abhimanyu overhears a couple talking. The wife complains that her husband hid his cancer from her, and the husband apologizes for keeping the truth from her. Hearing their conversation, Abhimanyu decides that he should tell Akshara about his hand injury before she finds out from someone else.
Meanwhile, Manish tells the Goenkas that the man from London has refused to marry Arohi. Swarna asks for the reason. Manish says the man learned about Arohi’s carelessness and cancelled the alliance. Arohi overhears the conversation and angrily says they should tell Akshara and Abhimanyu that her marriage proposal has been cancelled once again because of them.
Later, Akshara arrives while talking on the phone. Abhimanyu worries that she may have already learned about his hand injury. He hugs her and says that partners should never hide anything from each other. Akshara agrees and happily tells him that she cleared the first round of her singing audition. She says this is the first time she has decided to come out of her comfort zone and do something for herself. Abhimanyu hugs her, praises her talent, and says he is proud that she is finally thinking about herself.
Abhimanyu asks Akshara to sing. They sing together, share a romantic moment, and kiss each other. Abhimanyu quietly decides not to tell her about his hand surgery because he does not want to spoil her happiness after her success.
Elsewhere, Anand worries about Abhimanyu’s hand injury. He speaks to a doctor and asks him to give Abhimanyu the best treatment possible. At the Goenka house, everyone learns about Akshara’s audition and feels proud of her. Kairav says Akshara is finally doing something for herself and is sure she will succeed. Arohi hears about the singing competition and becomes even more jealous.
Abhimanyu helps Akshara prepare for the competition. Akshara tries to get romantic, and Abhimanyu responds by telling her to do whatever she feels like. Embarrassed, Akshara asks if he is not ashamed of speaking so openly. Abhimanyu laughs and says he was actually talking about her singing competition, not romance. Akshara silently thinks he is completely useless.
Soon, Manjiri, Neil, Parth, Shefali, Kairav, and Vansh surprise Akshara with a celebration. Abhimanyu says they are all cheering for her and jokes that they will be applauding from the clouds when she becomes a rock star. Akshara gets emotional, but Vansh and Kairav tell her to stop crying and cut the cake instead.
While everyone celebrates, Arohi secretly thinks Akshara will never succeed after ruining her career. During the celebration, Akshara notices medicine in Abhimanyu’s hand. Before she can ask anything, Abhimanyu quickly hides it. Akshara kisses him and says, “I love you.” Abhimanyu kisses her back and tells her he loves her too. Vansh says he is hungry, and Akshara says she is hungry too before everyone goes to eat.
Looking at his medicine, Abhimanyu says if Akshara had seen it properly, she would have questioned him. He tells himself that she has finally found the courage to chase her dreams, and he does not want to distract her. He admits he cannot lie to her, but he also cannot tell her the truth. Meanwhile, Arohi sees the video of Akshara uploaded by Vansh and gets even more upset.
Later, Abhimanyu and Akshara walk to their room. He asks about the timing of her audition. Before he can say anything else, Akshara tells him not to remind her to gargle or take medicine. Abhimanyu asks what she wants to do instead. Akshara says she just wants to spend time with him. The two share a romantic dance together.
At the same time, Anand receives a call from the doctor and becomes worried. He wonders why the doctor is coming to meet them personally and fears that something serious may be wrong with Abhimanyu.
That night, Akshara and Abhimanyu spend quality time together before falling asleep. Anand remains restless and searches for an important paper. Manjiri, Neil, and Mahima try to help him. Abhimanyu notices Anand’s tension and exchanges a worried look with Manjiri. Meanwhile, Arohi anxiously waits for Rudra’s reply and remembers her meeting with him.
The next day, Akshara struggles to choose an outfit for her audition. Abhimanyu helps her. She admits that she is nervous. Abhimanyu tells her he also felt scared before performing his first surgery and encourages her to believe in herself. Akshara says talking to him always gives her confidence. Abhimanyu kisses her forehead and advises her to take deep breaths before going on stage.
As Akshara gets ready, she finds Harsh’s recommendation letter. Abhimanyu tears it up because he wants her to succeed on her own merit. Later, Abhimanyu and Manjiri tell Anand that they have decided to bring Harsh back as CEO to reduce Anand’s workload. Anand thanks both of them.
Elsewhere, Arohi receives a reply from Rudra and becomes happy. Swarna and Kairav talk to her, but Arohi accuses Kairav of always taking Akshara’s side. Neil asks Manjiri how she can forgive someone who caused her so much pain. Manjiri says she is not the one to punish anyone. Before leaving, she asks Abhimanyu to take good care of Akshara.
Just as Akshara is about to leave for her audition, Anand calls Abhimanyu and asks him to come to the hospital because a doctor is waiting to see him.
