Love’s Complicated On Starlife Sunday 12th July 2026 Update, Panditji asks Akshara to place her hand on Abhimanyu’s hand as the wedding rituals continue. At the same time, Mahima receives an email about the Chicago medical conference. Anand gets excited, thinking the invitation is for both of them. However, Mahima tells him the invitation is actually for Abhimanyu and Akshara. Anand is shocked because Akshara isn’t a doctor. Mahima says Abhimanyu must have arranged something and warns that this is only the beginning.

Meanwhile, Panditji starts chanting the wedding mantras quickly. Abhimanyu stops him and requests him to slow down because this is his first and last wedding, and he wants to enjoy every moment. Akshara smiles lovingly at him.
Vansh tells Arohi to look for Akshara’s missing sandal. As she searches, she is surprised to find Neil wearing it. Determined to get it back, Arohi decides she will do whatever it takes.
Panditji then asks the groom’s sister to tie the wedding knot. Manjiri says that according to their family tradition, the bride’s sister should do it instead. Akshara and Abhimanyu are both surprised. Abhimanyu happily asks Arohi to tie the knot and tells her to make it so strong that no one can ever break his bond with Akshara. Arohi ties the knot.
Next, Panditji calls Akshara’s parents to perform the kanyadaan ritual. Akshara becomes emotional because her parents are no longer alive. Abhimanyu gently holds her hand. Vansh asks Manish and Swarna to perform the ritual, but they instead give Kairav the honour.
Akshara says that after losing their parents, Kairav became both her mother and father. Overcome with emotion, she thanks him. Kairav tells Akshara that he is the lucky one to have a sister like her before blessing both her and Abhimanyu.
Panditji then asks the couple to take their wedding vows. As they walk around the sacred fire, Manish, Suhasini, Manjiri, and Swarna explain the meaning of each wedding round.
After completing the vows, Abhimanyu fills Akshara’s hairline with vermilion. He then playfully asks Akshara to apply some on his forehead too. Smiling, she does so. Their wedding is finally complete, and everyone claps with joy.
Abhimanyu and Akshara also make personal promises to always stand by each other through every situation. They seek blessings from both the Goenka and Birla families. Harsh blesses Akshara, while Abhimanyu lovingly wipes Suhasini’s tears.
Later, Akshara notices Neil still has her sandal. Abhimanyu jokes that Neil looks funny wearing it. Neil laughs and says he would do anything for his brother. He then helps Akshara wear her sandal.
Akshara asks Neil what he wants in return. Neil says he simply wanted to break the old superstition. He then starts dancing to “Waah Waah Ram Ji.” Soon, both the Goenkas and the Birlas join him. Abhimanyu and Akshara also join the celebration, and everyone happily cheers for the newly married couple. Reem clicks a family photo, and Suhasini asks the couple to rest before the next ritual.
Just then, Harsh announces that he has arranged a cocktail party. Manish gets upset, but Swarna calms him down before he reacts. Abhimanyu asks Harsh to invite Akshara’s family as well. Later, Manish admits he wanted to confront Harsh but stayed quiet because of Swarna. He sadly says that even before Akshara’s bidaai, it already feels like they have lost their rights over her. Swarna asks him to stay calm.
Both families gather again for a cake-cutting ceremony. Harsh opens a bottle of champagne, making Abhimanyu uncomfortable. Akshara gently asks him to stay calm. Mahima and Anand are also annoyed when Harsh publicly announces that Abhimanyu is now the face of the hospital.
Later, some guests speak to Harsh and Mahima. They mention they were surprised to learn that Abhimanyu’s wife is not a doctor. Mahima says it is a love marriage, and Akshara accidentally overhears the conversation. Harsh adds that Abhimanyu turned down several other marriage proposals.
Mahima introduces Akshara to a doctor couple. Before anyone can judge her, Manjiri proudly speaks about Akshara’s music therapy work. The couple is impressed by Akshara, leaving Harsh unhappy. Manjiri says she will never allow Akshara to suffer the way she did, and she knows Abhimanyu will always protect her too.
Abhimanyu later asks Manjiri and Akshara if everything is alright. Both of them assure him that there is nothing to worry about.
Finally, it is time for Akshara’s bidaai. The Goenka family prepares to send her off. Suhasini asks Abhimanyu to recite a poem before taking Akshara home.
The entire Goenka family breaks down in tears. Akshara asks them not to cry, but she becomes emotional herself. Even Abhimanyu struggles to hold back his tears while watching her farewell.
As she prepares to leave for her new home, Akshara admits she is scared. Swarna comforts her and encourages her to keep the whole family united, just as Kartik and Naira did after Naira faced the same fears before her marriage.
