Love’s Complicated On Starlife Tuesday 4th August 2026 Update, Akshara shares her decision with Anand and Abhimanyu. She reveals that she has accepted Mahima’s offer and wants to rejoin the hospital’s music therapy department. Abhimanyu looks at her for a moment before saying that if she has no problem with the decision, then he has no problem either.

After leaving the cabin, both of them silently think about each other. Akshara admits to herself that she has another reason for joining the hospital and looks at Abhimanyu. Their hands accidentally touch, and they both feel a spark. They want to speak to each other but choose to remain silent.
As they walk through the hospital, they overhear a doctor advising a patient to enjoy life because no one knows when it will end. Just then, Abhimanyu notices a piece of chewing gum stuck in Akshara’s hair. He tells her about it, and she immediately panics. He asks her to stay calm, but she begs him to remove it.
Akshara nervously asks if the chewing gum is big. She reminds Abhimanyu of the promise he once made to protect her hair and pleads with him to save it. He asks her to stay still, makes her sit on a chair, and brings a few tools to carefully remove the gum. While Akshara watches him anxiously, Abhimanyu patiently works on getting it out.
After some effort, Abhimanyu successfully removes the chewing gum without damaging her hair. Akshara becomes overjoyed and starts jumping with happiness. In excitement, she hugs him, but quickly realizes what she has done and steps back. As she turns to leave, she slips into his arms. The two lock eyes and quietly enjoy the moment before returning to work.
Later, they meet Bijoria, who warmly welcomes Akshara back to the hospital. He says he is happy she has returned and invites both of them to a party. They both try to refuse, but Bijoria insists they attend and hands them the invitation passes. After he leaves, Akshara and Abhimanyu look at each other, both wanting to ask if the other plans to go but staying silent.
Meanwhile, Mahima calls Parth to the hospital. Before leaving home, Parth informs Manjari. Harshvardhan overhears the conversation, becomes suspicious, and asks someone to find out what is happening. At the hospital, Mahima tells Parth that she wants him to take over the accounts department and replace Harshvardhan.
During lunch, Akshara and Abhimanyu sit together. They silently tease each other in their minds while eating. Both want to ask about the party, but each assumes the other will attend anyway. After lunch, they return to work but keep thinking about one another. At home, Manjari is delighted to hear that Akshara has rejoined the hospital and prays for Akshara and Abhimanyu to reunite. Elsewhere, Harshvardhan grows worried after thinking about Parth.
Parth is shocked by Mahima’s proposal and refuses to accept it. Neil, Abhimanyu, and Akshara gather around him and try to understand what is wrong. Parth becomes restless and says he cannot do the job because it is not what he wants. Akshara supports him and takes him outside to help him calm down, but nothing works. Suddenly, she gets an idea. She gives Parth a mouth organ and encourages him to play it. She reminds him of his dream of learning music therapy.
Parth starts playing the mouth organ and slowly relaxes. He thanks Akshara and admits that he wants to build a career related to music because that is what truly interests him. He says he does not want to follow his parents’ wishes anymore. Abhimanyu supports his decision. Parth then asks if they are both attending Bijoria’s party, making Akshara and Abhimanyu look at each other once again.
Just then, Abhimanyu receives an emergency call and rushes back into the hospital. Harshvardhan learns through his source that Mahima wants Parth to replace him. Furious, he accuses Mahima of taking advantage of the situation to grab his position.
Harshvardhan vows to get his position back and ruin Mahima’s plan. Meanwhile, Akshara keeps looking at the party invitation before staring at the pile of unfinished paperwork. She struggles to decide whether to finish her work or attend the party. At the same time, Abhimanyu cannot stop thinking about the moments he shared with Akshara.
Abhimanyu also finds himself confused about whether he should attend the party. Just then, Shefali, Neil, and Parth enter his room and insist that he get ready. He refuses at first, but they keep convincing him until he finally gives in and walks toward his wardrobe.
Manjari is ironing Abhimanyu’s clothes when he enters the room. He gently asks her to stop and says he can manage on his own. She combs his hair and encourages him to fix his relationship with Akshara. Using her own relationship with Harshvardhan as an example, she gives him heartfelt advice and asks him not to let love slip away.
Elsewhere, Akshara receives a voice message from Suhasini, who urges her to attend the party. Suhasini says she has even sent a dress for her. She also encourages Akshara to clear all the misunderstandings between herself and Abhimanyu.
Meanwhile, Abhimanyu arrives at the party with his family. Bijoria asks where Akshara is, and Neil confidently says she will definitely come. As more people keep asking about Akshara, Abhimanyu starts regretting coming to the party. Feeling frustrated, he even snaps at the bartender. Soon after, a drunk Dr. Rohan approaches him and shares his thoughts about Abhimanyu and Akshara’s relationship.
Back at the hospital, Akshara sings to help a patient fall asleep. Manjari arrives, takes over, and encourages Akshara to leave for the party. She convinces her not to miss the opportunity and sends her on her way.
At the party, Arohi arrives alone and says she has no idea whether Akshara will come or not. Tired of waiting, Abhimanyu decides to leave.
