Hasmuk reminds everyone that the truth has power. Meanwhile, Anupama asks the customers to wait and enjoy some drinks while their orders are being prepared. Rahi wonders how Anupama manages to fix every problem so quickly.

Ansh informs Anupama that someone deliberately cut the water pipe. He wants to confront Prem and Shruti, but Anupama stops him and asks him to focus on taking care of the customers instead. Meanwhile, Prem invites Vasundhara to the café.
Paras arrives and surprises Digvijay and Anupama. He asks Digvijay to stay away from him, saying that he forgot about him after moving to the city. Digvijay reminds Paras that they spent most of their lives together and asks how he could ever forget him. Anupama becomes emotional when she sees Paras.
Paras then spots Vasundhara and Gautam. He tells Digvijay that he saw them with Ranvijay in Salgonda. Digvijay explains that Vasundhara and Gautam are Anupama’s relatives. He wonders whether Bose will also make a claim about the matter. Digvijay is also confused about why Vasundhara and Gautam met Ranvijay.
Elsewhere, Khyati asks Rahi why she returned from the café. Rahi explains that she came back to check on Pranshi, but she suddenly feels dizzy. Khyati immediately takes care of her.
Meeta advises Rahi to take extra care of herself, pointing out that Pari is pregnant and is about to give the Kotharis their first grandchild. She then taunts Rahi and Prem for being unable to have a baby despite Vasundhara’s warning. Khyati stands up for Rahi and Prem and asks Rahi not to pay attention to Meeta’s comments. She later asks Rahi what she thinks about having a baby. Rahi admits that she is confused, so Khyati advises her to visit the doctor.
Meanwhile, Leela asks Bose to check her tooth. Kinjal reminds her that Bose is not a dentist, but Leela jokes that he should become one so he can earn more money. Digvijay continues thinking about Vasundhara and Gautam.
Leela then asks Bose whether he plans to stay. Bose explains that he was missing Anupama and Digvijay, so he decided to visit them.
Digvijay asks Bose whether he is certain that he saw Vasundhara and Gautam with Ranvijay. Paras confirms what Bose said. Later, Anupama decides to visit the vegetable market before returning to the café. Digvijay tells her that he has some work to finish and will join her later.
At the market, Anupama meets a vegetable vendor who shares his struggles with her. Feeling sorry for him, Anupama offers him a job supplying vegetables to her café every day. She also promises that he will receive the full payment directly. The vendor blesses her for thinking about his situation.
Anupama introduces him to Prerna and Ansh, who praise her for helping him. Meanwhile, Rahi finds a burnt form in the dustbin, but Prem hides the truth from her.
Elsewhere, Pakhi arrives at the café with Ishani’s friends. Banku becomes upset when he sees Ishani hugging a man. Pakhi praises Ishani for running the café, but Ishani clarifies that the café belongs to Anupama and that she only helps promote it.
Pakhi then tries to insult Banku, but Mahi stands up for him. Pakhi also tricks Banku in an attempt to trouble him. Ishani takes a stand for Banku, but Pakhi accuses her of becoming a servant in Anupama’s café.
Ishani explains that everyone working at the café is like family to her. However, Pakhi claims that Anupama has ruined her life. Ishani gets angry and asks Pakhi to leave the café.
Meanwhile, Khyati questions Vasundhara and Gautam about their visit to Salgonda. Vasundhara refuses to answer her, saying she is not accountable to Khyati. Digvijay then confronts Vasundhara and demands to know why she went to Salgonda.
He exposes Vasundhara and Gautam for meeting Ranvijay and plotting against him. Vasundhara reminds Digvijay that she does not allow him to enter her house, which she considers equal to a temple. Digvijay questions how she can call her house a temple when she has such narrow-minded thoughts.
Vasundhara orders Digvijay to leave, and Gautam also asks him to go. Digvijay twists Gautam’s hand, while Vasundhara repeats her demand for him to leave. Digvijay then questions why she tried to ruin him.
Vasundhara admits that she wanted to trouble Anupama, but Digvijay was standing in her way, so she decided to plot against him as well. Meanwhile, Anupama realises that Digvijay is missing from the café and begins to worry about where he could be.
Digvijay further questions Vasundhara about her hatred towards Anupama. Vasundhara speaks against Anupama and calls her a troublemaker for the Kothari family. She then explains that Anupama ruined Prem’s dream by opening her own café, so she decided to take revenge on her.
Vasundhara openly declares that she hates Anupama and will never stop trying to ruin her. Digvijay reminds her that Anupama has moved on with her life and that nobody can stop her.
