Vasundhara questions Shruti about why she called the Shahs. Shruti says she did not know that the Shahs were so talkative. Gautam explains that Shruti is new and does not know that the Shahs are famous for talking for hours. Khyati interrupts and says the Kotharis will become famous for insulting and humiliating their elders. She asks Prem why he cannot understand that his café was shut down because of his own mistake and not because of Anupama. Khyati tells Prem that there is still time for him to stop, but Shruti says Prem has already stopped and asks Khyati to do the same. She then takes Prem inside.

Meanwhile, Digvijay gives Anupama some water. Anupama says she will speak to Lord Krishna to feel better. Elsewhere, Shruti dances with Prem and Rahi, but Digvijay interrupts their celebration. He asks the cameraman to focus on him and announces that today is a big day because, for the first time, a mother is being insulted and humiliated. Digvijay says that when he first met Prem, he wished all sons could be like him, but now he regrets thinking that way. He questions Prem about why he called Anupama only to insult her, reminding him that she saved his life. Prem replies that he has already thanked Anupama for saving him and refuses to explain why he called her. Digvijay stands up for Anupama, leaving Vasundhara curious about the connection between them.
Digvijay says Prem is being influenced, but Shruti asks him not to target her. He replies that he did not even mention her name. Meeta warns Vasundhara against saying anything to Digvijay, reminding her that he is not Anupama and will not tolerate everything silently. Gautam also taunts Digvijay, but Digvijay tells the Kotharis to start walking slowly before their shallow thinking makes them fall. He adds that no one can become Anuj simply by using his name. Rahi asks Digvijay not to mention Anuj, but he tells her that she should also stop taking Anuj’s name after insulting the person who was part of his life, Anupama. Hasmuk feels happy to see Digvijay taking a stand for Anupama.
Later, Prerna leaves with Digvijay, while Shruti warns Rahi to be careful because Anupama has a strong team supporting her. Digvijay returns to his café, where Hasmuk thanks him for standing up for Anupama. As Digvijay learns more about Anupama’s past, he begins to understand how much she has suffered.
Meanwhile, Anupama regrets not having a home of her own and wishes she could have a house. Ishani panics when she learns that Anupama has gone to the temple alone. Ansh declares that he will never speak to Rahi and Prem again, while Pari promises to make their lives hell. Ansh makes it clear that Rahi and Prem will not be allowed into the house until they apologise to Anupama. Kinjal also becomes furious with Rahi and Prem, while Ishani continues to worry about Anupama.
Anupama recalls her painful past and becomes shattered by the memories. Elsewhere, Prem asks Khyati to speak to Parag, but Khyati tells him to stop fooling her. She gives Rahi and Prem an earful before asking Shruti to stop playing games with them. Vasundhara objects, saying Khyati cannot speak to Rahi and Prem that way. Khyati questions why Prem and Rahi are still unhappy despite everything.
Later, Hasmuk and Kinjal tell Digvijay about the struggles Anupama has faced in her life. Digvijay learns that despite all her pain, Anupama continues to fight for her family. Kinjal, Ansh, Ishani, and Mahi also share the reasons they respect Anupama so much. Hearing their stories about Anupama’s struggles leaves Digvijay teary-eyed.
