Love’s Complicated On Starlife Monday 1st June 2026 Update, Abhimanyu tried hard to convince Manish to sit on his bike and accept help but Manish refused to listen. He walked away and did not want any help from Abhimanyu at all. Abhimanyu then asked a stranger nearby to help Manish reach home and said Manish will give him money too.

Together Abhimanyu and Manish reached the Goenka house. Akshara saw them together and thought Manish’s car might have got stuck so Abhimanyu helped him. She called Abhimanyu and asked about Manish. He told her he was trying to butter Manish up. Akshara asked him to be serious and then he asked about her resignation. She informed him that she has already resigned. Abhimanyu said he will miss her and Akshara replied that she will miss him too.
She warned him not to call any trouble until then and added that he seems changed. She asked if he is well. Abhimanyu thought about Anisha and told her he is fine. Akshara said something good will happen soon and Abhimanyu replied that he wishes the same.
Manish learned from Kairav that Akshara resigned. Arohi came in and Manish asked why she did not resign too. Arohi said she did not do anything wrong so she does not have to leave her passion. She stayed adamant to work at Birla hospital. Akshara sided with Arohi and said Arohi should not be punished for her mistake. The Goenkas stood stunned.
There Abhimanyu tried to tell Manjiri about Anisha. He also disclosed about his meeting with Manish. He asked God to help him because Akshara will not come to the hospital anymore and Anisha is in trouble. In the meantime Arohi patched up with Akshara which surprised her. Akshara got happy as Arohi said she wants to start afresh and focus on her work. They hugged each other and Akshara thanked her. Kairav stood teary seeing their patch up.
Akshara later informed Abhimanyu about the patch up with Arohi. Neel and Abhimanyu looked at each other while Akshara gave flying kisses to him. Abhimanyu asked if she wants him to come over but Akshara shyed away. Neel said he cannot digest that Arohi turned sane. Abhimanyu also doubted Arohi and decided to be careful. He then received a shocking call from Anisha again. Abhimanyu asked her to listen but she hung up.
Harsh informed the Birlas that he fired Akshara because playing guitar cannot run a hospital. He called her adamant and said she submitted her resignation. Mahima thought Akshara would have gained power in the house but Harsh is messing it up. Harsh said it is good she left. Abhimanyu overheard the talk and got furious. He broke stuff around him.
Abhimanyu sought Anand’s blessing and said he is leaving Birla hospital. Harsh asked why he keeps threatening to leave. Manjiri tried to stop him but Abhimanyu said not to as he is tired. He alerted Harsh not to freak out at Manjiri because of him. Abhimanyu said within two days he will leave and submitted his resignation. Harsh and others stood stunned.
Akshara waited for Abhimanyu’s call and thought he might be in the OT. She said she should get ready for this routine after marriage as she will keep waiting while he stays busy. She shyed away. Neel informed her about Abhimanyu’s decision to leave the hospital. Later Akshara sang a song and Abhimanyu found his peace.
Parth and Neel asked Manjiri to convince Abhimanyu to change his decision. Manjiri found Harsh wrong for disrespecting Akshara. She said she is weak but will not let Abhimanyu and Akshara go through the same pain. Manjiri decided to support them always until they do anything wrong.
Akshara asked Abhimanyu if he will surely leave the hospital. He revealed about his childhood and said he used to dream of becoming a doctor. Akshara asked him to rethink but Abhimanyu stayed adamant. Ahead they spent quality time together. Akshara gave him a forehead kiss and asked if anything else is troubling him. Abhimanyu said he has an important surgery so she told him to leave and wished for their better future.
Later Abhimanyu returned his ID card to Anand. Arohi bumped into him and wished him for his future. Abhimanyu asked her to treat Akshara better. He shared a talk with Anisha while Arohi informed Akshara about Abhimanyu meeting some girl. She convinced her to stalk him which left Akshara perplexed. There Anisha stopped Abhimanyu from revealing about her to anyone.
