Saras and Kumud On Starlife Saturday 15th February 2025 Update, Kumud is decorating the mandir of her house. She touches the sindoor and looks at the Lord. Just then, she hears that Saras is hurt and rushes to him. Pramad’s mother asks how it happened and tells Murakh Das to bring first aid. Pramad enters and dismisses the concern, saying it’s a small wound and he will be fine. Kalika stands nearby, secretly observing everything. Saras insists he will treat his wound himself and leaves. Kumud watches him as he goes.

Pramad’s mother notices blood on Pramad’s hand and questions him about it. He remains silent and walks away while Kalika smirks. Kumud looks at her own hands and starts crying, remembering her words to Saras about not hurting Pramad. Feeling guilty, she rushes to wash her hands, lamenting what she has done. Kusum finds her and reassures her, holding her hands and saying they are clean now.
Meanwhile, Pramad storms into his room, angrily throwing his shoes. His mother follows him and reprimands him, saying his actions have been an insult to their family. She questions where he had been and whether he hurt Naveen (Saras). Pramad retorts that everyone blames him for everything. They argue, and his mother demands that he admit his mistake.
Saras, lost in thought, recalls Pramad’s words about Kumud still being in love with her former fiancé. Kusum arrives with medicine, but Saras refuses. Kusum confronts him, asking if he wants Kumud to remain trapped in pain. She taunts him, saying that his presence is making things harder for Kumud. Saras then reveals that Pramad wants to know about Saraswatichandra, leaving Kusum shocked.
Elsewhere, Kalika tends to Pramad’s wound, saying she was watching when Naveen was helping him. She complains that no one truly cares about Pramad except for her. Pramad, dismissing her concern, boasts about beating up Naveen and insists that he needs wine. Kalika tells him she found nothing in Naveen’s room, though she secretly holds onto an accessory she took. Pramad orders her to get him wine, and she leaves.
Back with Kusum and Saras, Kusum asks why Pramad is so eager to learn about Saraswatichandra. Saras explains that Umesh must have mentioned something to Pramad. Just then, Kumud arrives and interrupts, declaring that enough is enough. Meanwhile, Pramad starts noticing a certain strength in Saras’s eyes, similar to Kumud’s, making him more suspicious. Kalika, on the other hand, is fuming, realizing that Saras is outsmarting Pramad. She vows to do something about it.
Kumud approaches Saras and tells him that she has forgiven him. However, she insists that he is no longer responsible for her. She begs him to leave, saying she cannot bear to see him hurt anymore. Kusum silently watches as Kumud exits the room. Later, Kumud confronts Kalika, reminding her not to interfere in Pramad’s matters. Kalika tries to make excuses, but Kumud scolds her and warns her to stay in her place. Kalika, feeling insulted, vows to uncover Kumud’s secrets in return.
Kusum continues talking with Saras, stating that Pramad is likely feeling jealous, thinking Kumud loves someone else. Saras disagrees, saying Pramad does not truly care about anyone, and his violent outburst was proof of his weak character. Kusum counters that Saras himself was weak, which is why he broke his engagement with Kumud. She adds that perhaps Pramad does care for Kumud but is just too blinded by his own flaws to realize it. Saras ponders this and admits that maybe Pramad is like him—someone who ignored his heart’s desires. However, he remains determined to fulfill his promise to reunite Kumud and Pramad. If it means reviving the name Saraswatichandra, he is willing to do it.
Later that night, Kumud enters her room just as the lights go out. She stumbles, and Pramad catches her. They share a brief but intense moment as they fall onto the bed. Pramad stares at her closely and leans in, making Kumud uneasy. She closes her eyes in fear, but instead of making any moves, Pramad lights a candle. He then taunts her, asking if she was ever this close to her Saraswatichandra. Kumud, taken aback, replies that she will answer him when the time is right.
Pramad laughs mockingly, but Kumud turns the tables and demands to know why he avoids talking about his past. She presses him about why he quit his studies, ran away from his father, and neglected his mother. Pramad is taken aback by her directness. He finally confesses that his mother always sided with his father, never with him. He recalls growing up alone, crying and starving, with no one to check on him. The only person who cared was Kalika, who often gave him food. Kumud listens intently, realizing that Pramad has been fed lies by Kalika all along. Determined to expose her, she keeps her thoughts to herself. Pramad, feeling vulnerable, asks Kumud to leave, and she quietly obliges.
Outside, Kumud spots Kalika and sarcastically asks if she has finished her chores. She orders her to dispose of the garbage, much to Kalika’s frustration. As Pramad’s mother arrives, she praises Kumud for bringing positivity back into the household. Kalika overhears and fumes with jealousy. Pramad’s mother reassures Kumud that if Pramad ever mistreats her, she will always support her. Kumud, full of determination, declares that she will help Pramad overcome his weaknesses, just like Lord Krishna did in his time.
As the day progresses, Pramad’s mother encourages Kumud to make something sweet for Pramad. Kalika, annoyed by the growing bond between Kumud and Pramad’s family, tries to interfere by suggesting Kumud find out what Pramad truly likes. Pramad’s mother then reminisces about Kalika’s past involvement in Pramad’s life, but Kumud firmly states that she is now here to take care of Pramad’s needs. She indirectly warns Kalika to step aside permanently.
Later, Kumud asks Murakh Das to fetch a few ingredients for her. When he realizes she plans to make Rabdi for Pramad, he enthusiastically agrees to bring everything. Meanwhile, Kusum joins them and is amused when Pramad’s mother asks her to decorate the cradle. The elder woman then instructs Kumud to bring a Kanha idol to place in the house, suggesting that she should go with Pramad. Kumud hesitates, knowing Pramad is still asleep, and decides not to force him. Instead, she offers to take Kalika along.
Kalika, however, has other plans. She notices Saras approaching and suddenly pretends to trip and fall. Using this as an excuse, she claims she can no longer accompany Kumud and slyly suggests that Saras should go instead. Pramad’s mother, unknowingly falling into Kalika’s trap, agrees and asks Saras to accompany Kumud to the market. Saras hesitates but ultimately agrees. Kalika, smirking, thinks to herself that she has successfully set a trap for Kumud and Saras.
During their trip to the market, Saras remains protective of Kumud, shielding her from the bustling crowd. As they near their destination, Kumud thanks him. Saras, looking at her, says they still have a long way to go, implying more struggles ahead. He reminds her that his pain is insignificant compared to the pain he caused her. Kumud, feeling conflicted, apologizes on Pramad’s behalf, saying he is broken inside. Saras reflects on his own past and admits that he, too, was once broken. He warns her not to make the same mistake he did.
Kumud then asks Saras if he truly wants Pramad to meet Saraswatichandra. Saras reassures her that this is the only way to end their troubles. Kumud worries about Pramad’s reaction, but Saras tells her to focus on herself instead. He then shifts the topic, saying that their real challenge is Kalika, and they must find a way to deal with her. As Kumud buys the Kanha idol, she shares a small smile with Saras, both knowing they are moving toward their next step.
Meanwhile, Kalika sneaks into Kumud’s room and finds an earring—one that matches the one she found in Saras’s room. She realizes she might have finally discovered a secret that could change everything.
