Rahi tells Prem that nobody treats a child who is not their own by birth as they would treat their biological child. She says that not every child is fortunate enough to have a fate like Lord Krishna. Rahi wonders whether Anupama would have treated her the same way if she had given birth to her, insisting that blood eventually shows its true colours. She also worries that Anupama might treat Pranshi the same way in the future. Rahi feels that because of Anupama, her relationships are falling apart, including her relationship with Pranshi.

Rahi says Anupama’s slap has deeply hurt her and decides to end their relationship. She believes that someone who can slap a person for the sake of a friend cannot truly be a mother. Filled with anger, Rahi vows to take revenge on Anupama and asks Prem to open the café. She feels that she has become an orphan once again and decides to change herself because of what Anupama has done to her.
Meanwhile, Anupama shares her pain with Digvijay, saying that everyone claims she has changed and believes she has become heartless. She admits that she is tired of explaining herself to Leela and the others. Anupama feels that a mother becomes the villain in her child’s eyes the moment she fails to fulfil even one of the child’s wishes. However, she decides to make Rahi understand the values and upbringing that she and Anuj gave her. Anupama is determined to make Rahi realise her mistake.
Shruti is pleased to see the hatred Rahi now has for Anupama. She decides to open more restaurants for Rahi and dreams of taking her away from Anupama forever. Shruti thinks about how Anuj left her for Anupama, but she believes that Rahi will eventually return to her. She decides that she will build a family with Prem and Rahi, convincing herself that she will never be alone again.
Anupama prays to God, seeking strength for herself, while the Kotharis also offer their prayers. Meanwhile, Rahi urges Shruti to open the café as soon as possible and asks her to take her to the location. Raja tells Rahi to go ahead, assuring her that he will look after Pranshi. Meeta asks whether he is also prepared to change the baby’s diapers, and Raja replies that he will do it if they get dirty. Meeta then tells him to go to the office, but Anil argues that nothing will happen if Raja takes a day off.
The Kotharis begin discussing Raja and Pari’s plans to have a baby. Vasundhara advises Pari to start planning for a child, but Pari explains that she has only just started her boutique and wants to focus on it. An argument breaks out between Vasundhara, Pari, and Rahi. Prerna tries to interrupt them to discuss the café, but Shruti ignores her, leaving Prerna feeling unwanted. Despite everything, Rahi remains determined to open the café soon.
Meanwhile, Anupama speaks to Banku and tells him that they must get the café ready within two days. Mahi and Kinjal arrive to meet her, and Anupama asks why they have come. Kinjal explains that Mahi has sent divorce papers to Gautam. Vasundhara immediately accuses Anupama of being behind the decision, claiming that she sent the papers because Mahi lacks the courage to do it herself. Gautam is shocked when he sees the divorce papers.
Anupama realises that the Kotharis will blame her for the divorce, while Mahi worries that Anupama will be dragged into the matter unnecessarily. However, Anupama assures Mahi that she is no longer affected by what the Kotharis think about her and encourages her to stand firm in her decision.
Gautam becomes furious with Anupama, while Vasundhara tells him that they must find a way to stop Anupama’s café from opening. Gautam understands what she means. Vasundhara makes it clear that all she wants is for Prem to succeed and Anupama to fail. Determined to fulfil her wish, Gautam vows to take revenge on Anupama at any cost.
Gautam begins keeping an eye on Anupama, Digvijay, and Prem as they work on the café. Meanwhile, Anupama looks at Anuj’s photograph and speaks to him lovingly, praising him and saying that as long as he is with her, nobody can stop her. Gautam arrives with a man and shows him Anupama’s café. Hasmuk notices Gautam and wonders whether he has really seen him or if it was just his imagination.
Later, Banku teases Anupama after overhearing her confess her love for Anuj. He asks her to share their love story with him.
