Manjiri accuses Akshara of destroying everything and questions Abhimanyu about why Akshara did all this. Parth asks Nishtha to take Arohi to her room, while Shefali tells Abhimanyu to take care of Akshara because she needs him the most. She reminds him that Akshara is also unwell and assures him that they will take care of Arohi and Manjiri. Abhimanyu recalls Akshara’s promise, along with the accusations made by Mahima and Manjiri. He also remembers his moments with Neil before going to his room, where he finds Akshara crying. When Abhimanyu receives Neil’s voice note, he breaks the speaker and angrily asks Akshara why she is listening to Neil’s voice. He loses his temper, while Akshara tries to talk to him.

Abhimanyu blames Akshara for Neil’s death and confronts her for breaking her promise. Akshara tries to explain that she experienced cramps, but Abhimanyu says he knows about them and questions why she chose to save the girls instead of returning home. He gets angry with her for forgetting about her complicated pregnancy and going to save the girls. Akshara tries to explain the situation, but Abhimanyu vents his anger at her for always being stubborn and refusing to listen to him. He throws things around and continues questioning her decisions. Akshara tries to tell him that she has lost three babies that day, but Abhimanyu remains furious and holds her responsible for Neil’s death.
Abhimanyu brings up the past and tells Akshara that she is the reason behind everything that has gone wrong in the Birla household. He calls her stubborn, while Akshara asks him to stop shouting because she is not in a condition to handle any more noise. Abhimanyu notices the divorce papers and says he regrets not signing them earlier. He then signs the papers, leaving Akshara stunned. He also blames her for Sirat’s death and breaks her further by saying that not only three lives but nine people have died at Birla Hospital that day.
Meanwhile, Manish comforts Harsh and tells him that he understands his pain because he has also lost his son. Harsh regrets not having showered Neil with enough love, and Manish continues to console him. Swarna asks Mahima about Arohi and Manjiri. Mahima explains that Arohi is crying and Manjiri is unwell. She also says that Akshara should not have taken Neil to the concert. Back in the room, Abhimanyu orders Akshara to leave, saying he cannot afford to lose anything else in life because of her.
Manish asks Harsh if he can take Akshara with him because nobody seems to understand that she has also lost her babies. Shefali agrees that Akshara needs care too. Abhimanyu informs Manish, Swarna and the Birlas that Akshara has left the house and reveals that he has signed the divorce papers. As Akshara walks along the road, Anand questions Abhimanyu about what he has just said. Abhimanyu insists that he has told them what he knows and asks the Birlas to leave him alone. Swarna tries to speak to him, but Manish asks her to stop, explaining that Abhimanyu says things in anger. He believes Akshara may have reached home, so he and Swarna leave. Parth tells Shefali that everything is going wrong, while Abhimanyu decides to spend time with Manjiri. Shefali points out that they do not even know when Akshara left. Anand says Akshara should not have walked away following the tragedy, but Mahima argues that Akshara has a habit of leaving. She reminds them that Akshara walked away the last time too and asks everyone to focus on Arohi and her baby.
As Akshara continues walking along the road, she recalls Abhimanyu’s accusations. Meanwhile, Abhimanyu meets Manjiri, who is thinking about Neil and says that his child has become an orphan. Abhimanyu asks her to calm down, but Manjiri continues blaming Akshara for ruining everything. Abhimanyu tells his mother that Akshara is not to blame and apologizes for allowing things to happen as they did. He asks Manjiri to sleep, while Manjiri and Swarna remain worried about Akshara’s whereabouts.
Akshara keeps recalling Neil’s death as she walks along the road, completely shattered. Suhasini worries that something bad may have happened to Akshara, but Swarna asks her not to think negatively and assures her that Akshara will be fine. Akshara ignores Manish’s phone call and sends him a voice note, informing him that she is leaving again, just as she did before. She assures Manish that she will take care of herself and regrets returning to Udaipur. Akshara explains that she cannot bear to cause any more pain to Abhimanyu, Arohi and Manjiri. Manish and Suhasini break down in tears, and Suhasini asks Manish to bring Akshara back.
Meanwhile, a bus conductor asks Akshara to buy a ticket, but she sits lifelessly without responding. When the conductor tells her to get off the bus if she cannot pay for a ticket, a new guy steps in and helps her buy one. Akshara looks at him suspiciously, but he assures her that he helped her out of humanity and has no bad intentions. He wishes her a happy journey and advises her to get some sleep. As Akshara sits on the bus, she recalls her moments with Abhimanyu.
Later, Shefali informs Abhimanyu that Manjiri is unwell. Akshara wakes up and panics when she realizes that she is on a bus. She demands that the driver stop because she wants to get off. The new guy tries to help her, but Akshara questions his reasons. He explains that he is a good man and is only trying to help her. Suddenly, Akshara faints and falls into his arms. He takes her to the hospital, while Abhimanyu rushes Manjiri to the hospital as well. However, Mahima stops Abhimanyu from seeing Manjiri.
