Raghav called Reet as he leaves home and instead of explaining everything on phone they decided to meet instead, on the other hand Aunt pressures Viren to kill Reet before she tells Raghav everything else that will be the end of her. It turns out that Aunt is behind Reet’s father’s death and she is in destruct finding out Dharam is Reet’s Father and questions her fate.
Sharda (Aunt) asks Viren to kill Reet to protect her secret. She reveals that she had Dharm Chaudhary killed inside jail, just like she had Nishchal killed earlier. She says Reet has proof against her. Sharda emotionally begs Viren, reminding him of all the love she has given him. Viren finally agrees and asks where Reet is. Sharda tells him that Reet is at the City Center market. After this, Sharda calls someone else and orders them to finish the job, saying Reet must die for her to live.
A shooter reaches the market and pulls out a gun, creating chaos as people start running in fear. Raghav reaches the market and sees Reet in danger. Without thinking twice, Raghav steps in front of Reet and takes the bullet meant for her. Reet is completely shattered. She begs people for help, but they hesitate because it is a police matter. Reet refuses to give up and decides to take Raghav to the hospital herself.
Back at home, Sharda is already planning Reet’s funeral and even selects clothes for it. Viren arrives and tells Sharda that the shooter missed Reet and shot Raghav instead. Sharda is stunned and breaks down, worrying about her future without Raghav and the Suryavanshi empire. Viren then clarifies that Raghav is alive but badly injured, and Reet is taking him to the hospital. Sharda turns furious after hearing that Reet is still alive and fears that once Raghav regains consciousness, Reet will tell him everything. She threatens Viren when he tries to calm her down.
At the hospital, the staff refuses to treat Raghav immediately because it is a police case and they are waiting for the police. Reet cries and begs them to save Raghav. After some delay, a doctor finally agrees to take Raghav into the operation theatre.
Meanwhile, at the Chaudhary house, an argument breaks out over Babli. Suman refuses to let Babli stay, calling her low class and accusing her of eyeing their jewellery. Unnati tries to take the blame and says she wants to help her friend. Dhruv’s mother agrees to let Babli stay for one night and says they will arrange something later. Unnati then decides to sleep with Babli in the hall.
Back at the hospital, Unnati arrives and lashes out at Reet. She blames Reet for Raghav’s condition and accuses her of bringing trouble into his life. She says Reet only pretends to do good things to gain sympathy. Another woman steps in and asks Unnati to calm down, while Dhruv’s mother tells Reet not to take the blame on herself.
Sharda is still obsessed with killing Reet. She tells Viren that Reet will not stay alive and that she has already made arrangements. She goes to a lab and asks for a dangerous liquid. Even after the technician warns her, Sharda manages to take the deadly poison.
Reet is informed by the Doctor that Raghav is in a serious condition and needs a miracle.
Sharda comes to Reet and fakes a hug to comfort her but she planned on injecting her with the poison, just then Reet starts talking and it turns out that the recording Reet has only proves that Neeta (Raghav’s mother) is behind her father’s death. Shrada has a sign of relief and puts on an act.
Reet also reveals that the bullet that hit Raghav was actually meant for her. She says Neeta tried to kill her after finding out about the recording. Reet explains that Neeta is powerful and rich, which makes it easy for her to keep track of her movements. They decide not to go to the police yet because Raghav is Neeta’s son. They choose to wait until he regains consciousness and hears the truth himself.
Reet’s mother, Druv and Unnati arrives and Unnati blames Reet for Raghav’s misfortunes.
Raghav undergoes surgery as his family waits outside, filled with fear and prayers.
During the prayers, the family is informed that Raghav surgery is successful, Reet goes into his room and confessses her love for unconscious Raghav.
On the other hand, Sharda explains to Dhruv and Reet’s mother that Neeta is responsible for the attempted shot on Reet and is also responsible for Dharam’s death, Reet’s mother was in disbelief but Reet comes there and explains to them that is the truth. Druv and his mother sobs.
Sharda and Viren comes into another place and laugh their heart out for being able to deceive Reet and family. She even brings Bodyguards to the hospital and food for Reet, she puts up an act telling Reet she feels her pain as a mother and she is always there for her.
Unnati’s friend put on an act at home so that they won’t throw her out of the house.
Dhruv and her mother leaves for the hospital.
At the hospital, Doctor informs Reet that Raghav will regain consciousness soon. Reet rest her head on Raghav chest saying he want to hear his heartbeat. Her mother enters and see this, Reet feels shy but her mother assures her she didn’t see anything.
