Anupama On Starlife Saturday 16th May 2026 Update, Rajini meets Anupama and asks if she and her team are performing at the upcoming event. Anupama happily says yes. Rajini then reveals that she will attend the event as the chief guest. Hearing this, Anupama says she might get nervous performing in front of her.

Rajini jokes and asks Anupama if she gets nervous around her own mother-in-law too. Anupama smiles and replies that even Rajini’s mother-in-law would feel nervous around her. Rajini laughs and says the event will be huge because many famous personalities are expected to attend.
Meanwhile, trouble starts in the Kothari house when Vasundhara questions Prarthana for meeting Ansh. Prarthana calmly replies that she was only supporting her husband. Parag gets angry and asks why she never thinks about his reputation before doing such things.
Prarthana makes it clear that Ansh never forced her to meet him. She says she went by her own choice. Parag insults Ansh and calls him unworthy, but Prarthana refuses to stay quiet. She warns everyone that if anyone tries to stop her from meeting Ansh again, she will leave the house.
She says she is staying there only because of Khyati, and after her baby is born, she will go back to Ansh. Vasundhara and Parag firmly say they will never allow that to happen.
Prarthana then asks Vasundhara how many marriages she plans to destroy. Raja gets impressed seeing Prarthana finally stand up against the injustice happening in the house. He says Mahi will always remain Vasundhara’s favourite because she blindly follows everything she says.
Mahi gets hurt hearing that. Prarthana and Raja walk away together. Vasundhara blames Anupama for all the changes happening around them. Rahi tries to say something, but Prem stops her and says there is no point wasting energy on people who refuse to listen.
Elsewhere, Ansh feels completely broken. Kinjal encourages him not to lose focus and reminds him of Anupama’s advice. Both of them recall how Anupama told them to think creatively and bring something new to make their product special. Inspired by her words, Ansh and Kinjal start planning again.
At the Shah house, Anupama excitedly gathers Hasmuk, Devika, and the rest of the family to watch Ishani’s first advertisement on television. Pakhi is thrilled and dreams about Ishani becoming a huge star very soon. Hasmuk and Leela ask Pakhi not to get carried away too quickly. Still, Pakhi keeps imagining herself visiting shoots and sets with Ishani.
On the other side, Rahi and Prem are surprised when Vasundhara, Parag, and Gautam also decide to watch the advertisement. Vasundhara says she wants to see what Ishani has done that everyone keeps praising her for.
Everyone waits excitedly for the ad to appear, but Anupama and Ishani are left shocked when they realize Ishani has been replaced. Vasundhara immediately mocks the Shah family and says they are living in a dream world.
Rahi becomes worried about Ishani, while Pakhi is completely stunned after learning her daughter was removed from the advertisement.
Ishani feels heartbroken. Anupama lovingly consoles her and asks her not to lose hope because sometimes bigger opportunities come after disappointments. Pari also comforts Ishani.
Anupama then gives Ishani and Pari an example from the game snakes and ladders. She explains that life also has ups and downs, but they should never stop trying. Anupama promises herself that she will never let Ishani and Pari give up on their dreams.
