My Journey To You On ZeeWorld Tuesday 14th July 2026 Update, Ranvir regains consciousness, and Amruta immediately asks Virat if he is alright. However, Ranvir tells her that he is Ranvir, not Virat. He then comments on Amruta and starts shouting for Manvi. Amruta tries to remind him that he is actually Virat, but Ranvir refuses to listen and continues calling for Manvi.

Manvi arrives and tells Virat that she has already spoken to the doctor and he can be discharged. Ranvir agrees and leaves the hospital with Manvi.
Later, Amruta, Babita, and Bebe return home. Bhavani tells Amruta that the Ahuja family gave them shelter when she was thrown out of her own home. She says she felt a kind of love and support from the Ahuja family that she had never experienced before. Bhavani advises Amruta to forget Ranvir because she does not believe he is actually Virat. Dildar agrees with her.
Abhir then requests the Ahuja family to accept him as their son. He promises to take responsibility for the family and says Ranvir could never do the same. Amruta silently leaves without saying anything. Seeing this, Babita feels that for the first time, Amruta has lost hope of getting Virat back.
Later, Abhir calls Manvi and tells her that he thinks Amruta has finally given up on Virat. Manvi says she still does not trust Amruta and asks Abhir to continue giving her updates. Abhir agrees.
Meanwhile, Ranvir comes out of his room. Manvi asks why he is outside when he needs to rest. Ranvir says he is tired of resting. Manvi tries to bring up Amruta, but Ranvir says he does not want to talk about Amruta or the Ahuja family.
That night, Amruta secretly leaves the Ahuja house. Abhir notices and immediately informs Manvi. Manvi goes to Virat’s room and sees him sleeping. She tells Abhir that Virat will not wake up until morning because of the effect of the drug. She asks Abhir to keep watching Amruta, and he agrees.
Later, Amruta reaches the office and finds Ranvir there. She tries to hold Virat’s hand, but he pulls it away. Hurt, Amruta turns to leave. Suddenly, Virat holds her hand and hugs her.
Virat apologizes to Amruta for not trusting her. He explains that he truly did not remember anything and did not even know his own identity. Amruta becomes emotional and tears of happiness fill her eyes as she realizes that Virat has finally regained his memory.
Virat tells Amruta that he only believed whatever Manvi told him, but now he knows that Amruta is his truth. He confirms that he is Virat, not Ranvir.
Virat explains that after falling from the cliff, he does not know how he reached the hospital. When he woke up, Manvi was beside him and told him that they were boyfriend and girlfriend, so he believed her story.
