Akshara suddenly suffers a panic attack and regrets stopping Abhimanyu from eating sweet potatoes. She prays to God to let her live peacefully, explaining that she has struggled so much to build a new life for herself. She fears losing everything she has worked hard to achieve, but her panic attack becomes worse.

Abhimanyu notices her condition and asks her to breathe slowly. When her health continues to worsen, he asks her to sing, but Akshara refuses. He decides to call Abhinav and goes to get some water. Meanwhile, Abhir plays the mouth organ for Akshara, helping her calm down. Abhimanyu steps back as she slowly regains control.
Abhir checks whether Akshara is feeling better and asks what caused her panic attack. Akshara explains that she remembered some painful moments from the past. She then asks Abhir not to tell Abhinav about her panic attack, and he promises to keep it a secret.
Meanwhile, Manjiri asks Parth about Shefali. Mahima tells her not to worry because Shefali will return home soon. She then warns Parth to stop controlling Shefali, making it clear that she will not allow his foolish behaviour to damage the family’s reputation. Parth insists that Shefali is his wife and that he will handle the situation himself.
Later, Abhir sits between the bride and groom during a family conversation. Muskaan asks him to go inside because the adults are discussing their love stories. Abhir reminds her that he is six years old, but Muskaan corrects him, saying he is only five. She asks him to leave, and Akshara also decides to go with him. However, Muskaan asks Akshara to stay because everyone is sharing their love stories.
Abhinav then brings Abhimanyu into the conversation, and Muskaan asks him to share his love story. Abhinav is surprised and says he does not have a love story. Muskaan encourages him to make one up, so Abhinav begins telling a fictional love story about himself and Akshara.
As Abhinav speaks, Abhimanyu starts remembering his first meeting with Akshara and their love story. He also recalls how Abhir came into the world and becomes restless while listening to Abhinav describe his feelings. Unable to handle his emotions, both Abhimanyu and Akshara leave the gathering.
Later, Neelima tells Akshara that Muskaan wants to work in another city. Akshara assures her that she will help Muskaan settle wherever she gets a job. Neelima thanks her and then asks whether she really does not want Abhinav in her life.
Meanwhile, Abhimanyu wonders why he feels hurt whenever he sees Akshara with Abhinav. He decides that he should also move on with his life, just as Akshara has done.
Muskaan later regrets forcing Abhinav to share his love story. Abhinav explains that the love story he told about himself and Akshara was not real.
