Episode starts with Omkar asking Mayura if she will take care of herself like this and says you fell again. Mayura asks if you are my boyfriend, why are you scolding me and with which right. Omkar says when did I say that I am your boyfriend and says I am your…Mayura asks what? Omkar tells that relations are made by God, I never intend to do anything wrong with you.

Mayura. Mayura asks him to call her Dr. Dubey. Nisha calls her. Mayura goes with her and thinks boyfriend idea is not bad, I couldn’t become before….He asks her to turn if she wants him to become her boyfriend and starts walking. Mayura turns, but Omkar doesn’t see. Akhilesh tells Surekha and Dadi that they will take the house near the hospital and can’t risk her life. He says he has made an excuse about Megha. He says if you go out to meet her, then you might be followed by someone. He says that devil can’t reach there.
Nisha tells Mayura that Neil is a hot guy and says she wants to admit in the hospital. She says you had said that he is not made for you and I can’t let such a hot guy goes. Dr. Neil comes there and says I am feeling shy. He says you was talking about me. Mayura says no, we were talking about hot noodles. He says a lady irritated me and says Mayura should have handled her. Mayura says she got involved in some misbehaved guy.
Omkar comes to his ward and sees Aishwarya. He asks why did you come here and asks her to stay away from him and hospital. Aishwarya refuses to go and thinks I won’t let him reach Mayura. Omkar thinks I have to do something for Mayura’s safety. Dr. Neil comes to Mayura and asks is everything ok? Mayura says I wanted to talk to you something and says I have occupied a bed in the hospital, other patient can use it, I am feeling bad. Neil asks her to handle the patients here and tells that he is going to other hospital to check the patients. He says he is just a call away. Mayura holds his hand and thanks him. She says you are really good. Dr. Neil looks at her. Mayura asks where are you lost? She assures that she will handle his patients. Neil asks her to see Omkar once. Mayura says ok. Omkar says you said right, that you shall stay here with me and asks did you bring your stuff? Aishwarya asks stuff? Omkar tells that he is going to 10-15 villages for the inspection and asks if she can stay in dust, hut, mosquito. She imagines. He asks her to wear ghunghat to protect from sunlight. Aishwarya imagines falling down. Omkar tells that there is no toilet in the villages and says you have to take lota and go to jungle for freshen up. Aishwarya gets tensed and tells him that she will be with Mummy ji. She says I will be with you after you return back. She leaves. Omkar thinks Mayura was ready to die with me and this girl is not ready to go with me to village. He thinks he will get back Mayura.
Mayura tells Nurse that Dr. Neil gave her hospital responsibility. Security asks the lady to leave. The lady tells that she was hiding from her inlaws as they will kill her. She asks Mayura to save her. Mayura asks the lady what happened? The lady tells that her husband married her for her beauty, but since she got the white patch on her hands, he wants to leave her and wants to remarry. She says she will go to her mayka in Gwalior and seeks her help. Mayura asks ward boy to drop her to the station and sends her in ambulance. Just then some men come in the car. The old man says my inauspicious bahu came here. Mayura tries to stop them. The guy tells that he will get his wife. Mayura scolds him for his bad behavior with his wife. The guy is about to slap her, but Omkar comes and hugs him. He says Mayura has sent the girl in ambulance. They all leave in car. Mayura is shocked. She confronts Omkar for telling them and says your thinking might be the same, like that guy. She says such guys shall be punished badly and says I will go there and save the lady. Just then she starts walking and finds the lady standing there. The lady says Omkar stopped me from going in ambulance. Omkar says if I had not stopped her, then they would have come inside the hospital and had done drama. He says Dr. Neil gave you responsibility. He says he asked ambulance guy to drive continuously in the city till my men drop the lady safely to her home in Gwalior. His men come there. Omkar asks the lady to go with them safely to her house and call him if needed. Mayura thanks him. Omkar asks her not to thank him and thinks he will fulfill all her hopes.
Mayura talking to Nisha on phone and says she said him so much and asks how to say him sorry. Nisha asks her to take a heavy breath, and says him sorry. Mayura goes to his ward, close her eyes and says sorry for her bad behavior. She opens her eyes. Omkar comes from behind her and says he don’t want her sorry. She asks him to accept her apology. He says he don’t want. She falls down on the bed and Omkar holds her. He says before she scolds him again, he wants to tell her that she fell herself and holding his fractured hand. Mayura asks why you was moving infront and asks him to keep his finger on his lips, asks him to accept her apology. She says you are not the bad like I thought. He says I am not cheap. She says yes, you are really a good person. Omkar recalls Mayura asking him to become a good person before falling down in the valley and tells him that he became good because of someone. Mayura says a person becomes good if he is scared or is in love. She says she feels that he loves someone. Omkar says yes, I love someone very much. Mayura says she has some important work. Omkar says I am a good person. Mayura asks did you say something? Omkar says no, you told.
Aishwarya informs Manjiri that Omkar is in hospital and asks her not to take tension. Manjiri is worried for him. Aishwarya says he is going to village for inspection. Manjiri says he is not going to village and will go to search Mayura. Shankar tells Manjiri that they shall go? Aishwarya thinks if she tells more then they will take her with them. She is about to see Sanskranti pic, but Manjiri scolds her and takes her with her. Mayura and Nisha’s pic is also there.
Song plays….Mayura asks Omkar to wait and says she will check the patient. Omkar sees the burn patient ward. In other hospital, Neil checks the patient, who is admitted for the burns. Doctor asks him to admit the patient in his hospital. Neil says no, and asks him to give the best of treatment to the patient. Mayura talks to the patient and motivates her. The patient tells that her body is scarred due to the injuries. Omkar comes there and says these scars and marks, will remind you how you have defeated the death, and made the life won. He says these will depict the story of your bravery. Mayura gets impressed with him. Omkar says these scar and marks will become your inspiration, and your strength will become doubled. He asks her to ask the retired soldier, how he wears the scar as the medal which he gets during the war. He says soldier feels proud of the scar and says we too deals with life situations like this. He says the warrior gets the scar, today you are hating it, but one day you will feel proud of it. He says a coward or scared person don’t get any scar. Mayura looks at him and gets impressed, keeps hand on her scar.
Akhilesh imagines Omkar scarring on Mayura’s other face and wakes up shockingly. He tells Surekha that they have to go and leave the city. Surekha asks him to bring Mayura home. Mayura tells Omkar that whatever he said, she never thought about it. She shows the scar on her face and says you had said that there is a story behind every scar, I didn’t know the story, but whenever I see it, I feel strange and restless, my courage breaks even though I try to be strong. Omkar recalls attacking her with the marble. She says when a girl is scarred, then it scars her soul also, and says she prays to Mata Rani to make her remember, how she got it. She says she got inspiration to see the scar with different view. She says doctors are habitual to see the scars and that’s why Dr. Neil never got effected with my scar, even my family. She says outsiders always made fun of my scar and says the people don’t have anything than hatred for it. She says after hearing you, I thought that your thinking is different from everyone and I can see my scar from different perspective, says it gives her a special identity and makes her special. She says I thought you wrong Omkar ji, and says you always saw me and didn’t see my scar. She says truth is that, when you talked to me for the first time and the way you looked at me, I thought that I am a normal girl even with this scar. She says you are a good person Omkar ji. Omkar asks her not to say that. Mayura says why not to tell you this and goes on praising him that he don’t see beauty, but qualities. You are a good person and good at heart too, you never saw my scar with hatred. Omkar gets teary eyes and says this goodness and this sight are all fake. He says truth is that I have scarred your face. Mayura is shocked and taken aback. Omkar cries. Mayura says no.
