Suddenly, Dhruv arrives at the clinic, questioning Unnati about why she’s there. Unnati claims she’s completing a task he once asked her to do, referencing how he called their child a burden. Dhruv firmly denies ever asking her to harm their baby and confronts the doctor, asking if she tried to hurt his child without permission.
