Twist Of Fate On ZeeWorld Thursday 12th March 2026 Update, RV holds Purvi close in the burning room and promises nothing will happen to her—he’s got her. Harleen checks on Purvi, asking if she’s okay. RV reassures everyone he’s here now and will get Purvi out safe. The Malhotra family decides to step back and let RV handle the rescue—they trust him.

Monisha steps away and calls Dushyant. She asks if his men will hit the highway on time. Dushyant says yes and tells her to relax. He checks if Purvi’s dead yet. Monisha says Purvi will definitely burn in that fire—no worries. Dushyant reminds her to call Harleen now and say where she is so she doesn’t get in trouble. Monisha agrees.
Inside, RV unties Purvi completely. Purvi pulls the cloth out of her mouth and immediately argues with him—why did he risk his life coming in here? She says she can’t bear it if something happens to him. RV brushes it off. He then asks where Monisha and Neha went. Purvi stays quiet.
Monisha dials Harleen and says she escaped the room—Neha’s chasing her right now. She begs Harleen not to let Neha get away if anything happens to her. Harleen tells Monisha to save herself first. Monisha asks if Purvi made it out. Harleen says RV went in to rescue her—no need to worry. Monisha hangs up, furious that Purvi always slips away no matter how hard she tries to kill her. She decides her priority now is saving Jasbir and leaves.
Purvi starts to tell RV about Monisha, but he notices the fire spreading fast. He says they need to escape first and pulls her toward the bathroom window.
Monisha’s men scatter nails across the road, stopping the police car dead. Monisha steps out in front of the cops and demands they release Jasbir or face the consequences. The police don’t budge. One henchman drives up, tosses a smoke grenade, and in the chaos, they grab Jasbir and speed off with him.
In the car, Jasbir tells Monisha he’s worried—Khushi clearly has feelings for RV, and it seems mutual. Monisha admits she can fight anyone except Khushi, because RV once loved her deeply. Jasbir slams the brakes, excited—if RV and Khushi reunite, he can finally get Purvi. Monisha corrects him—she left Purvi to die in the fire, but RV went back in to save her. Jasbir calls Monisha selfish and warns her—if anything happens to Purvi, he won’t forgive her. He points a gun at her head and demands she call someone to check on Purvi right now. Monisha says she’ll make the call.
Outside the burning house, Purvi thanks RV for coming back for her and hugs him tight. RV’s phone rings—it’s Harleen. She urges him to get out fast—the fire’s everywhere, and they’re all waiting outside. She hangs up.
Yug paces, worried sick about RV and Purvi. He decides to rush in and save them. Vikrant stops him—if he goes in now, he’ll just get trapped too. Deepika spots a message from Monisha asking her to step aside and call.
Jasbir and Monisha head toward RV’s house to check if Purvi’s alive. Deepika calls Monisha back and asks if she’s okay. Monisha demands to know about Purvi first. Deepika says Purvi’s fine and tells her to relax. Monisha hangs up and asks Jasbir if he’s happy now. Jasbir says he doesn’t trust them at all—that’s why he’s going to see for himself. Police cars tail their vehicle.
Harleen stands outside, stressed about RV. Khushi comes up and promises she won’t let anything happen to him. Then Khushi runs straight into the fire to save RV and Purvi.
Purvi looks around at the flames everywhere and tells RV he shouldn’t have come—she’s not worth the risk. She points out he always jumps into danger without thinking, and reminds him their marriage was forced anyway. RV says he doesn’t regret marrying her for a second—it was something he needed to do. He tells her she has no idea what she really means to him.
Khushi climbs through a window into the RV mansion, searching through the smoke for RV.
Jasbir and Monisha arrive at the house. Jasbir tells Monisha to go check if Purvi’s safe. Monisha snaps back at him. They spot the cops closing in. Monisha quickly hides and smears mud on her face again. Jasbir taunts the police to catch him if they can, then runs. The cops chase and grab him.
Deepika pulls Monisha aside and scolds her—she could’ve been caught if Deepika hadn’t covered for her. She tells Monisha to wash her face and help put out the fire. RV and Purvi are still inside. Monisha secretly hopes RV escapes but Purvi doesn’t. Deepika says Khushi went into the fire to save them both—she feels like bad times are coming. Monisha brushes it off.
Monisha joins the Malhotra family. Harleen asks if she’s okay. Deepika quickly makes up an excuse for her.
RV and Purvi hunt for an exit, but the fire blocks everything. Khushi finds them and hugs RV tight. She asks if he’s alright. RV says yes. Purvi asks why Khushi came in here. Khushi says she came to save both of them. RV asks how they’ll get out. Purvi says she knows a way—follow her.
Harleen asks Deepika to grab water for Monisha. Deepika leaves. Monisha then tells Harleen that Purvi was acting super weird—she invited Neha over to kill Monisha. Monisha claims Purvi said she brought Neha into RV’s life on purpose. She says they should see how much she loves RV. Harleen reassures her they trust her—no worries. Deepika overhears and realizes Monisha’s setting it up so no one believes Purvi later. Monisha asks where Khushi is. Harleen says she went into the fire to save RV and Purvi. Monisha acts concerned—Khushi might hurt RV. Vaishali promises Khushi would never do that.
Purvi, Khushi, and RV see the path blocked by flames. Khushi says they can escape the way she came in—follow her.
Yug and Diya search for a hose but can’t find it. They decide to ask the family for help.
Vaishali tells Harleen and the others she’s sure Khushi still has feelings for RV. She reminds them how Khushi provoked Jasbir earlier just to test RV. Monisha jumps in—Purvi’s in danger now because Khushi loves RV and might do anything to get him.
Yug and Diya rush to Harleen and ask her to help find the pipe—they couldn’t locate it in the storeroom. Harleen notices Monisha’s gone and asks Deepika where she went. Deepika says she probably went to rescue Purvi.
Monisha slips into the fire, smirking to herself—she’s convinced everyone Khushi might kill Purvi. Now she just needs to make sure Purvi actually dies in here.
Khushi, RV, and Purvi realize the fire’s everywhere—no way out. Khushi remembers a company training—they were taught dirt can smother small fires. Purvi asks why Khushi never mentioned working at the same company before.
Harleen and Vaishali finally find the hose in the storeroom and bring it out. Yug connects it and starts spraying water to fight the flames.
Khushi makes up an excuse when Purvi questions her about the job. RV goes off to scout another exit. Khushi starts coughing hard from the smoke. Purvi rushes to get her some water.
Purvi grabs a water bottle but finds the door locked. She yells for help. Monisha, hiding nearby, thinks this is it—Purvi’s done for.
RV thinks he hears Purvi’s voice. Monisha appears and says she came to save him. RV questions her. They reach Khushi, who says Purvi went for water. RV heads off to find her.
