Love’s Complicated On Starlife Monday 3rd August 2026 Update, Kairav stares angrily at Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu asks why he is so upset, and Kairav replies that whenever Akshara is stressed, he cannot stay quiet. Abhimanyu asks him to explain properly, but Kairav blames him for making Akshara’s life miserable. Abhimanyu tells Akshara that he only wanted her to tell the truth instead of pretending everything was fine. Kairav steps in and tells Abhimanyu to talk to him instead of accusing Akshara. Losing his temper, he grabs Abhimanyu by the collar. Abhimanyu tells him to let go, while Akshara asks Kairav not to interfere.

The Goenkas arrive and ask what is happening. Kairav tells Manish that Akshara is under stress because of Abhimanyu. He reveals that Akshara did not come home to visit them but left the Birla house because of her problems with Abhimanyu. Abhimanyu says he only wanted Akshara to tell the family the truth, but she chose to protect everyone’s happiness. He tells her she can leave if she wants, just like before. Kairav immediately asks Akshara to come home with them.
Akshara finally takes a stand for herself. She tells both Kairav and Abhimanyu to stop making decisions for her. She says Abhimanyu wants her to leave while Kairav wants her to come with him, but neither of them is thinking about what she wants. Akshara reminds them that she is not a child anymore and asks them to let her make her own decisions. Abhimanyu and Kairav silently glare at each other as Akshara walks away. Later, she comforts herself after hearing a stranger sing a beautiful song.
Manish scolds Kairav for his behaviour, but Kairav continues blaming Abhimanyu for ruining Akshara’s life. Swarna points out that Abhimanyu has never disrespected them, while Manish reminds Kairav that Abhimanyu is still their son-in-law and deserves respect. At the Birla house, Manjiri learns about the fight between Akshara and Abhimanyu. Harsh blames Akshara for never valuing Abhimanyu, but both Akshara and Abhimanyu defend each other in front of their families. They make it clear that no one should interfere because they will solve their problems as husband and wife.
Swarna asks Manish if she can speak to Manjiri, and he agrees. However, when Swarna calls, Mahima tells her that the Birlas do not interfere in other people’s matters. Kairav calls the Birlas strange, but Manish tells him to calm down. Akhilesh asks everyone to lower their voices before Suhasini hears the argument. Unfortunately, Suhasini overhears everything and breaks down in tears. Meanwhile, Akshara and Abhimanyu continue arguing through text messages. At the Birla house, Parth and Neil comfort Manjiri, who blames herself for the problems between the couple.
Akshara pretends to be cheerful in front of Suhasini, but Suhasini immediately sees through her act. She advises Akshara that marriage is never easy and says husband and wife must always hold each other’s hands through every challenge. At the same time, Arohi bumps into Abhimanyu and secretly smiles, thinking that the man who hurt her the most is finally experiencing the same pain himself.
Suhasini tells Akshara not to make any decision under pressure. She encourages her to take her time before deciding anything. Akshara thanks her and admits that she cannot understand where she went wrong even though she knows Abhimanyu so well. Suhasini gently reminds her that theirs was a love-cum-arranged marriage and that everything happened so quickly they never truly got enough time to understand each other. She advises Akshara to solve her marital problems on her own because no one else can do it for her. Manish, Swarna, and Kairav overhear the conversation. Swarna says that just as Manjiri has the right to make her own decisions, Akshara also deserves the same freedom. Kairav asks if they cannot even give her advice anymore, and Manish replies that they can advise her but should never force their opinions on her.
Later, Dr. Rohan video calls Akshara. Abhimanyu overhears the conversation and gets upset with Rohan for calling her. He points out that he himself is not talking to Akshara, yet Rohan is having a video call with her. Rohan jokes that he always gets caught between the two of them. He hands his phone to Abhimanyu and walks away. Akshara tells Abhimanyu not to react before knowing the full story. She explains that a child at the hospital wanted to hear her sing, so Rohan had called her for that reason.
Mahima later tells Harsh and Anand that after hearing Akshara sing, other patients have also started requesting her songs. She adds that even Bijoria is involved in the plan. When Mahima notices Abhimanyu nearby, she quietly says she already has an idea.
At home, Akshara struggles while cooking and asks Swarna for help. Meanwhile, a young patient asks Abhimanyu if he has fought with Akshara. Abhimanyu admits that they have. The child innocently asks why they do not simply make up. Abhimanyu sadly replies that they are no longer children.
Soon, Mahima visits the Goenka house and offers Akshara a job in the music department at Birla Hospital. Akshara politely refuses, saying she already has a job. Mahima encourages her to think carefully before rejecting the offer and tells her that both the hospital and the Birla family need her. She leaves the documents behind before walking away. Kairav calls the Birlas selfish and praises Akshara for refusing the offer. Akshara, however, remains deep in thought.
Later, Abhimanyu learns that the music department at Birla Hospital is reopening. Memories of the past flood back, and he rushes to find Akshara. The two accidentally bump into each other and fall. Abhimanyu immediately takes Akshara with him and confronts Anand and Mahima for offering her the job. He accuses them of using Akshara for their own selfish reasons, but Anand and Mahima defend themselves.
