Rodhora X is about a woman suffering from Dissociative Identity Disorder, and how the situation affects all the people around her.

Rhodora is a woman who has been abducted/kidnapped as a child, hence developing another personality within her. Pyschiatrists define it as Dissociative Identity Disorder or DID.
Rhodora after escaping wound up in an orphanage and because of the trauma forgets everything about her. She was taken care off Vivian, a college student and temporary worker in the orphanage. 13 year later Rhodora is finally grown up and successfully graduated High School but not college. A janitor in the orphanage attempts to rape her but she escapes and when the janitor caught her, he slices an “X” symbol on her chest.
Rhodora, after she was saved and gets reunited with her family, starts to manifest symptoms of DID. Rhodora as Roxanne is a smart woman but also scheming and manipulative. She hates Rhodora’s sister Angela so much to the point that she will do everything to get what Angela has the affection of their parents and Angela’s love, Joaquin. The reason she hates her is because when they we’re in the park they we’re happily chasing each other but when Angela see’s a cute puppy she chases after it. Rhodora follows Angela but didn’t get to follow Angela in the woods nearby the park. Lost Rhodora pleads for help but gets abducted, Roxanne blames Angela for this.
Even though Angela blames herself when Rhodora is kidnapped when Rhodora finally gets reunited with them, Angela is happier and content because her family is once again complete. She is about to be married to Joaquin. But Roxanne puts Angela in the bed of her boss Nico and Joaquin finds her in his house (they’re neighbors) and cancels the wedding.
Rhodora goes to the office of Vivian now a psychiatrist and Vivian lets Roxanne out to interview her. Roxanne tells Vivian her plans to Angela. She reveals that she seduced Joaquin and currently pregnant.

Angela is sad because someone is torturing her and everything gets worse when Rhodora as Roxanne frames her in the murder of her rival Tricia. She escapes when an opportunity allows her and ends up in the same park Rhodora was kidnapped, she calls Rhodora currently in possession of Roxanne. Roxanne hits her in the head and ties her to a tree (not tightly) she then tells Angela everything and with a knife slices an X symbol on her forehead similar to her mark on her chest. She escapes but police chase her. She jumps off a cliff and her body is never found by the cops.
But Nico who has a crush on Angela finds her and brings her to his sister’s house who is a doctor. She is in a coma and Nico decides not to tell anybody because Angela is still a wanted woman. After Rhodora gives birth to a girl (she named her Jenna) she tells Joaquin and another persona appears, she is Rowena. Rowena in comparison to Roxanne is childish because Rowena is the persona that is experiencing the childhood Rhodora never had. Vivian hearing about the baby’s baptismal decides to tell Rhodora’s parents and she Rhodora finally breaks free of Roxanne and tells the truth about killing Tricia.
Angela is now free and Rhodora is found not guilty because of her condition and gets sent to a mental institution. Vivian helps Rhodora let go off both Roxanne and Rowena, and because of that she gets released from the mental.
Joaquin not wanting for their child to experience not having a father proposes to the marriage. Nico comforts Angela and helps her recover, Angela falls in love with him in the process.
Angela is angry to Rhodora not believing that Roxanne is real because Roxanne after much therapy is now gone. Because of Angela’s revenge Roxanne comes back but Rhodora is in control now not like before.
Will Rhodora overcome her illness or will Roxanne, her alter ego, take over again? Will she and Angela be able to forgive each other?
