Abhinav tells Muskaan that his love story with Akshara is not real. He shares his doubts with her and wonders whether his love story will ever become real. Meanwhile, Akshara looks for Abhinav and asks if he is hiding something from her. Abhinav denies it and makes an excuse. Muskaan also supports him. Akshara then asks Abhinav to come along because Neelima wants to take a picture with the bride and groom. She says the family picture will not be complete without Abhinav and Muskaan.

Abhimanyu overhears Akshara. Abhir tells Abhimanyu that he is keeping an eye on him. When Abhimanyu tries to touch Abhir’s hair, Abhir stops him. Abhimanyu notices that Abhir’s behaviour is similar to his own and is left confused.
Parth calls Shefali and gets angry because she is ignoring him. He plans to bring her back under control. Meanwhile, Shefali looks at herself in the mirror and remembers how she once had an identity of her own. She wonders how she has reached a point where she can no longer recognise herself. She then receives a call from Shivu, who asks her not to fight with Parth because he cannot bear to lose his parents. Shefali asks if Parth called him, and Shivu explains that Parth told him she was upset and had also sent her an apology. Shivu says Gagana’s parents got divorced after their fights, and he cannot handle it if something similar happens to his family. He begs Shefali not to fight with Parth.
Shefali confronts Parth for involving Shivu in their fight. Parth tells her to tolerate him, or he will take Shivu away from her. Shefali breaks down.
Elsewhere, Abhimanyu gets emotional as he watches Akshara enjoying time with her family. Abhinav offers him alcohol, but Abhimanyu refuses. However, Abhinav insists that he drink with him.
Ruhi spends time with Manish and Swarna, while Arohi later joins them. Manish asks Arohi when Abhimanyu will return. Arohi explains that he is stuck in Kasauli because of the conference. Swarna and Manish are stunned by the news. Manish says that Abhimanyu and Akshara’s paths must never cross again, while Swarna tries to comfort him.
Abhimanyu and Abhinav eventually get drunk together. While talking to Abhinav, Abhimanyu says he will miss him after returning. He adds that he will also miss Akshara and her jam. Akshara finds out that Abhinav is with Abhimanyu and becomes worried.
Abhinav asks Abhimanyu whether he ever met his ex-wife after their divorce. Abhimanyu is left stunned by the question and begins remembering his moments with Akshara. He also shares memories of his wedding with Abhinav. After hearing his love story, Abhinav hugs him and promises to remain his friend forever. However, Abhimanyu refuses to be friends with him. When Abhinav asks why, Abhimanyu calls him a thief.
Abhinav is confused and asks what he has stolen. Abhimanyu tells him that he stole Akshara from him. Abhinav is stunned and asks what he has taken from him. Abhimanyu mentions Akshara’s name and points out that she is standing nearby.
Akshara confronts both men and asks if they are drunk. Abhinav and Abhimanyu deny it, but they are both about to fall. Akshara supports Abhinav, while Abhimanyu watches in silence. As Abhinav struggles to stand, Akshara helps him. She then asks Sattu to help Abhimanyu, but Abhimanyu refuses to accept anyone’s help. Abhinav introduces Sattu to him. Sattu asks Akshara to take care of Abhimanyu while he drops Abhinav home.
Akshara gets angry and decides to confront Abhimanyu. She asks him to stop interfering in her life, explaining that she has built her own world and wants him to stay away from her house, child, husband and home. She reminds him to stay away from her, just as he threw her out of his life in the past. Abhimanyu is left stunned and cannot hold back his tears.
Abhinav decides to say goodbye to Abhimanyu one last time. However, Akshara drives him away and tells him there is no need to say goodbye. Abhir asks Abhinav to sit down. Abhimanyu watches as Akshara leaves with Abhinav and Abhir.
Abhinav becomes afraid of Akshara’s anger, but she asks Abhir to go and study. Abhinav then asks Akshara to speak up. Akshara tells him that she has no right to say anything to him. She adds that it is not her responsibility if he keeps drinking with Abhimanyu and she has to come looking for him. Abhinav thinks that he can never forget Akshara. Akshara tells him that if he ever goes too far, she will not come looking for him. Abhinav is impressed by her words. Akshara then asks him to get back to work.
Meanwhile, Nishtha leaves Ruhi alone for 15 minutes so she can meet her friend. Ruhi insists that Nishtha stay, but Nishtha asks her to be a good girl and promises to return soon. Ruhi listens to her, and Nishtha locks her inside before leaving.
Akshara gets scared when she sees that Abhinav is injured. She decides to hide his condition from Abhir. When she learns that the doctors in Kasauli are on strike, she struggles to find a doctor who can treat him. Elsewhere, the lights go out, and Ruhi looks for help. She becomes frightened.
Akshara gives Abhinav first aid, but Abhir soon learns about his condition and begs Akshara to save him. Akshara explains that the doctors are on strike. Abhir decides to seek Abhimanyu’s help. However, Abhimanyu remembers Akshara’s demand that he stay away from her and ignores Abhir’s call. Abhir then sends him a text message.
Meanwhile, Ruhi gets scared and locks herself inside a cupboard. Abhimanyu decides that he will not return to Kasauli, even if someone calls him. Abhir begs Akshara to wake Abhinav up.
