Akshara tells Abhimanyu that although they came on a family trip, Mahima and Kairav have decided to return home within an hour of their arrival. She explains that everyone was excited about the trip, but Abhimanyu says they cannot force everyone to stay together. Akshara worries that if Mahima and Kairav return home, the Goenkas and Birlas may never unite as a family. She decides to convince them to stay, and Abhimanyu promises to support her.

Meanwhile, Manish and Suhasini feel that Mahima is unfairly blaming Kairav. Swarna points out that Abhimanyu and Akshara were looking forward to the picnic, but instead of enjoying themselves, they have witnessed another argument between Mahima and Kairav. Arohi, however, is happy about the possibility of the families cancelling the trip because she hopes to spend more time with Neil. She tells Suhasini that Akshara and Abhimanyu will cancel the picnic, but Suhasini reminds her that the situation is not simply about Abhimanyu cancelling their plans. As Kairav prepares to leave, Abhimanyu approaches him and asks if they can talk for a minute.
At the same time, Mahima asks Akshara not to try to stop her from leaving. Akshara requests that Mahima hear her out and takes her near the bus so she can listen to Abhimanyu and Kairav’s conversation. Abhimanyu brings up Anisha, prompting Kairav to pour out his feelings. Kairav admits that he relives the pain every day, believing that he failed to save Anisha. He explains that the pain he carries is no different from Mahima’s suffering. Overwhelmed by memories of Anisha and his strained relationship with Mahima, Kairav breaks down. Akshara tells Mahima that she wanted her to understand how Kairav truly feels about Anisha. Touched by the conversation, Mahima agrees that everyone should stay together for the picnic and return home together.
The Goenkas and Birlas come together to participate in a ketchup-making task. Akshara is delighted to see everyone enjoying themselves as a family. When she begins feeling hot, Abhimanyu gives her a mini fan. Nishtha notices how sweet Abhimanyu has become towards Akshara and encourages her to be more demanding. Abhimanyu happily fulfils Akshara’s wishes, impressing her with his attentiveness. He then gifts her a bracelet, and Akshara makes him wear the bracelet as well.
Later, Neil and Abhimanyu introduce the wheel-of-fortune game to the Goenkas and Birlas. During a short break, Abhimanyu uses a walkie-talkie to communicate with Akshara, and the two flirt with each other. When the game begins, Anand takes the first turn. Nishtha and Parth encourage him to propose to Mahima, leaving her blushing when Anand tells her that he loves her. Manjiri also teases Mahima about the moment.
Next, Arohi and Neil participate in the game. Neil asks Arohi to reveal something about her pregnancy that he does not know, making her nervous. Nishtha questions whether Arohi has been hiding any secrets from Neil. Arohi quickly claims that she has been experiencing burping since becoming pregnant. However, Akshara notices her nervousness and begins to suspect that something is wrong. Shefali tells Akshara that Arohi had recently been talking about a lie and seemed very tense. She repeats that Arohi appeared worried while discussing the matter, making Akshara wonder what truth she could be hiding.
Manjiri then spins the wheel and is asked to talk about her first love. Abhimanyu and Akshara encourage her to spin again, but Manjiri decides to speak about Harsh. She declares that Harsh is her first and last love. Akshara applauds her and is happy that Manjiri has spoken openly about Harsh. The Goenkas and Birlas also applaud her. Parth, Akhilesh, Manish and the others take their turns spinning the wheel and completing their dares.
When Akshara and Abhimanyu participate, Abhimanyu gets a dare to pluck a guava from a tree. He initially refuses, prompting Akshara to call him a cheater. Abhimanyu tells her that she can call him whatever she wants, but he will not pluck the guava. Akshara remarks that she would have eaten it if he had brought it for her, so Abhimanyu finally decides to get one for her.
Swarna observes that Abhimanyu never misses an opportunity to fulfil Akshara’s wishes. Akshara tells him not to go out of his way to satisfy her every demand, but Abhimanyu insists that she cannot stop him from loving her. He adds that they cannot live without each other before heading towards the tree to get the guava.
While Abhimanyu is away, Akshara notices a child entering a dangerous forest area and rushes to help him. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu happily imagines Akshara enjoying the fresh guava he is bringing for her. When he returns, however, he finds her missing and immediately asks the Goenkas and Birlas if they have seen her. Swarna suggests that Akshara may have gone to the washroom, but Abhimanyu decides to look for her himself.
Akshara searches for the child, Rinku, but ends up getting lost in the jungle. Rinku eventually returns to his parents, and Abhimanyu asks him whether he saw a girl near the forest. Rinku says he did not. Abhimanyu then discovers Akshara’s walkie-talkie lying on a table. His anxiety increases when the Goenkas and Birlas confirm that nobody knows where she is.
Meanwhile, Akshara struggles to find her way out of the jungle. Abhimanyu prays to God to help him find her and rushes towards the forest, believing she may have entered the dangerous area. Harsh, Manish, Parth, Kairav and Anand follow him as he desperately calls out Akshara’s name. During the search, Abhimanyu finds her bracelet and becomes increasingly worried about her safety.
Akshara falls to the ground and immediately worries about her babies. Back at the resort, Mahima asks the manager to help them search for Akshara. The manager explains that he has already warned everyone not to enter dangerous areas. Mahima questions whether they are responsible for what has happened, while Shefali reminds everyone that Akshara is going through a high-risk pregnancy.
In the jungle, Akshara struggles with her injuries and fears for her babies. Despite her pain, she gathers her strength and reminds herself that she must keep the promise she made to Abhimanyu.
