Anupama On Starlife Saturday 7th March 2026 Update, Prem notices Rahi looking disturbed and asks what she is thinking about. Rahi says she is worried about Anupama and keeps wondering what Khyati might be doing after leaving the house. Prem gently asks her that if she can forgive Khyati, then why can’t she forgive Anupama too.

Rahi becomes more restless and says she feels Anupama might have landed in serious trouble. Even though she wants to meet her, she hesitates. Prem reminds her that Anupama has a big heart and will surely forgive her. Finally, Rahi gathers courage and calls Anupama.
Anupama answers the call and asks if Rahi is fine and why she is calling so late at night. Rahi goes silent, remembering how badly she had disrespected Anupama. Prem signals her to speak and later tells her to take a painkiller and drink turmeric milk. Hearing all this, Anupama starts worrying about Rahi.
That same night, Anupama feels like someone is inside the house. Remembering Gautam, she gets alert and goes to check. When she looks around, she notices that the milk is missing, which makes her suspicious.
The next morning, the Shah family gathers for breakfast. Ansh talks about arranging Bharti’s operation at his friend’s hospital. Preet agrees and says they should do whatever is best for Bharti. Leela asks about Devika, and Anupama replies that Devika never stays in one place for long. Kinjal keeps yawning, and Hasmuk asks her why she looks so tired. Kinjal says she could not sleep all night because she also felt someone’s presence in the house. The family discusses that someone might be inside but is not showing themselves. Just then, Anupama is shocked to see Rahi and Prem standing there.
On the other side, Khyati confronts Parag. Parag asks her why she is so angry with Anupama. He reminds her that Anupama never forced Aryan to take drugs. Parag warns Khyati that her anger is only burning her from inside. Khyati breaks down and says she lost her young son. Parag reminds her that Anupama also lost her son at a young age but is still trying to live with strength.
Back at the Shah house, Anupama asks Rahi and Prem the reason for their sudden visit. Rahi says she has come to apologize on behalf of Khyati. Everyone is shocked when they learn that Khyati had mixed something in Anupama’s eye drops. Preet says Anupama could have lost her eyesight because of that. Ansh, Hasmuk, Prarthana, and even Prem start blaming Khyati. Preet suggests they should file a police complaint against her. Rahi says they can do whatever they think is right.
However, Anupama calmly tells everyone that she has already forgiven Khyati. Leela questions her decision. Anupama explains that Khyati is a mother who made a mistake out of pain. She says making one mistake does not mean she will keep doing wrong again. Rahi feels relieved and thanks Anupama for forgiving Khyati. But when Anupama tries to hug her, Rahi steps back, unable to fully face her emotions.
