The Rich also cry episode 53, The security guards rush to check Elena’s pulse and they find out that she is alive. Soraya overhears this and is pissed off she walks away.

Tomas and Jose wish Rita well as she goes to the operating room. Rita thanks Mariana for all she’s doing for her family. As soon as she leaves Mariana tries her best to calm Tomas down as he’s so nervous.
Patricia keeps being so mean to Miranda who asks her to listen to her and her boyfriend, they end up arguing and Miranda leaves. Felipe tries to talk to Patricia but she does want peace she yells at Felipe.
Soraya tells Viviana how her plans are not going the way she planned. She tells Viviana to call Luis Alberto. Viviana tells her to calm down for her to give her the help she needs.
José and Tomasito receive the worst news about Rita. The nurse informs them that the condition had worsened so they need to change the medication again. Jose and Tomas cry and Mariana tries to calm Tomas. She talks to Jose that he should relax she’s finding a way of sorting it out. She then gets a call from Luis Alberto who informs her about Elena. She bids Jose goodbye and goes to see Elena.
Elena’s doctor explains to them her condition and that she’ll be ok she’ll be released to home and get treated from home tomorrow.
Jhonny wakes up early and steals the small car from the garage.
Guadalupe remembers the days when they had time to go to Acapulco and have fun at the beach as a family. Diego is happy to hear that she still remembers the old good days later they engage in an emotional talk and they end up crying.
Luis Alberto is with Viviana who asks him many questions about Elena, etc, and Luis Alberto being a woman tells her everything.
Viviana tries to make a move on Luis Alberto but he assures her that he does not want to raise her expectations. He explains to her that Mariana has an obsession to find their dead son and he understands it therefore she should not expect anything since he loves his wife. Viviana is hit by this.
Jhonny meets with the guy who rented the car.
Miranda wakes up late at night and leaves a note to her parents on why she’s leaving, places it on the table then she leaves the house.
Jhonny brings the car back and Ramiro inquires if everything is fine Jhonny manages to calm him down as soon as he leaves. Jhonny opens the bonnet and finds a bloody rug there, seems the car was used to something bad he hides the rug.
At the hospital, Rita is in a lot of pain. Tomas and Jose keep calming her down. They tell her that Mariana is finding a solution to all these. Jose calls the doctor to check up on her.
Soraya calls Viviana who takes a long time to pick and she’s mad at her for that but anyway, she wants information about Luis Alberto, Elena, etc. She wonders why she’s taking so long to deliver the news to her. Viviana explains to her that Elena is alive and that she’ll be taken home tomorrow to continue with the treatment. Victor asks Soraya why she’s so mad and she evades the question and kisses him.
At the hospital, Jose tells Tomas that they need to go back to their small town and continue with their lives. Tomas tries to say something but he’s told to shut it they have to go.
Back at Patricia’s, they wake up to find a note at the table. Felipe blames Patricia for treating their daughter like crap, Patricia also finds a way to pin it on Felipe but Kidogo hive they get a knock at the door. Eduardo’s parents are here to find their son.
They end up in an argument about ooh your son poured inside etc but nobody cares. Eduardo’s parents want their son, Patricia, and Felipe also wants their daughter, it almost gets into a physical fight and they now choose peace violence cannot be applied here.
Elena is brought home wrapped in bandages around her head. The doctor explains to them that it’ll take time for her to recover and that maybe for now they should give her some time. A nurse is introduced to them, this nurse will be the one who will take care of Elena.
Patricia calls the office asking Jesus how it’s going and he tells her about Elena. Diego also grabs the telephone and tells her that Guadalupe is not feeling well too.
Santiago is asking Tamara what she wants. Tamara tries to explain herself to Santiago. Britney comes in and finds them in that “posture” and Tamara keeps mumbling and Santiago says she was just leaving, she bids them goodbye and says see you later. Britney responds with See you never.
Britney confronts Santiago and it ends up in a fight she later walks away and Santiago follows her apologizing, meanwhile Tamara meets Daniela who asks her if she’s here to see Santiago and yes she is. She welcomes her to her office for some coffee and she can’t say no, it’s by force.
Daniela confronts her about what she wants because she’s sure that it’s not money. Daniela plays a trick and she falls for it she opens up that yes she wants Santiago back because Britney doesn’t deserve him… imagine all those years and still they don’t even have a single kid. Daniela tells her to shut up and get out she doesn’t want to ever see her around her family again she gives her a warning that if she sees her even around Santiago she’ll mess up with her.
Uriel tries to ask Sofia where his watch is he thinks that he kept it in that drawer. Sofia answers rudely and he also asks about the few dollars that were under the mattress where did they go, Sofia asks him if he’s accusing her of anything and he just chooses to walk away. She shouts I love you as he leaves.
Jose and Tomas are in the house. Jose is packing all their stuff. Tomas tries to tell him that they need to at least inform Mariana but no he pulls their bags out and they leave.
At the mansion, the nurse pulls in a full syringe of medicine I guess around 10mls and injects it into Elena she then writes down that she has administered 2mls meaning she has given her an overdose. Later, the overdose leads to some sort of strong hallucinations. Elena sees that Leon is here trying to kill her she screams and tries to save herself she struggles in bed as the nurse watches the movie. She then leaves and Luis Alberto comes in and manages to control the hallucination. Mariana feels sorry for her.
Montserrat, Miranda, and Eduardo meet at the office and they all agree that they need to find a way to speak to all their parents if they have decided to live like adults.
Miranda manages to sit the parents down and now they have a serious talk they have to decide if they will live in Patricia’s house or at Eduardo’s parent’s house. Eduardo’s mom tries to insinuate that Patricia’s house is small and hers is as huge as a palace so the space over there is sufficient. Patricia feels offended but anyway, Miranda and Eduardo have to make a choice, Patricia looks at Miranda with a hard face I don’t know why and she has been mistreating her.
Guadalupe somehow tells Diego to find himself a good woman and he kisses her.
Mariana comes to speak to Luis Alberto and he explains to her how Elena hallucinates from time to time and she sees Leon but anyway, Mariana receives a phone call and picks it up. It’s Tomas who bids her goodbye as his dad had forced them to move abruptly. Mariana is shocked when she tells Luis Alberto that she’s leaving to go see a certain young man. Luis Alberto is shocked he wonders between a young man and his sick mom who’s of more importance. Anyway, Mariana runs out to the bus station.
Elena’s nurse meets Soraya at a club and she gives her more instructions.
