Marriage For Duty On ZeeWorld Thursday 25th December 2025 Update, Reet asks Raghav why he allowed Viren to get out of jail. Raghav says it’s because Poonam wanted it. He explains to Reet how Poonam came to him and tied Rakhi on him. Poonam had asked Raghav to help get Viren released, believing he deserves a chance to change.

Later, Raghav comments on Reet, saying she ruined their family’s reputation. Reet tells him it wasn’t her story that appeared in the news. Raghav says he doesn’t believe her and leaves.
Sharda hits a brick with a hammer, thinking she created a rift in Raghav and Reet’s marriage but hasn’t broken it. She decides she needs to do something bigger to separate them.
Unnati approaches Sharda for help, worried that once Pooja regains consciousness, she will expose Unnati. Sharda realizes Pooja could be her trump card to break Reet and Raghav’s marriage. She promises to take care of Pooja and asks Unnati not to worry. Unnati agrees and leaves.
Raghav’s staff tell him they are facing losses due to the news. Raghav announces they will file a defamation case against Aap Ki Awaaz news channel.
Reet meets Poonam privately. She warns Poonam that Viren probably had to make many promises to get out of jail and may not change easily. Poonam tells Reet she can handle her own marriage and asks her to stay out of it. Reet says she’s Poonam’s only friend in the house. Poonam admits it was a mistake to be friends with her. Viren overhears their conversation.
Reet and Viraj talk together. Raghav visits the Aap Ki Awaaz office and overhears them. He learns Reet didn’t make the story against the Suryavanshi family; Neelam twisted it. Raghav also finds out Reet investigated Varada, who used Raghav’s company trucks for fake drugs. He decides not to file the defamation case and tries calling Reet, but she cuts it.
Raghav tells Viraj about the truth and asks him to help surprise Reet. Viraj agrees.
Sharda decorates Viren’s room with pictures of Poonam and Viren. Viren protests, saying he doesn’t like seeing Poonam’s face. Sharda warns him not to ignore Raghav’s instructions and tells him to make Poonam pregnant and behave well with her.
Poonam serves tea to Sharda and Viren. She accidentally spills it on Viren’s hand. Viren holds her hand in anger but then acts like he cares for her and leaves after Sharda signals him.
Reet goes to the location Viraj sent her to interview an MLA. She sees the dinner setup and decorations. Raghav approaches and tells Reet he knows she didn’t make the story against his family. Reet asks how he knows and hypothetically questions him about filing a defamation case. Raghav stays silent. He urges her to eat, but Reet tries to leave. Raghav stops her and asks what food she likes. Reet says he won’t like it, and takes him to a food stall.
Reet orders bread pakoda. Raghav warns she might get an upset stomach. Reet teases him, saying his stomach might get upset, not hers. Raghav eats the bread pakoda to prove it’s fine, then eats more because he enjoys it. Reet teases him. Sharda and Divya witness this. Sharda receives a call that Pooja has regained consciousness. She asks Divya to get out of the car, saying she has important work. Divya leaves.
Sharda meets Pooja, thanks the nurse, and sends her away. She warns Pooja that if she doesn’t do her work after taking money, she can be killed. Pooja agrees.
The next day, Raghav asks Sharda how he looks. Sharda says she’s confused whether to be angry with Reet or act normal. Raghav tells her Reet didn’t make the story against their family. Sharda hopes that one day Raghav and Reet will give her a baby. Raghav feels shy and leaves.
Divya tells Sharda that Reet has won this round. Sharda comments that Reet will lose when she plays her trump card.
Pooja asks the nurse to give a letter to Reet, thinking Unnati’s plan is over.
Unnati surprises Dhruv by decorating the house for Shivaratri. Dhruv tells her it wasn’t necessary.
Viren tells Reet that a rift was created between him and Poonam but he will fix it today. Sharda supports him. Reet tries talking to Raghav, but he says they should give Viren a chance if he wants to change.
