Sweet Love On StarLife Final episode, Wednesday 18th March 2026 Update, UV tells Katha to leave it, saying that Eshwar won’t accept her, and decides to leave the house with Sheetal. Everyone tries to stop him. Eshwar calls out to UV, and the latter looks at him. Eshwar tells him that everyone is asking him to forgive Sheetal, but he wonders how he can forgive a person who didn’t do anything wrong. Everyone is surprised and emotional. Eshwar regrets his behavior towards UV over the years, realizing that he misused Sheetal because of his misunderstanding. He apologizes to both Sheetal and UV.

UV jokingly says that he will always go against Eshwar, making everyone laugh. The atmosphere becomes emotional yet joyful as everyone celebrates the reconciliation. Eshwar and UV share a heartfelt hug. Katha smiles at the moment but suddenly recalls UV’s words about divorce. She feels sad and quietly leaves the place. UV notices her departure.
At night, Katha goes to the place where her plants are kept. UV follows her and asks why she is there and why she isn’t sleeping. Katha gives some excuses but then tells UV that she plans to leave the house the next day. She also says she will sign the divorce papers and asks him to send them to her house. She decides to walk away, but UV stops her by holding her hand. Katha is shocked. She asks him to let go, but UV says he didn’t hold her hand to let go.
UV then tells Katha that he is cancelling his Singapore plan. Katha points out that Sheetal needs him, and she thinks he is making the right decision. She even suggests that he marry the woman of his mother’s choice, Tamannah, whom he loves. She then tries to walk away again, but UV stops her.
UV asks Katha if she thinks she understands everything and everyone’s emotions. He rebukes her for not understanding his feelings for her, leaving Katha confused. UV complains about Katha’s decision to leave the house now that everyone is used to her herbal drink and everything else. Katha tells him she will give him a diary with all the recipes and tries to leave, but UV stops her again. He asks why she isn’t understanding his heart condition. Katha becomes worried, thinking he might have health issues, and scolds herself for not taking care of him.
UV then reminds Katha of their first meeting when she bumped into him and ruined his shirt with cow dung. Using that memory, he finally expresses his feelings openly. Katha gets emotional as he tells her that he loves her. UV kneels before Katha and proposes marriage. The Manmoji gang joins in, requesting Katha to accept his proposal. Overwhelmed with happiness, Katha says yes.
Later, Katha shares with everyone about the reunion of Harshvardan and Sheetal. Omi gets engaged to Naina, and Pratty gets engaged to Katha’s friend. Everyone also celebrates Shlok and Charu, who are going to be parents. The scene shifts to UV’s café, where everyone is spending time together. UV gives Katha a college offer letter and tells her he will always support her. Katha becomes emotional.
During their first anniversary, Katha accidentally spoils UV’s shirt with cow dung. When he complains, she starts explaining the goodness of cow dung. UV leans closer to her, and they both share a smile, closing the chapter of their journey together.
