Kumud defends Saras, stating he’s helping out of selflessness, and persuades Ilaben to accept the money.

In Dubai, Ghuman discusses her malicious plans with Didi, celebrating the financial troubles of Vidyachatur’s business. She reveals her intention to let the haveli be sold, aiming to hurt Vidyachatur further. Didi warns her about Saras and Kumud growing closer, but Ghuman remains confident, prioritizing Saras’ future in the business over anything else.
Back in India, Saras and Kumud reflect on their day selling pots. Saras thanks Kumud for her help, admitting they succeeded only because of teamwork. As he moves closer to her, Kumud becomes uncomfortable and runs off, leaving behind her anklet, which Saras picks up. Later, Kumud struggles with her feelings, reprimanding herself for forgetting Saras had already rejected her. She feels guilty and resolves not to give him any rights over her emotions.
Meanwhile, Vidyachatur praises Kumud for her efforts, believing her dedication is for Saras’ success. Kumud, torn by guilt, silently accepts his compliments. Her mother, noticing her distress, contemplates revealing the truth to Vidyachatur, but her hesitation continues.
At night, Saras and Kumud are both restless, thinking about each other. Saras holds Kumud’s anklet, while Kumud prays for strength to resist her emotions. Vidyachatur’s wife, worried about Kumud and Saras spending too much time together, voices her concerns to her husband. However, he dismisses her worries, trusting Saras and seeing their growing bond positively. Badimaa, on the other hand, warns Vidyachatur not to place blind faith in Saras, recalling past disappointments.
Later, Ghuman gleefully receives news that Vidyachatur’s haveli may need to be mortgaged to stabilize the business. She relishes her victory, while Didi warns her not to underestimate Vidyachatur’s resilience or Laxminandan’s generosity.
