Episode starts with Akhilesh turns after praying to God. Omkar is seated on the floor with folded hands. He calls him Papa. Akhilesh asks him not to call him Papa. Omkar holds his feet. Akhilesh asks him to say. Omkar says you said that, I am guilty of you and your daughter. I am a devil and there is no forgiveness for my crime.
He asks him to beat him, scold him or punish him, but don’t separate me from my Mayura. He says how to make you believe that I am changed and says that devil Omkar, Sangemarmar Sartaj is dead. He says I have done pind daan of that Omkar and made new Omkar born just like Mayura wanted. Akhilesh says he will never believe him. Omkar touches his feet and says I have changed, and even I hate that Omkar. He says I am fulfilling promise made to Mayura and trying to be suitable for her. He asks him to believe him once, don’t forgive him, but believe him and give him a chance. He says he will fill her life with happiness, will not let any tears come out of her eyes and asks him not to make her go from her. He touches his feet again and says I searched her day and night, as I believed that my Mayura can’t go away from me. He asks him to believe him.
Mayura gets flashes of her past with Omkar. Nurse says her heart beat is getting less. Neil gives her oxygen support system. Omkar asks God to make her fine and tells Akhilesh that he has lost right to call him Papa, but he can call him Sir. He asks him to come. Akhilesh blames himself for Mayura’s condition. Neil is still treating Mayura and gives her injection. Nurse comes out. Omkar asks if Mayura is fine. Nurse says nothing can be said now. Akhilesh says if anything happens to my Minty then I will not leave you. Surekha and Dadi come there and ask Akhilesh about Minty. Akhilesh says she is fine. They see Omkar. Dadi curses him and asks Akhilesh to throw him out. Omkar folds his hand and says I am changed now, I am not that old Omkar, believe me. Akhilesh says I have understood the devil inside the sadhu like get up. He says I will never believe you for the 7 births, you have given her immense pain and gave scarred of her life. He says my Minty has forgotten the pain given by you, don’t try to take advantage and get close to her. He says he will take Mayura very far from here.
Mayura opens her eyes. Neil says I am here and asks her to calm down. Mayura asks how did I come here? Neil asks her to relax and says you had forgotten on the road, and says your dad and Omkar brought you here. Mayura tries to remember and says Papa was taking me forcibly, when Omkar came there and they had a fight. Neil says they don’t each other, then? Mayura says don’t know what he said that made Papa angry. Neil says what did Omkar say? Mayura stresses her mind and says he was talking about the rights. Neil says you are recovering, made me worried for 2 mins. He says you are fine and out of danger. He goes out and tells Akhilesh and his family that Mayura is fine. Omkar thanks Neil from his heart and goes. Neil asks Akhilesh and his family to come. Omkar goes to Bappa and thanks him for saving Mayura. He cries with happiness in his eyes.
Akhilesh asks Neil if there is something to worry? Neil says not now, but you shall not take her forcibly from here. He asks him to tell what is the problem and says Mayura told that you had a fight with Omkar. He asks why Omkar reacts seeing her as if he knows her. He says once you called me like your son and asks him to tell. Akhilesh is silent. Surekha stops him and says Omkar knows Mayura from before. Akhilesh tries to stop him. Surekha says if we had told Neil, then this thing would not have happened. Neil asks what is the relation between them. Mayura thinks Papa can answer her, why was he taking her forcibly. Neil is shocked to know that Omkar is her husband, says Omkar had said that he is searching his wife and tells that he didn’t speak about his wife, after he met Mayura. Nurse informs Neil that Mayura went somewhere. Akhilesh asks where did you see her last? Nurse says with Patient Omkar.
Mayura and Omkar are going out of the hospital. Mayura refuses to go with him and says I can’t go, may be I said yes, under the influence of medicine. Omkar comes to her and holds her closer. They have an eye lock. She says Omkar ji, please. Let me go. He says think again, if you go back then your family will take you away from your dreams to treat people for free and from me. Mayura asks what happened between you and Papa, that you both had a fight. Omkar says I said that you shall be allowed to treat the patients and for opening the homeo clinic. Mayura says but. Omkar says stay in the hotel till then, I assure that you will be safe. Akhilesh, Neil and others search Mayura. Omkar asks Mayura to come with him, says you have less time, they must be searching you. Mayura looks at him.
Mayura asking Omkar, why do he care for her so much. She says I trust you fully, but can’t go away without telling my family. She says if I go then they will get worried. Omkar asks her to call them and tell that she is fine. Mayura asks why do you care for me so much, it is not that we have relation since many births. Neil asks ward boy to search Mayura. Akhilesh says we have to call police before that devil takes her away from here. Neil looks on tensed. Mayura says my career and life is at risk, why are you worried? He says I have seen determination in your eyes to treat needy people and I have seen that it is your dream to be a doctor and work for many people. He says I want to help you and want betterment for you, like your family. He thinks he wants some time with her, so that he can apologize to her for his sins. He asks her to come with him. Neil comes and stands on their way. Omkar is shocked to see Neil. Neil asks what is happening here? Omkar says Mayura has to go from here right now, her father is forcibly taking her away from here. Mayura says even she wants to go with him. Neil calls Nurse and asks Mayura to listen, says he will talk to uncle. Nurse takes Mayura forcibly. Omkar asks Neil to stop her. Neil hits Omkar and warns her not to be around Mayura.
Omkar says Neil. Neil says Mayura’s family had told me everything about you. Omkar says it is my past and says I have changed now for Mayura. Neil says whatever you have done with Mayura can’t change and says you are the example of evilness. He says if I could then I would have buried you right here, but unfortunately I am a doctor and my duty is to save people. He warns him not to come near Mayura else…Omkar shouts Neil and asks who are you, you are her doctor and says I am her husband. He says he will plead infront of Mayura and her family for her forgiveness. Neil says she has forgotten you and your name. Omkar says she still wears the locket of my name and tells that they are still related to each other. Neil asks which relation? Omkar says this relation has changed me completely and because of this relation, he had a firm believe that she is a alive, they met each other in the devi maa temple, this relation is for all the births, and says he will win her heart once again. Neil says I won’t let you come close to Mayura. Omkar says nobody can stop her from coming to me, says this time Mayura and Omkar will become Mayukar. Neil says you are patient and be a patient, else I will throw you out of here. I will not let you come near Mayura.
Omkar calls him and shows Mayura and his wedding pic. He says this is the truth which nobody can change or wipe off. He says Mayura was my wife, is my wife and will always be my wife.
Mayura is coming back and thinks why Papa was getting angry on Omkar ji. She thinks why he wants to do so much for me and thinks whom to ask? Akhilesh sees her and asks where did she go? He asks if a stranger guy was more close to her, than them. She says I trusted you papa, but you didn’t want to tell me the truth. She says she thought that she shall go with Omkar ji. Dadi and Surekha come there and hug Mayura. Mayura asks them how come they are here? She asks them if they lied about Megha and gets upset. She goes to her ward. Neil comes there and asks them to relax. Surekha thanks him for saving Mayura. Dadi asks until when we will save Mayura and asks Akhilesh to tell the truth to Mayura, says she herself will hate Omkar. Neil says we can’t tell her the truth due to her health conditions. Akhilesh says what to do, where to take her? Neil asks them not to go away from here, and assures that he will not let Omkar even touch Mayura.
Omkar comes there and pleads infront of the guard and Akhilesh to let him meet Mayura once. Akhilesh asks him to go and holds his neck. Mayura comes out and asks Akhilesh to stop. Omkar says I want to tell you something and says your papa….Akhilesh, Surekha and Dadi fold their hands. Omkar doesn’t tell anything and says your Papa is really a nice guy and I was wrong to take you away from here. Surekha asks her to come. Mayura looks at Omkar and goes. Akhilesh tells Omkar that if you had told her truth, then it would be life taking for her. He says we didn’t tell her the truth about you. He asks him to promise that he will never tell her the truth.
Mayura comes home. Akhilesh asks him to prove that he is changed and asks him to promise. Omkar swears on Mayura and says I will not tell her the truth, and will not let her go away from me. Mayura looks at the orange chunari in her room and thinks of the trunk.
She searches for the trunk and finds it. Omkar tells that he will not snatch her from them, but will win her and everyone’s trust.
