Sachin wakes up in a panic after having a disturbing dream about his father. He feels restless and senses that something terrible has happened to Paresh. Unknown to him, his nightmare has already come true. In the middle of the night, Paresh suffers a heart attack, leaving the entire Deshmukh family in shock.
Renuka immediately informs the other family members, and they rush Paresh to the hospital. Overwhelmed by fear, Renuka breaks down in tears, while Roshni and Riya try their best to comfort her. As she waits outside the ICU, Renuka remembers how Paresh had always wanted to see Sachin and Sayali again. She laments that Sachin has not called his father even once in the past seven years.
Meanwhile, Tejas remains asleep while the rest of the family rushes to the hospital. When he finally wakes up and calls Renuka, she is too distressed to answer his call. Soon afterwards, the doctor informs Renuka that Paresh has been repeatedly calling Sachin’s name while in a semi-conscious state. The doctor advises the family to contact Sachin immediately before Paresh’s condition gets worse.
The following morning, Sayali calls Savitri to ask about Paresh’s health. Savitri hesitates to tell her the truth because she does not want to cause her unnecessary worry. However, her unclear answers make Sayali even more anxious, and she begins to suspect that something serious has happened.
At the hospital, the doctor asks Renuka whether Paresh has a valid medical insurance policy. Renuka remembers that Sachin was the one who had insisted that both his parents purchase medical insurance years ago. Paresh had always paid the premiums on time. Renuka then asks Roshni to return home and bring all the necessary insurance documents. As Roshni leaves, she worries that contacting Sachin again could reopen old wounds after seven long years.
Elsewhere, Sayali reassures Sachin that Paresh is doing well. Believing that everything is normal, Sachin finally feels relieved. However, little Pankhudi soon asks her father about her grandparents. Her innocent question makes Sachin emotional as he remembers the family he has been separated from for so many years.
Unlike the others, Tejas seems completely unconcerned about his father’s condition. His careless attitude frustrates Roshni, who cannot understand how he can remain so indifferent while Paresh is fighting for his life.
Despite her worries, Roshni gathers the courage to look through old photographs of Sachin and Sayali. She fears that just as she once worried about losing Laksh, she might now lose the family that has become such an important part of her life.
Towards the end of the episode, Sachin meets Gundeya to return the money he borrowed from him. Sachin thanks Gundeya for trusting him and supporting him by providing the car. He then asks for Gundeya’s permission to start his own business. Impressed by Sachin’s honesty, Gundeya appreciates him and wishes him success in his new journey.
