We started the episode with Hilda telling the maid to call an ambulance since she found Cai unconscious in ger room. Then she remembers all the Times she was Cai in an uncomfortable situations and she couldn’t help but cry more.Monica enters Tisay room and drops her photo by accident and there she apologizes for dropping it but Jose enters and tells her that they’ve rushed Tisay to the hospital. They rush to the hospital and there Angge tells Dodong that Ian looked genuinely concern and Otep becomes dumb. Monica tells Ian that in as much as he has saved Tisays life doesn’t mean she has forgiven him and there the ambulance rushes Cai in and Ian rushes to check on her.
Maggie blames them for what has happened to Cai and they tell her to pray instead of blaming someone. They then rush to attend to her. Ely tells Dodong that they have moved Cai to a private room and she is stable but unconscious. Dodong gets angry at himself because Cai didn’t call him and Ely tells him that she is a fighter so she will pull out. Ian tells Maggie that Cai took in a lot of pills and that made her not to breath well and that caused her to be unconscious. Otep tells Diana thst Cai is there too and there she remembers the day her daughter died and she becomes happy. Ely tells Tisay and the rest that Cai is still not awake and he blamed himself.
They tell him not too since Cai knew that they were there for her so what she did is not questionable. Maggie continues to cry her eyes out as to why Cai could have taken drugs and they become anxious. They remember how they met how they became one everything that has happened. They thank Hilda for everything. Ian tells Hilda that he was so focused on her future that he didn’t see how bad Cai was going through. And Hilda consoles him.
Ian and Maggie decide to stay together to take care of Cai and there Maggie apologizes for not knowing that something was wrong with Cai. They agree to be better parents when she wakes up. Diana meets Otep in a very uncomfortable situation and there Otep tells Diana that what happened to Cai is bad and there she apologizes to him for forgetting that he is still young.
Monica tells Jose that she feels bad for what happened to cai and what if it happens to their children and there Jose consoles her that everything will be fine.
Otep visits Cai at the hospital and there he becomes emotional. He rushed out after a nurse comes to check up on Cai.
Diana tells Angge that Tisay doesn’t need to come to work now she has to recover and there Angge thanks her on Tisays behalf. She leaves immediately and Hilda comes in to ask her why she dragged the kids into the mstter and Diana denies knowing something about Cai case with the cheating. Hilda tells Diana that she knows what she did in the past. She tells Diana that she knows that she switched Cai with different baby when she was born and Diana tells her to stop saying nonsense.
She tells her to leave her office. Ely apologizes for causing Tisay illness and they tell him its ok. Monica sneaks to see Cai and she meets her crying. Cai tells her that they should have abandoned them and there Monica tells her that a lot of people love her. She cries her eyes out telling Monica that everything hurts and Monica tells her they are always going to be there for her. She meets Maggie on her way out and tells her not to force Cai into anything she doesn’t want to do and all she needs is to live her unconditionally.
Jose goes to pay the bill and there Ian tells him that he has paid and he takes the time to tell him to be careful around Diana. Ian and Maggie consult a therapist and they guild them how to take care of them.
Tisay gets home and she is welcomed by Dodong and Angge. Monica takes the time to tell them to consult her if they gave any problem and they all hug. Cai wakes up and starts to question his dad why he doesn’t love him and there they apologise to each other for all the mistakes they have committed.
Time goes by and Tisay still investigating the case and Cai is yet to be sent home from the hospital. Ely tells the rest that Cai is better now and there otep ask if they have found a lead to the case and they say no. Tisay comes to tell them she has found has found a lead and that is the person has a tattooed and there Dodong becomes happy and Otep becomes anxious.
Diana gets angry at hearing that the Veradonas and the magbanus are on good terms. Otep tells her that Tisay has Seen the tattoo and there he apologizes but Diana tells him that Hilda knows that Cai is not her granddaughter and they cannot afford to let Tisay be with her real parents and that’s where we end guys.
