Jhanak On Starlife Wednesday 5th June 2026 Update, Jhanak tells Rishi that she met Indranath at a restaurant. Rishi asks why she went without informing him and reminds her that she was already in danger because of Indranath before. Jhanak says she is fine now and only met him because she respects him. Rishi asks what Indranath said. Jhanak replies that Indranath apologized to him. She admits she did not tell Rishi because she knew he would get angry. Rishi says he was only worried about her safety. He also tells her there is a rumor that Indranath killed Ankush’s parents. Jhanak is shocked and says she cannot believe Indranath could do something like that.

Rishi says there is another rumor that Ankush’s mother and Indranath were having an affair. According to the rumor, Ankush’s father found out about it, so Indranath killed him. He also says Ankush’s mother was against the relationship, which is why Indranath later disappeared from her life. Jhanak says Ankush will be released one day, so they need to be careful. Rishi tells her not to interfere in Indranath’s matters and to focus only on her studies. Jhanak says she understands.
Neelu arrives and secretly listens to their conversation. Jhanak tells Rishi about Koushik and says his behavior has been strange. She feels he is betraying Aditi. Neelu secretly records everything. Rishi asks what they can even do about it. He says it is Aditi’s life, so they should not interfere. Jhanak replies that Aditi does not know Koushik’s real face and they should warn her. Rishi tells her not to do that because Aditi will only think Jhanak is lying. He asks what she will gain from it. Jhanak says she will never be at peace if Aditi’s life gets ruined when she could have stopped it. Neelu thinks Jhanak is trying to accuse Koushik for no reason and quietly leaves.
Jhanak tells Rishi that Aditi is still her sister. Rishi says Aditi does not think of her that way. Jhanak replies that it does not matter because she cannot let anything bad happen to Aditi.
Later, Jhanak goes to the market and stops to eat panipuri. Ankush notices her and secretly follows her on his bike after she leaves. Jhanak starts feeling that someone is following her. She turns around, but Ankush quickly hides. She thinks she may just be overthinking and continues walking. Suddenly, Ankush appears in front of her and asks how she is doing. Jhanak is shocked to see him and warns him not to hurt her. Ankush points a gun at her. Jhanak quickly pushes his hand away and runs. She reaches home safely but fears that Ankush may also target Rishi.
Meanwhile, Neelu shows everyone the video she secretly recorded of Jhanak talking to Rishi about Koushik. She accuses Jhanak of enjoying creating problems. Abhimanyu asks why Jhanak is doing this to Aditi when Aniruddh has already accepted her. Jhanak says she only spoke the truth. Putul asks why Jhanak would lie. Abhimanyu says Jhanak cannot bear to see Aditi happy. Indumati says Jhanak ruined Aditi’s life once before and now wants to ruin her future too. Jhanak insists she never hurt Aditi on purpose and only spoke to Rishi because she was worried about her. Tanushri sarcastically says she can clearly see how “worried” Jhanak is and accuses her of trying to take revenge on Aditi. Jhanak denies it.
Indumati asks why Jhanak never went to Simulboni. Neelu asks why she never told Rishi to end their marriage. Jhanak says she is tired of explaining herself. She says she never expected all this to happen because she never accepted that marriage. Abhimanyu asks why she put vermilion on her forehead if she never accepted the marriage. Indumati says Jhanak has no answer now. Putul interrupts and says there is no point discussing the past anymore.
Just then, Rishi comes downstairs. Abhimanyu asks him if he told Aditi about Koushik. Rishi asks why he would do that. Neelu says it is obvious that Jhanak hates Aditi and cannot stand seeing her happy. Jhanak firmly says she does not hate Aditi. Tanushri reminds Rishi that Aditi always stood by him, yet he left her without any real reason. She says there was never any major fight between them. She refuses to ever accept Jhanak as her daughter-in-law and claims Aditi is Jhanak’s real target. According to her, that is why Jhanak is refusing to accept Aniruddh. Jhanak says that is not true, but Tanushri cuts her off and warns her to stay quiet. She tells Rishi she feels ashamed of what he did to Aditi.
