The Rules Of Love On Zee World Monday 20th May 2024 update, Harsh, Jhumki, and Nandini witness Agori fleeing with Maitree’s Ashes. Harsh apprehends Agori and inquires as to why he is stealing Maitree’s Ashes. Agori claims he came to encase Maitree’s spirit in cremains because she had come to exact her revenge. He requests that Harsh understand that he came to help them. Harsh is sceptical of Agori. He takes Maitree’s ashes and requests that he go. Agori reminds them that Maitree will be back to get her retribution.

Jhumki considers whom she must believe. She notices several flashing lights. Jhumki summons Maitree to stand in front of her and fight her. Jhumki is approached by Maitree’s soul. She claims you summoned me, so I came. Let’s battle, says Jhumki, because you’re a ghost and I’m Icchadari Naagin. Jhumki transforms into a snake and bites Maitree. Maitree laughs and adds that Naagin can only scare humans, not spirits. Jhumki is surprised to discover that her poison had no effect on Maitree. Maitree informs Jhumki that she cannot harm her because she is a spirit. Jhumki puts her hands over her ears. Harsh appears there. He inquires of Jhumki as to what transpired. Jhumki informs him that Maitree has arrived. They notice Maitree is missing.
Jhumki notices a white saree lady approaching from behind. She displays it to Harsh. Harsh approaches the person and notices Nandini is possessed. Harsh inquires of Nandini as to what transpired. Possessed Nandini informs Harsh that he must learn what Jhumki did to her and that Jhumki must be punished. She collapses unconscious. Harsh is concerned. Jhumki informs Harsh that they must meet the Baba.
Harsh, Maitree, and Nandini meet Baba the next day. They request that he save them from Maitree’s spirit. Baba promises to save them with a rite he performs in their presence at night. Baba forms a protective circle around them at night. He begins the procedure by summoning Maitree in front of them. The Maitree spirit appears. Jhumki claims Maitree arrived. According to Nandini and Harsh, Maitree is not visible to them.
Baba instructs Maitree to enter the Ashes Pot. Maitree says that she will not depart until she has killed Jhumki. She tries to approach Jhumki but is stopped by the protection circle. Harsh advises Jhumki not to be afraid. Jhumki expresses concern that Maitree wishes to murder her. Harsh claims, “I’m not sure why Maitree wants to kill you.” Baba imprisons Maitree’s spirit in the Ashes pot. He instructs Jhumki not to drop the pot until she has buried it in Maitree’s body. Harsh informs Jhumki that he will accompany her on her journey. Jhumki is told by Baba that she must travel alone. Jhumki concurs. After burying the Ashes pot, Baba gives Jhumki water to drink.
Harsh informs Jhumki that he cannot leave her alone. Jhumki assures him that she is capable of doing so for her family. Harsh embraces her. Nandini reminds Jhumki to drink water after burying the Ashes pot. Jhumki spills the Ashes pot on the way.
Jhumki tells Maitree that she is trapping her and that nothing bad happens to her while she has Gangajal from the Occultist. Maitree tells Jhumki that she was on the verge of dying. Jhumki opens her eyes to see Maitree has vanished.
Jhumki approaches the big pit where Maitree was buried. Maitree runs away from Jhumki. She contacts Nandini and informs her that their spirit plan is successful. Nandini warns Maitree to be cautious. Maitree claims they would be liberated after Baba has captured Jhumki. Harsh approaches Nadini and agrees with Maitree. Maitree expresses her relief that he is OK and that the rest of the family will be fine once the Jhumki chapter concludes.
Jhumki throws the Kalash into the hole where Maitree was killed and drinks the water provided by the Occultist. Jhumki is dizzy and contemplates what is happening to her. Jhumki is approached by Maitree. ‘How did she escape from the kalash?’ Jhumki inquires of Maitree. Maitree tells Jhumki that she is not dead and tells her how Mahadev saved her. Jhumki collapses unconscious. Nandini phones Maitree and inquires about her well-being. Maitree says everything is going according to plan and hangs up the phone.
Harsh and Nandini afterwards wait for Maitree. They can hear the beckoning ring. Nandini excitedly answers the door, but they are taken aback when they see Jhumki. Jhumki confronts Nandini about her infidelity. She locks Nandini in the bed’s secret cupboard. Harsh appears to be under Jhumki’s grip. Harsh claims he never suspected Nandini of cheating on them. He inquires as to what transpired. Jhumki tells Harsh that she recognised it was all a sham before. He inquires as to what she did to Baba. She recalls killing a phoney Baba. Harsh inquires as to what she did with Maitree. Jhumki hugs Harsh and tells him that Maitree has received her sentence. Harsh inquires as to Maitree’s sentence. Jhumki lies to Harsh about Maitree’s arrest.
Jhumki is pictured entangling Maitree in a net. Jhumki informs Maitree that she has already slain phoney Baba, would kill Nandini at Triveni Sadan, and will kill you here. Maitree yells no.
Harsh tells Jhumki that Maitree deserves to go to jail. Jhumki hugs Harsh and declares that she has a place in Harsh’s heart.
It is shown that Jhumki tells Maitree that she will die here. Jhumki summons three snakes using her power. Jhumki tells the snakes that the poison should be in Maitree’s veins. Jhumki then walks away. Maitree requests that Jhumki leave her alone.
Harsh is concerned about Maitree and wonders what happened to her. Harsh decides to start by getting Nandini out of bed.
Harsh drags Nandini out of bed and attempts to awaken her. Nandini’s face is splashed with water by Harsh. Harsh tells Nandini that he’s going to look for Maitree and begs her to keep a watch on Jhumki. Harsh goes in search of Maitree. Maitree comes to a halt and takes Harsh aside. Harsh inquires about Maitree’s well-being. Harsh is hugged by Maitree. Harsh expresses to Maitree her concern about him. Maitree claims that Nageswar Baba rescued her. Harsh tells Maitree that he was afraid when Jhumki bit her.
It is depicted how Nageswar Baba saved Maitree after she was bitten by Jhumki. Harsh and Maitree discuss how Maitree used sacred ash on his forehead to free him from Jhumki’s grip. Harsh inquires of Maitree as to what transpired today.
Nageswar Baba appears and saves Maitree from the snakes while playing the snake flute. Maitree questions Nageswar Baba about why he helps her so much despite the fact that he doesn’t know her. Nageswar tells Maitree that she does not need to know the reason. Nageswar tells Maitree that if Jhumki does the final Pooja. Harsh is about to turn into a snake. Nageswar is asked by Maitree how to halt Jhumki. Nageswar hands Maitree the sacred conch and instructs her that she must make Maitree touch Jhumki with the sacred conch in order for Jhumki to be fascinated by it.
Maitree tells Harsh that he must capture Jhumki using the Sacred Conch. Maitree tells herself that no power in the world will ever be able to separate Harsh and Maitree. Jhumki believes that after the final Pooja Harsh will become a Naag Raj.
Jhumki is revealed to be the ritual of turning Harsh into a snake. Jhumki does a dance around Harsh. Harsh uses a mystical conch to try to touch Jhumki. Maitree believes Harsh must do it because this is their only chance to overcome Jhumki. Maitree notices Harsh succumbing under Jhumki’s grip. Maitree hopes that Jhumki would not have control over Harsh.
Jhumki believes her spouse will appear soon after the Pooja. Nandini stops Maitree and tells her to be strong. Jhumki is depicted performing the ceremony. Maitree makes a prayer to God. Harsh throws away the sacred conch and collapses on the floor.
Maitree tells herself that she will not abandon Jhumki. Maitree arrives and separates Jhumki from Harsh. Jhumki is taken aback to see Maitree alive.
Maitree takes the precious conch and attempts to approach Jhumki, but Harsh grabs his leg. Nandini requests that Harsh leave Maitree. Harsh falls unconscious.
Jhumki inquires of Maitree whether this is a new weapon to defeat her. Nandini lets go of the cage’s rope, and the cage falls on Jhumki. Jhumki is imprisoned in the cage. Maitree takes the sacred conch and places it on Jhumki’s head. Jhumki transforms into a snake, turns into smoke, and enters the sacred conch, where she is trapped. Nageswar tells himself that Naagin’s game is ended.
Maitree approaches Harsh and tells him that everything is great now and that Jhumki is engrossed with the precious conch. Maitree notices Jhumki attempting to flee the precious conch. Maitree decides to offer Nageswar the sacred conch as soon as feasible.
Maitree and Harsh visit Nageswar Baba and present him with the precious conch. Nageswar Baba tells Maitree and Harsh that they have done their duty and that he will now take care of this Naagin.
