The Rules Of Love On Zee World Tuesday 21st May 2024 update, Nageshwar assures Maitree and Harsh that Jhumki will no longer bother them. Harsh and Maitree express their gratitude and go. Nageshwar notices the conch and declares that he would not allow Jhumki to play with anyone’s life. Harsh and Maitree arrive home. Nandini cheerfully embraces Maitree. Maitree informs Nandini that Jhumki is in Nageshwar’s custody and inquires whether any family members have emerged from Jhumki’s hypnosis. Nandini reports that family members are fine but still feeble.

Maitree walks to everyone’s room and feels relieved to see that her family is all right. Maitree walks into her room. Harsh expresses gratitude to her. Maitree remarks on it and embraces him. Maitree informs Harsh that they are happy due of Nageshwar Baba. They are appreciative for his assistance. Maitree and Harsh agree that no one can separate them.
Nageshwar excavates a hole and attempts to bury the conch. Black Snake emerges from the hole and enchants him, preventing him from reaching his bean. Nageshwar resists Snake’s grasp and drops the conch. Maitree notices the dramatic change in weather. She informs Harsh that it’s a bad indication and that they need to meet Nageshwar right now. Jhumki manages to escape from the conch. Jhumki queries Nageshwar about why he aided Maitree in her fight against her. Nageshwar claims to be in favour of the truth. Jhumki claims he acted wrongly by preventing her from regaining custody of her husband. Maitree and Harsh arrive at Baba’s house and look for Nageshwar.
Nageshwar is bitten by Jhumki. In anguish, Nageshwar yells Alakniranjan. Maitree hears his yell and hurries in that direction. Nageshwar dies after telling Jhumki that her end is inscribed in Maitree’s hand. Jhumki claims Maitree is nothing more than a puppet of his, and she has no power over her.
Maitree approaches Nageshwar. She finds Baba is no longer alive and Jhumki has escaped from the conch. Nageshwar Baba’s associate arrives and sobs near Nageshwar’s body. Maitree requests that he perform Nageshwar Baba’s dying rituals. Maitree informs Harsh that they must return home before Jhumki causes harm to her family. They return home.
Jhumki arrives at Triveni Sadan. She decides to punish Harsh for betraying her. When Harsh and Maitree arrive home, they realise that their family members are not in their rooms. Maitree notices the hissing sound and informs Harsh that it is all Jhumki’s fault. They emerge and discover that their family members are hypnotised.
Jhumki tells Harsh that he deceived her and that he must pay for it. Jhumki tells Harsh that he will not be punished, but that his family will be punished. Jhumki claims that his children will die first. She goes to the kids in snake shape. She attempts to bite them. Harsh urges Jhumki to leave his family and tells her that he is willing to accompany her. Jhumki warns him not to fool her again. Harsh is asked to promise her that he would marry her. Maitree sobs. Harsh expresses his intention to marry Jhumki. Maitrre suspects he is caving in to Jhumki’s desire to save their family.
Later, Maitree informs Harsh that she would prevent Jhumki from snatching him. She claims that Nageshwar Baba told her that Icchadari Naagin will perform puja on Pournami night to see her, and that I will stop that puja. Harsh advises her not to do anything since it will destroy their family. Maitree informs him that she cannot lose him to Jhumki and that Mahadev will assist their Jodi. Harsh embraces her.
Maitree walks downstairs and observes Nandini in her hynotozation state walking on the railing. Maitree is startled and cries out for Nandini’s safety. Jhumki smiles at this. Maitree requests that Jhumki not harm her family. Jhumki urges Maitree not to see Harsh again and not to try to halt our marriage, or else I would murder Nandini first, followed by your family. Maitree claims she will not take any action against her. Nandini is summoned to Jhumki’s chamber. Maitree is at ease.
The next day, Om, Kusum, and Nandini plan Jhumki and Harsh’s wedding. Jhumki believes she should not underestimate Maitree. She walks inside Maitree’s room. She forces Maitree to sit in the chair and ties her to it with rope. Maitree urges Jhumki to leave and assures her that she will not harm her. Jhumki refuses to trust her and departs. Maitree pulls over how to stop Jhumki.
Jhumki is shown a wedding banner made by the children. Jhumki is overjoyed and tells them how wonderful it is. Harsh pulls Jhumki away and tells her not to hurt Maitree. Jhumki promises him that after their marriage, she will leave Maitree. She assures him that after their marriage, she will take him to Naaglok, and that Maitee will never see them again. Maitree smashes a window and frees herself with a shattered mirror. Jhumki heads upstairs after hearing a noise.
Maitree attempting to escape via the window. Maitree jumps out the window and outside. Harsh prevents Jhumki from accessing Maitree’s closed room, claiming that Kusum has summoned her for some rite. Harsh removes Jhumki from this location.
Maitree approaches Shivling and begs him to teach her the road to what she needs to do next.Jhumki tells Harsh that she has written her name in Mehandi and that it is now his chance to locate his name in her Mehandi. Harsh concurs.
Maitree believes that if Nageswar baba was still alive, he would have shown her the way. Maitree is visited by the Golden Snake. The Golden Snake transports Maitree to the disciple of Nageswar Baba.
After speaking with Nageswar Baba’s disciple, Maitree learns that Jhumki murdered all of Nageswar Baba’s disciples, leaving only him alive. Maitree inquires of Nageswar baba’s student whether there is a solution to stop Jhumki. The disciple of Nageswar baba tells Maitree that Nageswar baba previously taught him about a way. Nageswar baba’s disciple tells Maitree that if she can find Jhumki Kechli in her snake form and Jhumki’s hair in her human form, they can perform a rite to bring peace to the dead snake’s soul. Maitree asks Nageswar baba’s student if he will perform the ceremony when she brings Jhumki’s Kechli in snake form and hair in human form.
Nageswar baba’s pupil first refuses, but is persuaded after Maitree persuades him.
Jhumki decides to visit Maitree. Jhumki enters Maitree’s chamber. Harsh learns through Nandini that Jhumki is on her way to Maitree’s room and attempts to stop her.
Harsh tries to prevent Jhumki from entering Maitree’s room, but Jhumki ignores him and goes to check on Maitree. Jhumki discovers Maitree is disappeared. Jhumki is enraged at Maitree’s escape from here. Jhumki intends to murder Maitree’s family in order to teach Maitree a lesson.
Jhumki transforms into a snake and prepares to bite the children. Harsh tries to stop Jhumki from murdering the children. Maitree yells at Jhumki and tells him to stop. Jhumki assumes human form and inquires of Maitree what she is doing here. Maitree informs Jhumki that the safety of her husband and family is her top priority. She claims you summoned me to witness your marriage to Harsh, so I freed myself and came here. Jhumki threatens to destroy her family if she interferes with the marriage. Maitree says she will not intervene in the marriage.
Kusum summons Harsh and Jhumki to perform the ceremony. Jhumki and Harsh are depicted performing the Haldi process.
Harsh returns to his room after some time. Maitree shuts the door and tells Harsh that she understands how to beat Jhumki. Maitree says she needs Jhumki’s hair and Kechli before they perform the ceremony and terminate Jhumki’s game. Maitree instructs Harsh to continue diverting Jhumki while she handles the rest. Harsh concurs. Jhumki requests Harsh to unlock the door because he has been inside for a long time.
Jhumki is suspicious because he hasn’t opened the door in a long time. Harsh pushes open the door. Jhumki enters the room and asks Harsh why he is taking so long to unlock the door and who else is in the room besides him. Harsh claims that no one else is present. Outside the window, Maitree is pictured standing on the sun cover. Harsh asks Jhumki to trust him so that they can progress in their relationship. Jhumki concurs.
Jhumki is being forced to wear anklets by Kusum. Kusum informs Jhumki that it is a rite and that she should not leave the house until her marriage is consummated. Jhumki concurs. Maitree expresses her desire to be a part of Jhumki’s happiness. Jhumki warns her not to plot against the marriage. Harsh claims Maitree is powerless to halt their marriage. Jhumki beams. Maitree tries to trim Jhumki’s hair covertly. Harsh is aware of it. Maitree inadvertently drops the scissors. Harsh assists Maitree by kicking scissors to her side. Jhumki walks over to Maitree’s side. Maitree conceals the scissors from Jhumki.
Nandini leads Jhumki to his room. She puts on jewels and compliments her appearance. Kusum summons Nandini downstairs. Nandini walks away. Harsh walks into the room. He compliments Jhumki on her beauty. He forces her to wear the chunri and collects her hair. Maitree sees it with joy. Jhumki requests that Harsh not betray her again. Harsh claims he will not. Jhumki notices Maitree standing outside her door. She takes Harsh’s hand in hers and tells her that she can’t take Harsh away from her. Harsh offers Maitree Jhumki’s hair without Jhumki’s knowledge.
Maitree secures Jhumki’s hair. She believes Jhumki’s game will be over once she has Jhumki’s snake skin. Midnight Maitree arrives in the storage area in search of Jhumki’s Kechli. Jhumki becomes suspicious and approaches the storeroom. Harsh arrives and takes Jhumki with him.
Maitree discovers and grabs Jhumki’s snake skin. Jhumki appears in the storage area as a snake. Maitree notices Jhumki and tells her that she knows Jhumki will never let her get to anything that could be used against Jhumki. Maitree tells Jhumki that she arrived well prepared this time. Maitree sends a mongoose after Jhumki. Snake and Mongoose have a fight. Snake is defeated by Mongoose. Maitree believes Yajna will end the Jhumki game tomorrow.
Maitree approaches Harsh and informs him that she has obtained Jhumki’s snake skin. She informs him that they must keep their family members away from the house tomorrow. Harsh concurs.
Harsh enters the room. Jhumki notices him and inquires if he is sleeping. She says, “I know you’re nervous about marrying a snake, but I promise you that I will be the best wife.” She says she is looking forward to tomorrow. Harsh sees Maitree and says he, too, is looking forward to tomorrow.
The next day, Maitree gives everyone juice. She invites Pandit to sip the juice, but he refuses because the marriage is not yet consummated. Harsh and Jhumki enter the room. Everyone compliments their jodi. Pandit motions for Harsh and Jhumki to take a seat in the mandap.
