Abhimanyu questions Akshara about why she did not tell him that she was unwell and asks where she disappeared to while they were at the music studio. He becomes worried about her health and insists that she explain what happened. However, Akshara notices the peacock feather with him and asks where he got it. Abhimanyu points out that he is asking her questions, but she keeps changing the subject. Akshara eventually makes an excuse and leaves. Abhimanyu then asks Harsh where he found her. Harsh explains to Abhimanyu and Manjiri that he found Akshara and took her to the hospital, adding that she is still a little weak. Abhimanyu decides that he needs to talk to Akshara.
Later, Abhimanyu receives a call from the hospital. Manjiri tells him to go if it is an emergency. Before leaving, Abhimanyu asks Harsh to send him Akshara’s prescription so he can get her medicines. Akshara becomes confused by everything happening around her but decides that she wants to share her good news with Abhimanyu. She looks for him and learns from Manjiri that he is not at home. Manjiri asks if she needs anything, but Akshara says she is fine.
Meanwhile, Neil is delighted when he sees Arohi’s pregnancy report. He decides to accompany her for her medical tests and sonography. However, Arohi tells him that Preeti is an excellent gynaecologist and that she would feel more comfortable having her tests done at Preeti’s hospital. Neil refuses and insists that she must go to Birla Hospital instead. Arohi is shocked when Neil announces that he will accompany her to the doctor from now on.
Abhimanyu waits for Harsh’s message when Manish calls him to check on him. Manish tells Abhimanyu that nobody can truly understand Akshara’s pain and asks whether he can give her some hope. Meanwhile, Manjiri speaks to Swarna and Manish, explaining that they cannot simply celebrate Akshara’s pregnancy because of her medical condition. Manish supports Abhimanyu’s decision to prioritise Akshara’s life over the baby. Arohi asks Neil about Akshara’s complications, and he explains that everyone is waiting for Abhimanyu and Akshara to make their decision. Arohi decides to keep her own pregnancy a secret until they have reached a decision. She fears that if everyone discovers she is not pregnant, the Birlas will shift all their attention to Akshara.

As Akshara struggles with the thought of having an abortion, Manjiri and Swarna comfort her. Abhimanyu decides to make the necessary appointment, but Manjiri tries to stop him. He remains firm in his decision because he fears losing Akshara. Akshara pleads with him to let her keep the baby, but Abhimanyu asks her to understand that he cannot risk her life. He explains that if anything happens to her, he and their child would be left without her. He asks her to stop panicking and assures her that although the procedure will be performed on her, he will suffer emotionally as well.
Akshara finally agrees to go to the hospital with Abhimanyu. Meanwhile, Manjiri, Harsh, Swarna, and Manish pray for both of them as they arrive at the hospital. As they walk through the corridors, Akshara hesitates to enter the operating theatre. Abhimanyu opens the door for her, and the doctor asks whether she is ready. Akshara admits that she is not ready but feels she has no choice. Before the procedure begins, she makes a request to the doctor. The doctor then informs Abhimanyu that Akshara wants to see him.
