Varun hits Alia, causing her to lose consciousness and fall to the ground. Kavya arrives and notices that Varun’s finger is bleeding. She asks him what happened, but Varun realises that she did not see Alia. He tells Kavya that it is just a small wound and takes her away. He then goes to Roma and tells her everything before sitting beside Kavya. Roma asks Nidhi to perform the aarti for Varun and Kavya, but as Nidhi picks up the aarti plate, she begins to feel dizzy.
Roma asks Preeta to perform the aarti instead, explaining that Preeta is also like a mother to Kavya. Varun agrees with Roma. Meanwhile, Shaurya takes Nidhi aside and helps her sit down. Preeta performs the aarti for Varun and Kavya, and Kavya becomes emotional as the song “Maa Meri” plays in the background. Preeta completes all the rituals, and Roma gifts Kavya a necklace, saying that she is excited to welcome her as her daughter-in-law. Kavya and Varun then seek the elders’ blessings.
Shaurya warns Varun to keep Kavya happy. Varun jokingly remarks that Rajveer and Shaurya are always warning him. Kavya notices that Varun looks stressed and asks him what is wrong, but he assures her that he is fine.
Preeta goes inside and recalls Roma’s words. She finds Alia and asks her to wake up. Alia regains consciousness, and Preeta asks who is responsible for her condition. Alia names Varun. Preeta goes to get water for her, while the goon boss instructs his team to mix sleeping pills into the juice. The goons discuss their plan to steal money and jewellery.
Rakhi drinks the juice and notices that it tastes different. She asks the waiter about its taste but soon begins to feel dizzy. She goes to Palki and asks what is wrong with her. Palki says that she is also feeling dizzy, and Rakhi notices the glass of juice in her hand. Meanwhile, Shanaya overhears the goons discussing their plan and runs to the hall, but they catch her.
Rakhi faints, followed by Palki and Shanaya. Shaurya carries Shanaya inside, while the Luthras fight the goons and head inside. Karan finds Preeta and tells her everything that has happened. Preeta informs him about Alia, leaving Gautam shocked. When Preeta sees Gautam, she says that she is going inside to get some water. Karan offers to take her, and Rajveer tells Preeta to go with him. Karan then takes Preeta inside.
Karan tells Preeta that she is safe in the room and should stay there. Preeta explains that a girl is unconscious, but Karan tells her that many people have lost consciousness. Preeta insists on going with him, so he tricks her into entering the room and locks her inside. Preeta screams, but Karan tells her not to shout before leaving.
Alia notices the goons and learns about their plan. When they see her, they chase her, but Varun witnesses what is happening and informs Roma. Meanwhile, Kavya finds Preeta and opens the door. Preeta explains that Karan locked her inside and notices that Kavya is injured. Varun treats Kavya’s injury, while Roma tells Preeta that Varun loves Kavya very much. Preeta asks Varun whether he will take care of Kavya, and he assures her that she does not need to worry about her. Preeta then leaves.
Meanwhile, Mahesh asks the goons who they are and why they came to the house. One of them tells him to shut up, revealing that they are robbers and that the unconscious people will regain consciousness after an hour. Rakhi regains consciousness and fights the goons. Dadi, Mahesh and Shukwinder also join in and beat them up.
Daljeet cries as she asks Shanaya to wake up. Aarohi tells her not to speak loudly because the goons might catch them, but Daljeet scolds her. She then asks Nidhi to call the doctor. Shanaya regains consciousness and asks Daljeet whether everyone is fine. Daljeet complains that Shanaya cares about everyone, but nobody cares about her.
Rajveer wonders whether Anshuman is behind the incident. He calls Anshuman and asks if he sent the goons to the Luthra house. Anshuman pretends that he knows nothing about it. Rajveer informs him about the goons, but Shaurya arrives and asks whether Rajveer is speaking to the police. Rajveer claims that it is a business call and leaves.
Nidhi sees Karan and follows him. Karan asks her to stay with Preeta for her safety, explaining that Preeta is not in a condition to fight. He tells Nidhi that Preeta is in the guest room before leaving. Aarohi overhears their conversation and tells Nidhi that Karan only cares about Preeta. She adds that Karan wants Nidhi to act as Preeta’s bodyguard. Nidhi agrees that Aarohi is right and reveals that she even made a fake suicide attempt. Aarohi is shocked by the revelation. Nidhi explains that she is not stupid enough to actually commit suicide. She says that everything happened according to her plan, but Karan still did not love her. She adds that Karan will accept her if Preeta dies.
Sandy tells Shaurya that he hates Rajveer so much. Shaurya replies that Rajveer is responsible for all the mess and adds that he believes Rajveer is hiding something from them. Meanwhile, the goons continue chasing Alia, but she manages to escape. The goons then catch the Luthra ladies and Shukwinder, but Preeta helps the women escape.
Roma tells Kavya that Varun loves her very much. Varun assures Kavya that he will always protect her. Roma goes to the bathroom, leaving Varun and Kavya together. Varun tells Kavya that trust is important in a relationship and that they should trust each other no matter what happens.
The goons point a gun at Nidhi, but she asks them to kill her. She complains that she has done so much for the family, only for them to give her place to someone else. Aarohi tells Nidhi that Preeta should die, and Nidhi asks the goon to kill Preeta. The goon says that he will kill someone for money, and Nidhi agrees to pay him.
