Episode starts with Omkar telling Mayura that he had scarred her face and cries saying it. He says I have changed, your love and thought changed me, that old and cheap Omkar is dead, and one Omkar is left, the one like you wanted, because of you.

He says I was afraid to tell you the truth, and says if I had told you the truth then you would have left me again, which I didn’t want and says I want to be with you. He sits down and cries, says I have done wrong with you. Please forgive me once. Mayura says you are a cheater and betrayed me and asks him not to bring his face infront of her, says she hates him. Omkar holds her and says if you leave me then I will die. Mayura pushes him. It turns out to be his dream. Mayura says I will be happy to become your friend and asks if he will befriend her.
Mayura asks him to shake hand and says my homeo medicines are good and will change your life. Omkar thinks I don’t want to lose you again, by telling you the truth. He hesitantly tries to lift his bandaged hand. She herself shakes her hand with him and tells that she has friendship rule that they shall not hide in friendship. Nurse calls her and she goes.
Omkar recalls his bad deeds and runs out of the hospital. He thinks of Mayura’s words. Shankar calls him. Omkar picks the call and cries. Shankar asks why is he crying? Omkar says the pain which I am getting is less compared to the pain which I had given to Mayura. He says I have searched Mayura. Shankar asks what are you saying? Mayura is fine. Manjiri comes there. Shankar signs her that he will come. He then resumes talking to omkar and asks him to bring her back home. Omkar tells that Mayura has forgotten him and their marriage. He says he thought to make her remember everything, but then she will hate him. He says he don’t want her to hate him. Shankar says you got the second chance to make her see that you are changed and says when she sees this Omkar then she will believe you. Omkar says I will make her believe that the Omkar who had hurt her, was dead and this is Mayura’s Omkar. Akhilesh comes there and hears him shockingly. Omkar says I will not accept defeat and will not let Mayura go away from me. Akhilesh hides and thinks this devil has reached her and says how dare he to say that Mayura can’t go away from him. He says he brought his daughter near the devil and thinks why did he do this? Omkar turns to him. Akhilesh thinks to have courage and thinks I won’t let this devil reflection fall on my daughter. Akhilesh is still hiding. Omkar is walking towards him, when Nurse comes and asks how is he? Omkar says fine. Akhilesh goes from there.
Neil comes to Mayura and asks if she was searching her? Mayura says no and asks if his work is done. Neil says will soon happened. Omkar comes there. Neil asks him to behave like a patient. Omkar tells that he just don’t want to be the patient and tells that Mayura made him see all the hospital. He says Mayura told me that you wanted to open a wing where patients can free treatment and says I want to do the funding for the wing. Mayura is surprised and says I didn’t mean that you…Omkar says I mean that and I want to help people, it is not just your dream and I am doing this for myself. He says if money is used wisely for people’s help then it will help us double. Neil thanks him and agrees. Mayura thanks him for the funding, holds his hand and says thank you so so much. She says I have good ideas about this wing. Omkar looks at her as she speaks. Neil asks Mayura to be quiet and asks if she will give all the ideas today. He says I am your doctor and orders them to go to their beds. He says now they can remove Omkar’s plaster and asks them to go to their room. Mayura says good night and goes. Omkar looks at his hand and smiles.
Akhilesh hides from Omkar’s sight again. Omkar thinks to meet Mayura once and goes to her ward. Akhilesh thinks why did he go there? He thinks Omkar can’t harm her here and thinks to do something. Mayura is sleeping. Omkar checks the list in her hand, which is needed for the homeopathy patients. She holds his hand and turns. Omkar hears someone coming and hides under the bed. Neil comes there. Akhilesh thinks it is good that he has sent Neil there for the check up. He calls Dadi and Surekha and asks them to go to Bareily. He says he will take Mayura to the safe place in the morning, just as he gets the chance. Neil covers blanket on Mayura and thinks uncle was worrying unnecessarily. He goes. Omkar goes out of the room.
In the morning, Akhilesh wakes up Mayura and tells that they have to leave as Megha’s condition worsened. Mayura gets shocked. She says she will give the list to Omkar and then will come. He asks who? She says a patient whose name is Omkar. Akhilesh gets shocked.
Akhilesh asking Mayura to pack her bags and talk to Neil on call. Mayura says she will talk for 2 mins and come. Akhilesh gets upset. Omkar gets dream about Mayura, asking him to search her and that she will not stop. He wakes up shockingly calling Mayura’s name, thinks why did I get such a dream. Mayura asks him to explain to her once, what is the matter? Omkar tries to go out of the ward, but the door is locked. Mayura says what could be the reason? Akhilesh says don’t you trust me, come with me. Omkar knocks on the door asking to open the door. Akhilesh takes Mayura from there. Ward boy opens the door. Omkar comes out and comes to Mayura’s ward. He thinks if his dream has come true and thinks where is she? Mayura is in the car with Akhilesh. She says mummy and Dadi are with Megha di and says I will make a video call, and see her. Akhilesh says we are going there and asks her to talk to her later. Mayura says you had said that Megha di is angry with us. Akhilesh stops her from calling Megha. Mayura asks why is he looking stressed and asks if something is related to her accident and says I will understand. Akhilesh says there is nothing, Megha is unwell.
Mayura asks the driver to stop the car. Akhilesh asks why? The driver stops the car. Omkar enquires about Mayura in the hospital. Nurse says she must be in the hospital. He asks about Neil. She says he is busy. Omkar thinks to search her. Mayura starts walking and refuses to come with Akhilesh. Akhilesh asks her to sit silently in the taxi and don’t do drama. Mayura says you are doing drama, not thinking about my dreams. She says you wanted to take me out of Bhopal. That day too you wanted to take me out and that’s why I did drama to get unconscious. Akhilesh asks what? Mayura says even you are doing drama and asks him to explain to her, why did they come to Bhopal from Jabalpur and now going from here. She tells that she gets some flashes of her past which she couldn’t understand and asks him to tell what had happened in the past. She asks if I change the cities then how I will become an established doctor. She says until I get answers, I will not go and will stay here. She says I want to know.
Omkar calls Bali and asks him to send car. Ward boy comes and says Dr. Dubey went with her father. Omkar thinks if he came to know about me and that’s why taken her away. Mayura tells Akhilesh that it was her dream to give free treatment to patients and says now she got the investor Omkar ji. Akhilesh says omkar. He says I am your papa and you can’t snatch the right from me for taking your life decision. Mayura asks him to just tell the reason else she will take decisions of her life. Akhilesh says you are not big than me. He tries to take her, but she falls down on the road infront of Omkar’s car. Omkar stops the car at the right time, runs out to her and asks if you are fine. He sees Mayura. Mayura says how come you are here? Omkar says I…Mayura asks him to take her to the hospital. Omkar is taking her. Akhilesh shouts Minty. He asks Omkar to leave his daughter and pushes him. He asks how dare you to touch my daughter. Omkar folds his hands and says listen to me once. Akhilesh asks him to stop his drama and holds his neck. Mayura asks him to stop and says he is already hurt, what happened to you. Akhilesh asks her to come and holds her hand. Omkar holds her other hand and says I won’t let Mayura go this time. Akhilesh asks him to leave her hand. Omkar says I will die, but will not leave her hand. Mayura is shocked.
Akhilesh asks what do you want? Omkar says I just want a chance to clarify. Akhilesh says you are a sinner and says he will not give him any chance. Mayura asks how do you know Omkar ji. Omkar asks Mayura not to go. Omkar and Akhilesh are still holding her both hands. Akhilesh makes him leave her hand and take him to side. He says you have no right on Mayura and says she is my daughter. Omkar says she is my wife too and even I have right on her. Mayura gets shocked and she gets flashes of the past with Omkar. She gets her memory back as everything is clear infront of her eyes. She faints and falls down on the road. A truck comes and goes from near her. Omkar sees her unconscious and shouts Mayura. Akhilesh also runs and asks him to move his hand. He goes to call the taxi driver. Omkar asks Mayura to open her eyes and lifts her. Akhilesh wakes up taxi driver and asks him to turn his taxi. Just then he sees Omkar taking Mayura in his car. He also sits in the car and informs Dadi and Surekha on the way. Omkar lifts her and takes her inside. He keeps her on the stretcher and says nothing will happen to you. Akhilesh asks him to move his hand. Neil comes there and asks what happened to her. He says ward boy told me that you took her from here and Omkar went behind her. He says Mayura told that she was stressed as you was taking her away from here. He says if there is something which I shall know to help her.
