On the bus Jose tells Tomas to go look after his mom as he’s going to the bathroom, Tomas goes to sit with his mom and he forgets his phone, Mariana tries to call him but as soon as she calls Jose takes the phone, and declines Mariana’s call then he puts it in his pocket, Mariana is in distress she, therefore, asks a worker at the bus station some questions concerning the bus.

Britney is at home telling her mom that Tamara was around Santiago asking for money and blah blah blah but her mom tries to advise her and tells her that she should stop complaining because there’s nothing to complain about, Santiago comes in and requests that they should go and have a talk.
Soraya congratulates Roberta for her painting talent and she’s grateful, they plan to go for a small vacation on the weekend and Roberta suggests a place that she drew in one of her paintings.
Britney and Santiago have some sort of argument Britney makes it clear that she doesn’t want to see Tamara around him Santiago leaves.
Mariana runs back home and reveals to Luis that she found Betito, Luis is shocked after seeing the DNA test results (99.99%), she also shows him Tomas’s picture on her phone she explains to him that Betito is a good and nobleman.
Luis cannot believe this but first, where is he, she informs him that he returned to his hometown, Luis wants to go find him right away but she informs him that for the moment they cannot tell him the truth since she made a promise to José, Luis asks for forgiveness for dismissing what she said, Mariana is also sorry for her obsession but from now on they’ll be happy together.
Monse tries to convince Patricia that Miranda and her boyfriend staying there for the moment is for the best, she tries to be hard but Felipe manages to convince her and since everyone is waiting for her answer she finally says yes though she’s mad.
BACK TO TOMAS’S HOME (Balneario Jejutla)
Jose and his family get home and as soon as they alight from the taxi we see Chicharo, he was tired of staying in the City so he came to visit, Jose tells Tomas to take Rita to bed and after he leaves he tells Chicharo that they’ll talk later.
Daniela tells Santiago to mend things with his wife, she also advises him to stay away from Tamara, Santiago is grateful for the advice.
Jose tells Chicharo about what happened and gives him the phones Mariana bought for him and Tomas and tells him that he doesn’t want Mariana to speak with either Tomas or him, Chicharo inquires if the Salvatierras now know about their son and yes Mariana knows, Chicharo is like OK.
Tomasito tells his mother(Rita)that Mariana gave him her medallion, he tells her that he recognizes her help she’s a good woman.
Jhonny is at home taking beer carelessly as usual Britney wonders wtf is wrong with her brother anyway as her mom looks through his clothes she finds the bloody rug and Jhonny grabs it and leaves abruptly, Britney is somehow convinced that her brother is involved in bad things.
Patricia brings some pillows for the newlyweds ooh sorry not weds they are just coming we staying because they’re pregnant, she gives them instructions on how they’ll be taking up chores in this house, especially Eduardo, I think she tells him that he’ll be taking care of the bathroom, toilet, etc, Eduardo is like ok I’ll do so, Miranda complains and she’s told that this is my house and my house my rules, Eduardo tells her to relax and she says ok.
Mariana and Luis rush into Elena’s room and inform her that they are going to find Betito tomorrow since he is alive, Elena smiles.
Remember Jhonny’s boss, he also works with Sofia she brings in some car documents and is paid some money, she somehow complains that the money is not enough but later leaves, Jhonny looks at her suspiciously as she leaves, he goes to see the boss who informs him that it was just a small business, Jhonny goes ahead and informs him about Sofia, she is a wife to Uriel a guy works at the Salvatierra company, the boss is like oooh that millionaire company that your sister works for, Jhonny is like yes you’re right.
Uriel and his secretary are planning to finish some work but then he gets a call from Sofia who somehow needs some help, now he has to go see what is wrong with that woman, the secretary tells him to relax and she’ll take care of the work.
At Patricia’s place, it’s night hours Patricia wakes up around 2 am I guess, and goes to the kitchen then she finds a naked Eduardo(with a boxer) in the kitchen eating I think some bread and milk, he says that he was hungry therefore he came to eat a little, she screams and throws her cloth to cover him and she leaves.
Jose and Tomas are looking at Rita hoping for the best, Jose tells Tomas to stay strong for his mom but then Rita stops breathing abruptly, I think she’s dead they begin mourning, and they cry.
Chicharo comes in in the middle of the cries and knocks Jose on the head using his gun and then holds Tomas at gunpoint Tomas is like Uncle wtf are you trying to do, Chicharo is shut.
Sofia asks for a favor from a wasted Uriel he just does it but he’s too bored, he leaves for work and Sofia questions it like why so early yet again.
Chícharo takes Tomas to the forest and uses some poison to make him sleep then he uses a rope to tie him down.
At Felipe’s mambo bado anathema, Eduardo is taking 3 years in the bathroom, Felipe and Patricia keep complaining at the door since they are going to be late for work.
Daniela and Santiago come to the mansion to visit Elena only to find Mariana and Luis leaving to go where to find Betito they are shocked to hear this.
Uriel goes to visit Roberta and Soraya asks her not to tell him that she’s living with them Roberta informs Uriel that she’s fine but she’s behaving so weirdly anyway he congratulates her for turning 16 and asks if she got his gift and yes she did, Roberta manages to get rid of Uriel so fast.
Elena keeps hallucinating this time around she sees Matias who she speaks to but later he leaves the room and she tries to follow her, she falls, and Daniela and the nurse rush in to offer her some help, Daniela feels sorry for her.
Luis and Mariana get to Jose’s house and they find both Jose and his wife down, they rush to help Jose up he tells them that his wife is dead and Chicharo was here with a gun he must have taken Tomas, Mariana cries Luis takes his phone and calls Beccera right away to get the helicopter and hop to where they are right away they need to find his son, he tells Mariana to calm down, they’ll find him.
Britney is at the church, Padre notices that she’s throwing stuff anyhow and he asks what is wrong with her she tells her ooh her husband and his ex blah blah blah now the father has to ask her what’s wrong with that she’s shocked, then Santiago enters with the news that Betito is alive father is shocked to hear this he thanks the lord but guesses who isn’t shocked, Britney isn’t Santiago is like so you knew.
Mariana, Beccera, Luis, and Jose are in the house asking themselves questions then they get a call and Luis tells Mariana that she should pick it up and put it on the loudspeaker they have to solve this.
Chicharo tells them that if they play games he’ll put a bullet in Betito’s head so they need to comply and play by his rules he needs a couple of dollars and he doesn’t want the police involved in this, Mariana is ready to comply but he cancels the call, Mariana cries some more and Luis comforts her Jose laments that his brother is stupid, but I think he’s the stupid one because he led to all these, but he’s useful he somehow tells them that they can trace him using the cellphone that Mariana had bought them.
Beccera is sure that that’s very possible and it will be easy to locate him but anyway, Mariana just wants them to find the money as she needs her son and nothing else, Beccera advice against that and Luis tries to calm Mariana down, Beccera makes a call to the control center.
Beccera and Luis leave to go find Betito and Mariana is left behind with Jose, meanwhile, Santiago and Britney are arguing at the church, Santiago accuses Britney of hiding stuff from him and Britney is jealous of the Tamara effect, she keeps shouting and Padre comes in to save Santiago, he tells her to calm down.
Uriel’s secretary notices that he looks a little disturbed and she asks what’s up Uriel tells her that it’s about his niece (Roberta) she’s a bit different and he thinks something is a little bit wrong, the secretary understands and asks if she can help, she asks for Roberta’s address she’ll see what she can do.
Meanwhile, we are in the forest, Beccera and Luis park their car where Chicharo parked his and they get down to business. Tomas, Betito, and Beccera shout that it was here he detects the phone signals to be around here,t and they create an opening on the fence to allow them to get in.
Beccera assures Luis that this is the right spot your son is around this place,t they split and run in different directions.
The nurse calls Soraya and tells her that she’s alone with Elena, meanwhile, Uriel’s secretary is at Victor’s place monitoring their movements.
Soraya enters the mansion and exchanges with the nurse, E lena turns on her wheelchair, and surprise Soraya is here telling her hello aunt.
Luis sees Chicharo throwing the phones in the water, he went back and found a way in which he could attack from behind, he approaches slowly but Chicharo who is on the phone hears him and pulls out his gun ready to blow out Luis’s brain.
Luis grabs the gun and they struggle he manages to get it and he throws it in the pond, meanwhile Betito gains consciousness and disentangles the ropes that were tying him and he appears, as Luis looks at Betito in amazement Chicharo gets his knife and stabs Luis on the back he then throws him in the water.
Beccera sees Chicharo running he pulls out his gun and aims at the heart, Beccera never misses he pulls the trigger and we see our hero falling, meanwhile, Luis is trying to do some first aid to his son, and he asks for some help from his father, anyway, that’s how we end our episode let’s meet in the next episode.
