Paati Ji affirms that she absolutely would. Angad informs Paati Ji that they are planning Akeer’s dastarbandi and inquires about the timing. Paati Ji confirms it can be done this Sunday. Akeer invites Paati Ji to his dastarbandi ceremony, and Paati Ji promises to attend as he will perform the ceremony.

Meanwhile, Jasleen scolds Keerat for helping Gurnoor lift groceries at the Gurudwara. Gurnoor defends Keerat, saying she is kind-hearted and wants to handle it herself. She informs the Gurudwara staff that she will prepare a delicious meal today. Manveer, in her usual humiliating tone, asserts that they are there for Akeer and that the staff cannot mingle with them. Gurnoor insists she is Akeer’s teacher. Manveer yells that she does not want to argue in the Gurudwara and orders Gurnoor to leave. Sahiba questions Gurnoor about her next steps, and the staff suggests she find another task to do.
Gurnoor serves devotees but becomes anxious when she sees Beeja and her aide, prompting her to flee the scene. Akeer searches for Gurnoor, and Angad insists on helping him. Akeer warns Angad not to follow him. Angad tries to call Gurnoor but finds her phone switched off. He asks Bebe to keep Akeer safe until he returns. Gurnoor, thinking she has escaped Beeja’s notice, is startled to find Beeja directly in front of her. She runs away in fear. Beeja relishes seeing Gurnoor scared. Gurnoor hides in a grocery room and, mistaking Angad for someone else, warns him to stay back and attacks him with a stick. Upon realizing it’s Angad, she hugs him tightly, trembling with fear. Angad reassures her that he will not press her for details until she feels ready to share.
The Brar family prepares for Akeer’s dastarbandi ceremony, decorating the house with excitement. Angad feels emotional looking at Akeer’s invitation board. Garry encourages Angad to smile today, as it’s a special occasion for his son. Angad expresses his desire for Akeer to call him “Papa,” like Bani does with Garry, but doubts that will happen soon. Gurnoor overhears this conversation and walks over. Angad confides in her about his feelings. Gurnoor reassures him that Akeer will soon understand his love. Angad reflects on his late father, Inder, and longs for Akeer to call him “Papa.” Gurnoor suggests using a pink cloth for the dastarbandi to match Angad’s pink turban, which Angad agrees to.
Bebe tells Manveer that she should perform Akeer’s dastarbandi since she is the elder. Manveer insists she has the right to do so. However, Bebe argues that she performed her grandson’s dastarbandi, and now it’s Manveer’s turn. Gurnoor picks out a pink cloth, but Manveer angrily questions her choice. Gurnoor pleads with her to select pink to match Angad’s turban. Eventually, Bebe and others convince Manveer to choose pink, making her smile as she appreciates Gurnoor’s choice. Akeer, noticing the dastarbandi invitation board, beams with happiness. Simran tells him he is a star today, and Sahiba reassures him that his papa loves him very much and is doing this for his happiness. Akeer approaches Angad and excitedly asks if all the guests are there for him. Angad confirms this and mentions a surprise. Akeer’s friend Lucky arrives with his mother, and Akeer joyfully hugs him and takes him to show off his room, while Angad expresses gratitude to Lucky’s mother for attending.
