Love’s Complicated On Starlife Sunday 31st May 2026 Update, Abhimanyu firmly says they did nothing wrong so they will not apologize for it. Manish steps forward and apologizes to everyone adding that whatever has been done cannot be changed and the only thing left is to say sorry. He then announces that after today the Goenkas will not share any relationship with the Birlas. Abhimanyu and Akshara get tensed hearing this.

Manish repeats to the Birlas that they do not share any relationship now and will not in the future either. Abhimanyu holds Akshara’s hand tightly. Manish takes Akshara with him while Abhimanyu tries to apologize but Manish leaves the place with her. Both Abhimanyu and Akshara become teary eyed.
Akshara decides she will talk to Manish because Kartik and Naira never gave up so she will keep trying until he gets convinced. Kairav stops her from meeting Manish and takes breakfast for him instead. Akshara hopes her message reaches Manish and he receives her apology but he does not react at all. At the Birla house Harsh criticizes the Goenkas badly. Mahima asks him to stop the talk so everyone can focus on their work. Harsh says Akshara and Arohi made the Goenkas bow their heads. Abhimanyu corrects him and asks him to behave well with the Goenkas since they are going to be his would-be wife’s family. He tells Harsh to remember that. Harsh accuses Manjiri’s upbringing and she thinks her values have always taught Abhimanyu to respect women.
Kairav informs Suhasini that Akshara is fine and busy practicing music. Akshara thinks about Abhimanyu while he meets her at the practice place. She gets tensed and asks him to leave before anyone comes. Abhimanyu tells her not to fear. Akshara admits it feels good when he is around and he says he cannot stay away from her either. She insists he leaves before anyone spots them so he starts to go but she feels restless watching him walk away. Harsh looks for Abhimanyu and asks Manjiri about him. Mahima interrupts and says Abhimanyu went to see a patient. Harsh believes her but Manjiri later asks Mahima if that is true and Mahima admits she does not know where he is.
Abhimanyu and Akshara dance together on the Sami song. After the dance Abhimanyu tells her he wishes others could see his childish side because everyone thinks he is an arrogant doctor. Akshara says sometimes they surprise themselves and apologizes for asking him to leave. He understands and gets close to her. Akshara closes her eyes but he says not to worry because he will not do anything. She leaves and bumps into Arohi who asks why she is running. Akshara worries Arohi might see Abhimanyu but he leaves before she does. Arohi asks if she was alone and Akshara says her love was with her. Arohi stands shocked until Akshara clarifies that she meant her music.
Akshara rushes to the hospital but Manish stops her from visiting the Birla hospital. She convinces him by saying a patient there needs her so he agrees to send both her and Arohi but tells them to resign at the end of the day. Akshara and Arohi stand stunned. Akhilesh says it is their last day at the Birla hospital. Anand Harsh and Mahima plan a PR activity and Harsh says he has a plan. They get shocked seeing Akshara and Arohi arrive. Harsh comments that the Goenka family never stops doing drama. Anand says he did not expect them to come after how Manish reacted. Harsh decides to check what new drama they will create now.
Akshara sings a song for a patient and Abhimanyu adores her. He gets a call but ignores it and says how can anyone stop loving her. Arohi wants to join Mahima’s team but Mahima says she cannot take a fraud after Arohi claims that Akshara’s mistake should not mess up her career. Abhimanyu bumps into Akshara and learns about the resignation. She says she does not know how to fix things and decides to resign for Kairav and Manish’s sake. Akshara calls herself bad because she cannot make anyone happy. Abhimanyu consoles her and asks her not to feel guilty. He tells her she is not responsible for Sirat’s death. Akshara sits stunned learning he knows everything about her past. Abhimanyu then gets a call from Anisha and rushes to check on her.
Harsh fires Akshara but she says there is no need because she is resigning herself. She thinks Manish’s decision is bigger than her love so she resigns and leaves. Elsewhere Abhimanyu meets Anisha. Akshara informs the Goenkas that she has resigned and asks Kairav to tell Manish since he is not talking to her. Manish looks for a lift while Abhimanyu tries to help him. Akshara receives Naira’s diary and Kairav says it will definitely help her.
