Manish asks Akshara whether she needs anything else, and she begins listing the food she wants the Goenkas to prepare for her. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu worries about whether Akshara is following her routine properly. He fears that she might be eating junk food instead of healthy meals. Rohan points out that Akshara might have become irritated by Abhimanyu’s strict routine, which is why she went to her parents’ house. Abhimanyu asks Rohan whether he is seriously saying this to him, leaving Rohan to walk away.
Kairav feeds Akshara some rasmalai, while Abhimanyu calls her to check on her. Akshara asks Kairav to tell Abhimanyu that she is sleeping because he will get upset if he discovers that she is not following her routine. Kairav lies to Abhimanyu, saying that Akshara is asleep. Abhimanyu asks him to show Akshara on a video call, but Kairav makes an excuse. Unable to trust the situation, Abhimanyu goes to the Goenka house, leaving Akshara frightened. He confronts her about eating food outside her diet plan, but Akshara tries to convince him that the sweet is homemade and safe for her to eat. Abhimanyu insists that she follow her routine and then decides to stay at the Goenka house with her. Akshara is stunned by his decision.
Later, Suhasini feeds Akshara another sweet, but Abhimanyu questions Akshara about eating it. Suhasini becomes upset and insists that the sweet is healthy. Abhimanyu asks Akshara why she cannot follow her diet chart and regrets allowing her to visit the Goenka house. Suhasini acknowledges that he is a doctor but reminds him that she also has experience caring for people. Manish confronts Abhimanyu, asking whether he genuinely believes he made a mistake by bringing Akshara to their house. Abhimanyu explains that they are misunderstanding him, while Akshara assures him that she understands his concern but is also aware of her medical condition and will not take unnecessary risks.
Manish remains upset, accusing Abhimanyu of implying that the Goenkas cannot take proper care of Akshara. Abhimanyu regrets his words and apologises to Suhasini, who forgives him. However, Kairav informs Abhimanyu that Manish is still angry with him. Abhimanyu approaches Manish and apologises for hurting him. Manish points out that he is worrying too much, and Abhimanyu finally admits that he is nervous about becoming a father for the first time. Manish comforts him and helps him understand that his worries come from how much he cares about Akshara and their babies.
Abhimanyu later asks Akshara what she would like to do. She says she wants to go on a family picnic but feels she cannot because of her medical condition. Meanwhile, Arohi tries to get closer to Neil, but he receives a call from Abhimanyu. Arohi wonders why Neil cannot understand that she needs to become pregnant. Neil answers Abhimanyu’s call and asks why he is calling so late at night. Abhimanyu then reveals his plan to organise a family picnic for Akshara.
Abhimanyu invites both the Goenkas and the Birlas to join the family picnic. Akshara finds his efforts adorable, although Mahima objects to the plan. Anand convinces Mahima to join them, while Arohi worries that the picnic will interfere with her own plans. During the journey, Abhimanyu shows off his dancing skills on the bus roof and is captivated when he sees Akshara wearing a modern outfit. Neil, Arohi, Anand, Mahima, Shefali, Parth, Akhilesh, Suhasini, Manjiri, Manish, Nishtha and Harsh gather for the outing, and everyone joins in a group dance.
Abhimanyu calls everyone inside the bus, and Akshara thanks him for arranging the trip. Arohi also thanks him and admits that the idea is nice. As everyone gets off the bus, Swarna tells Manjiri that Abhimanyu and Neil have planned the trip well. Manjiri assures her that there is no need to worry because a team of doctors is accompanying them. Swarna says these small moments will become precious memories, while Harsh thanks Abhimanyu for inviting him.
Mahima crosses paths with Kairav and is reminded of Anisha. Akshara, Abhimanyu and the others notice the tension. Kairav asks Mahima to sit down, but she ignores him. Abhimanyu quickly changes the subject and asks everyone whether they are ready for the outing. The Goenkas and Birlas enthusiastically shout yes, but Abhimanyu asks them to be louder. They respond with even more excitement, and he encourages everyone to cheer. When the bus driver asks whether he can start the journey, Abhimanyu gives him permission before checking whether Akshara is comfortable.
Akshara thanks Abhimanyu for organising the picnic. She recalls how everyone was together during their wedding and says it is wonderful that they are all together again to celebrate their good news. Abhimanyu assures her that he will always be by her side, and Akshara tells him that she will never let him leave her either.
Manish jokingly calls the Birlas boring, prompting Harsh to ask whether he is challenging them. Manish confirms that he is, and Anand asks Abhimanyu to show the Goenkas what they can do. Abhimanyu tells Neil to get ready and starts another dance session. Both families enjoy themselves, but Kairav accidentally bumps into Mahima again, and she gives him an angry look.
When they arrive at the resort, Akshara praises the place. Suhasini and Swarna tell her about a temple near the jungle that pregnant women visit to seek blessings. Akshara listens carefully to their explanation and begins thinking about the belief associated with the temple. Meanwhile, the Goenkas and Birlas tease each other about bringing too many belongings. Abhimanyu introduces an activity for everyone, but Mahima refuses to participate. He convinces her that it will be fun and asks everyone to freshen up quickly before gathering again.
The Goenkas and Birlas are surprised when they see tomatoes in the garden and wonder what Abhimanyu has planned. He asks them to guess, and Suhasini correctly guesses that they will be making tomato ketchup. Abhimanyu confirms her answer and encourages everyone to participate. Arohi asks Neil whether they can go inside and rest, but Neil reminds her that she was the one who wanted a break and questions why she is not enjoying the outing. Arohi thinks to herself that she had a different plan for the trip.
Nishtha announces that everyone will be paired according to the chits they draw. Mahima and Kairav end up as partners, but Mahima refuses to participate with him. They begin arguing about Anisha, bringing their unresolved differences back to the surface. Manish asks Mahima to move on, but she remains stubborn.
