Love’s Complicated On Starlife Wednesday 5th August 2026 Update, Neil tells Abhimanyu that the way they always make up, he is sure he and Akshara will also reconcile soon. He asks Abhimanyu to be patient and takes him back to the party. Meanwhile, Akshara drives to the venue. Abhimanyu waits for her for a long time but gets upset, thinking she isn’t coming, and leaves. Neil wonders why Abhimanyu left after he explained everything. Just then, Akshara reaches the venue. They both miss seeing each other by just a few moments. Akshara looks around for Abhimanyu, but Parth, Shefali, Neil, and Arohi wave at her and tell her he has already left. Disappointed, Akshara decides to leave too.

As Akshara is about to fall, Abhimanyu catches her. They share a sweet eye-lock while the song Tum Aaye Toh Aaya Mujhe Yaad Gali Mein Aaj Chand Nikala plays. Abhimanyu gently fixes Akshara’s earring, making her blush. She smiles and adjusts his pocket square. Abhimanyu offers his hand and takes her into the party. On the way, he saves her dress from getting damaged and reminds her that he promised never to let anything happen to it. Akshara is touched by his care. Inside, Neil says he wishes Abhimanyu and Akshara were there. Parth and Shefali also miss them, but everyone is surprised when the couple walks in together. They thank them for coming, and Parth takes them straight to the dance floor.
Akshara thanks Abhimanyu for coming to the party, and he thanks her too. She tells him she really wanted to come, and he admits he wanted the same. They dance together to Rang Saari Gulabi Chunariya and remember their recent fight, leaving both emotional. Their moment is interrupted when Bijoria asks Abhimanyu and his team to report for an emergency. Before leaving, they promise to continue their conversation later. Later, Abhimanyu and Akshara keep thinking about their dance and become restless to see each other again. Kairav asks Akshara if she is alright. She tells him she enjoyed the party, and Kairav wishes for her happiness.
The next day, Akshara gets excited to see Abhimanyu. She finds him sleeping peacefully and quietly admires him. When her dress gets stuck, she carefully frees it, puts a cover over Abhimanyu, and lovingly looks at him. She secretly clicks pictures of him while he sleeps and remembers all the moments they have shared together. Smiling to herself, she says the AC is on but Abhimanyu still looks hot. She thanks God for bringing him into her life and decides to tell him after he wakes up that he is very special to her. Suddenly, another girl starts admiring Abhimanyu. Akshara gets jealous and signals to the girl that he is already married, making the girl walk away. Rohan then tells Akshara that her patient is waiting for her. Akshara wonders who has come to see her so early in the morning. Rohan says the patient looks like a psycho, but Akshara tells him not to say such things.
Akshara goes to meet the patient, Sanjay. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu thinks Akshara still hasn’t come to see him. During the session, Sanjay behaves strangely and tells Akshara that a friend recommended her. He says he has been lonely ever since someone left him and asks Akshara to come with him because he needs her. Akshara calmly advises him to see a psychologist instead. Suddenly, Sanjay grabs her hand and tries to harass her. Abhimanyu arrives just in time, saves Akshara, and orders the security guards to take Sanjay away. After warning him never to show his face in the hospital again, Abhimanyu lets him go.
Abhimanyu asks Akshara if she is alright, and she asks if he is fine too. They decide it is finally time to finish the conversation they have been avoiding. Both realise how lucky they are to have found each other and decide to reconcile. Abhimanyu praises Akshara, making her blush. She then asks him to meet her in the hospital’s backyard.
However, Sanjay secretly sneaks back into Birla Hospital. Angry after being humiliated, he decides to take revenge on Abhimanyu. He picks up a sharp blade and starts looking for him. While Abhimanyu and Akshara try to get closer to each other, Sanjay spots them together. Abhimanyu senses someone nearby and immediately shields Akshara. Sanjay runs away, and Abhimanyu chases after him, stopping Akshara from following. She blames herself for calling him there.
Abhimanyu finally catches up with Sanjay, but Sanjay loosens the knob of an oxygen cylinder. Akshara desperately searches for Abhimanyu while he tries to calm Sanjay down. Abhimanyu pleads with him not to risk so many innocent lives just to take revenge. Instead, Sanjay lights a lighter and throws it away. Within moments, the North Wing of Birla Hospital catches fire.
Chaos spreads everywhere. Abhimanyu and Akshara desperately search for each other while helping patients escape. Rohan informs Mahima and Anand about the fire, leaving them shocked as they wonder how it started. Neil and Arohi rush to find fire extinguishers. Abhimanyu and Akshara continue rescuing as many patients as possible. Abhimanyu suddenly feels Akshara is somewhere nearby, but he cannot find her. Mahima calls the fire brigade, and then Abhimanyu realises the horrifying truth—Akshara is trapped inside the fire. He becomes terrified for her safety.
